La amabilidad de una de las asistentes de abordo, en general todos fueron muy amables, pero una en concreto era bastante mal educada.
Porque hubo una maldita huelga y nos dieron una galleta para comer en una espera de très hora y media

La disposición, sin embargo, considero que siempre se demoran en los abordajes del avión.
La tripulación muy amable y profesional. El vuelo cambió 3 veces de puerta y nadie te avisa. El mostrador de Airfrance no pudieron responder mis consultas porque no hablan ni español ni italiano. La verdad tan poco servicial con una demora de 2horas. Una vergüenza, y mala predisposición. El pan con queso del viaje la nada misma
Para el check in tuve problemas de encontrar mi reserva, tuve que acudir a personal de air france
Mejorar el aeropuerto, no había suficientes asientos, las colas de embarque hacinados por poco espacio. El personal de seguridad, aires de superioridad con la gente y mala educación, que muchos eran extranjeros y no entendian lo que les decían. El personal de Air France en el embarque y avión, muy correctos, aunque creo que en un vuelo a Barcelona nadie hablaba español ( ya no pido Catalán), porque hay mucha gente que no habla ni frances, ni inglés.

Todo fue excelente!! Podría mejorar la limpieza del avión. Tuvimos que limpiar la mesa de comida y todo con toallas húmedas y salió muy sucio.

The transfer from terminal 4 to terminal 1 was horrible at jfk taking buses and walking outside of the terminal and the TSA was horrible and slow

The flight left 20 minutes late arrived about ten minutes lates. It took 30 minutes to revive our bags even though priority. The flight and crew were fantastic.
Terribly slow check-in. Boarding ok-front and rear plane entrances were used. Short flight so no food.
Royal jordanian Website says check in closed 45 minutes before departure. In reality, it close 60 minutes before. Due to another flight delay, we arrived 50 minutes before. We didn't get our flight and had to but other very expensive tickets for the same flight the next day. Very disappointing.

Old plane from the turn of the millennia. Crew was nice but we had delays and then emergency landing and that delayed a lot. Food was mediaocre and entertainment was non existent because of the age of the plane
The entertainment didn’t work we order food gluten-free and kosher and they promised me they will have it and we pay for it and still on the flight. We didn’t get what we paid for. The plane was shaking the whole flight.
I would highly recommend to anyone to fly this airlines. I would fly with them again, the flight and crew were amazing, the only thing that wasn't so good was the food but no big deal. I'd still fly with them again for another long flight. I had lots of room with the seat as well.
Honestly the flight was great, the flight crew was great. I would absolutely fly with them again for another long flight like this. The food was the only thing that wasn't so great but not that big of a deal...I would highly recommend to anyone

The ticket counter did not even open until 8:30 AM. They could not find our reservation even though we had a confirmation number. After about 20 minutes they finally found our reservation. They would not let my daughter and son-in-law book a seat online because they had an infant. So they had to get seats at the ticket counter which by this time there was not any decent seats left.
We were delayed leaving so we missed our connection. They paid for all of the travelers with us to get a hotel room but the hotel sold out and some people had to sleep in the lobby. All in all a pretty horrible experience.
Flight was awful. Team wouldn’t check our bags to final destination.

El check in en Palermo fue un desastre. No te explican nada y tuve que repreguntar varias veces a la persona que me atendió. En cambio, de Roma a Barcelona el vuelo fue excelente y la atención en el segundo check in tambien.

Service was great - flight attendants, on time, etc. the food was ok and the movie choices were limited…. But those things are minor in comparison.
On time Check in. That was not good after sittng in our sits, having been to change the places!
I wish there was ways to charge the phone while in the flight and that the service was better.
A few things, the boarding process was very bumpy and complicated with an interview and things that seems out of order. Once in the plane I think the entertainment was very poor. They advertise wifi, and tv programs as well phone signal and none of it worked properly. There was also no way to charge the phone or electronic devise while in the flight.
The seats are old and very uncomfortable and it felt dirty. The crew where very unhelpful and unwilling. They ran out of vegetarian meals and just didn’t care about it. It was just an awful experience.

You screwed up on my flight, then didn't apply my meal choice to the airway so I didn't have anything to eat the whole 8hour flight. and whats up with the second piece of checked in baggage not being allowed? You should tell customers theres a baggage embargo.

Very rude flight attendance. No accommodation for special needs. Food is horrible. Very disappointed. Won't fly with ITA again!!

Me vendieron un vuelo sobrevendido por lo cual tuve que esperar a ser la última en embarcar, me dieron el último asiento de todos entre medio de 25 adolescentes que no se quedaron quietos en todo el vuelo. DESASTRE
More than 2 hours late and no food because of a problem with the catering. The flight was super full and there wasn’t enough space for the hand bags. A lot of space for improvement.
