Ventajas: "None!!!!!!! Because i pay for my seat assignment and they give me the wrong seat and they say no refunds because they cannot allocate the seat assignment that i bought."

Desventajas: "I don’t know why but I felt like they just didn’t care about your needs, I’m diabetic, and I needed to eat something sweet because my sugar levels dropped low, I asked the stewardess for a cookie but she didn’t want to give me one, I had to bagg her for a cookie, Very disappointing."

Desventajas: "Boarding was delayed due to Korean air that was scheduled at 11:30, but our boarding was at 11:20. Then the bags took so long to get to the carousel. Other flights like the Qatar Air has bags waiting for the passengers. The SFO flight’s bags also were serviced better."

Desventajas: "During my Manila 8 hour layover, someone forced tonight unlock my luggage, opened some gifts inside( canned candies) envelope containing money and gifts. At this point while writing this review, im not finish unpacking and will continue to check next day to make sure im not missing anything else."

Desventajas: "Terrible customer service, took weeks to issue a refund after cancelling a flight completely without being able to present a reasonable solution or new flight. Had to rebook with another company and pay another $300 to do so. Philippines Air was unwilling to work with us or help us."

Desventajas: "It was several hours delayed, they finally boarded us, then told us they were closing the airport. They kept us on the place for another 2.5 hours while they were trying to figure out what to do. By time they let us off the plane it was 3:30 AM. Took another 2.5 hours to get our baggage back and another 1.5 hours to get the flight refunded. I travel weekly, and this has been the worst airline experience I have had so far."
Desventajas: "My son didn't receive any goodies at all on our way to Cebu but coming back to LA, he received Madagascar coloring book with crayons, headset, and a stuff toy. Over all it was excellent."

Desventajas: "It was an A330 plane and the configuration was 3-3-3. Usually, it's 2-4-2. This is not the way if you want to be a 5-star airline in 2020."

Ventajas: "Extremely helpful crew, friendly and with a genuine warm smile. Good food. What I like the most is, it is a direct flight from the US mainland to the Philippines."

Desventajas: "everything else, an extremely old plane that was falling apart. the entertainment center above my head was shaking to the point i thought was going to detach. The over head light did NOT work. The headphones output did NOT work. the food was disgusting the only thing fammable was the dinner roll which had MOLD. Green MOLD all over it. It was horrific experience. I would never fly with them again. I took video to show the condition of my seat and the mold in the bread."

Desventajas: "I would have liked to submit a review for our flight from Honolulu to Manila. we were delayed for 5 hours when they initially said 3 hours. We got a meal voucher for $15"
