At the departure end there was a danger of missing the flight so one of the gate staff wheeled me, Amina was amazing. Another long wait at SFO. I spent almost as much time waiting for wheelchairs as I did on the flight!"

No leg room at all and if the person put their seat back the 5 degrees it could move, there was no way to be comfortable because the seat in front presses against my knees."

Ventajas: "A surprisingly good cheese burger ($5),cheerful crew, and on-time departure and arrival. Given my low expectations for American air travel, I was pleasantly surprised."

I had to pay $15 for a "preferred" seat, which was an aisle seat on row 7, near the front of the economy section. I was told by an employee that the only economy seats were the middle seats, that aisle and window seats were preferred seats. I was told the plane was full and they could not change my "preferred" seat although I did see empty seats on the plane after takeoff. Also bathroom facilities were poor - only two in the back for the entire economy seating. And the aisles were narrow."

Desventajas: "There was an issue checking in online. I couldn't reserve my seats on the plane at home (I tried twice; once the day before my flight and on the way to the airport), and so I had to take extra time to go to the check in counter at the airport to get my boarding pass."

No me quieren levantar el reporte del daño por no haberlo realizando al momento, pero obviamente estaba buscando mi maleta que no llego, no vuelvo a volar con volaris estoy muy molesta."
