Ventajas: "Lo que me gustó del vuelo es que a diferencia de otras aerolíneas, en esta tienes tu propia pantalla frente a ti, con un control que esta en la recargada del brazo, mas aparte te dan un pequeño snack el cual consiste en unas papas y agua, refresco o jugo. Es un buen precio el que se paga para lo que se ofrece."
Desventajas: "Lo que no me gusta es de primera, que ya te cobren por la maleta documentada, así sea la primera pieza. Que cambien de sala de abordar a la mera hora. Y que aunque ya había yo seleccionado mi asiento desde que compre el boleto cuando hice el check in me volvió a mandar la opción de seleccionar un asiento, marcando el lugar que desde un principio había elegido, ya como ocupado."

El servicio en mesa en el aeropuerto Billy Bishop de Toronto malísimo, solo 3 personas atendiendo y 1 de ellas solo para VIP. Estuvimos en el mismo sitio de la cola durante 40minutos y no nos dejaron embarcar porque ibamos tarde. La chica de la recepción con muy malos modales.

Desventajas: "My flight on 8/18 was canceled last minute without any explanation. There was no customer support what so ever. I couldn't book any flight for the same day or the day after. They automatically booked me for 8/20, two days after my scheduled trip. It didn't work for my schedule. I had to canceled it and they offered credit for future trips instead of refund. can't get anyone to answer the phone and there is no way to get questions answered online."

Literally pushed the connecting flight out to depart so the plane I was on could disembark. Completely rude, booked me for the next day and left me in downtown Toronto at 10 pm with no place to stay. Cost 398 dollars at the cheapest nearby hotel, very nice hotel, but wtf? Customer service wouldn't even help to tell me how to get back out of the departure area."

Desventajas: "I wish there were AC outlets to charge devices. My biggest complaint however is that pens were not provided to fill out the Canadian customs declarations forms passed out on the flight, forcing passengers to find people to borrow pens from. An introvert's nightmare."

Ventajas: "In the flight there was a crew member she was not polite ...As I want to use washroom urgently & I was not very much familiar where is washroom I asked her three times she did not reply back...Just walk away...if she does not understand me, she cam say pardon me...but she just left"

Ventajas: "staff was unfriendly. no options for entertainment that don't cost. no blankets to keep warm. i understand airlines need to make money, but they're making it much less enjoyable. on the upside, my flight down had incredible staff who treated me and my mother very well. sometimes, people make all the difference ;)"

Tuvimos que dispersar todo nuestro equipaje por todo el avión. Este echo se vio agravado porque otros pasajeros llevaron mas bultos de lo permitido. No nos llegó la ración de desayuno. Increíblemente se habían acabado. Gracias a la tripulación que sacó, no se de donde, algo de fruta, pudimos desayunar."

Desventajas: "Nos demoraron 40 min en asignar puerta para desembarcar, tuvimoa que caminar todo el aeropuerto de miami porque el equipaje salio por la gate asignada inicialmente al avion y mi valija se fue para un vuelo de conexion. Media hora de espera mas y termine perdiendo el transfer al hotel y tuve que esperar 3 horas mas al proximo. Un vuelo de 2 horas me llevo todo el dia"
