I couldn't put both feet under the seat in front of me. The food was bad tasting and overly processed. We were fed a lean cuisine. The entertainment was from mounted tv's in the aisle. At this point, all planes crossing the ocean should have individual tvs for a customer to watch. They had this 15 years ago, how do they not have it now."

Also, the lost luggage assistant for American Airlines was super helpful and nice. Also, the 787 (I think that was the Chicago-Barcelona craft) was a very enjoyable airplane. It was super smooth. It had high tech windows that adjusted the amount or type of light that could filter through the windows depending on the settings."

Albuquerque Airline staff were rude, dismissive, incompetent, and each individual I spoke with gave me wildly differing information. The two delays (leading to approximately 48 hours of travel) would have been stressful enough, but the callous, ignorant and unprofessional attitudes of American Airlines staff (and staff in general at Chicago O'Hare Airport) really disappointed me. This was even more striking compared with the professional service I received from British Airways (from whom I purchased the tickets). I was ashamed that my country could lag so far behind in terms of basic customer service and problem solving."

Ventajas: "The econmy class seat was just fine for a cross atlantic flight from Chicago to Paris and I am almost 60! Good entertainment and service. Seats were comfortable. Language was not a barrier. Good value because it was non-stop and a no hassle plane changing circus! Thanks."

I received a $200 voucher for further flights that doesn't even cover the cost of my unrefundable expenses such as car, hotel and tickets that were lost on my vacation."

I then asked multiple aiport staff members if they heard of Brussels Airlines and they said they did not. One person said it may be terminal 1, so I went there based on very little information and with hopes it would be there. I got to terminal 1 to discover there is no Brussels Airlines. I walked to Lufthansa because my return flight is through them, but it was not there either. At this point I have 45 min to make it through security and board, and no one can tell me where Brussels Airlines is. The good news is the flight was delayed, and I got an email from United Airlines with the flight status. This is the first time I was contacted by United and there was a completly different flight number than the itinerary. United should be more clear on the airline and terminal information for international flights!"

The entertainment system with controls in the middle of the arm rest where the elbow rests is such a bad idea, didn't even bother with this crappy unintuitive system. It was annoying and flashy with bright advertisements or something popping up on a night time flight just sooooooo annoying, turning it off was not intuitive and had to ask the flight attendants how to turn it off during their very busy work of handing out packages with five miniature pretzels and drinks to the passengers, was happy to get a whole cab of juice to myself though."

Desventajas: "How they canceled one of my flights just as I landed at my layover for that flight when I look back at Boston they had a direct flight ready for my destination. Very poor management I was stuck in Chicago with no money or food for hours then after they start boarding for my new flight they tell me that I may not be able to get on even with ticket in hand. It was a joke and very stressful"
Ventajas: "The gate at the Chicago airport was well designed. There was a line for each boarding group, and you could line up early. This is particularly effective for some Asian flights, which can sometimes be chaotic with many different nationalities all lining up."

Flight was packed going and the man scanning boarding passes spoke to those of us asking simple questions as if we were stupid and defiant. Was he a prison guard in his previous job? On the way to Newark, I had an aisle seat. One of the stewardesses blazed by me with a cart ramming it into my shoulder without so much as a, "sorry." I'm not a big woman but maybe as I dozed off I leaned over a bit...There is no way she didn't feel her cart hit me. Rudeness, it seems is a part of the culture at United because the flight attendants coming back squeezed past the long line for the bathroom without saying, "excuse me." They did however, say, "I need to get by," and one of them brushed by the gentlemen sitting next to me and bumped his laptop and coffee. Overall it seems that the crew working these particular United flights have forgotten that we pay hard earned money to fly. Some of us are going on vacation, to see loved ones, and some are flying to deal with unpleasant circumstances. The staff may fly several times a day, but most passengers do not. There's a lot of prep and anxiety, that goes into taking a flight and a surly flight crew multiplies that anxiety. No one wants to fly with a crew that hates their job."

I tend to use the washroom often. I had to climb over a sleeping passenger many times, without waking him up. One gentleman had some serious problems there but it was clear he was not getting any resolution. he was obviously very very frustrated. Syrupy sweet noodles?"
Desventajas: "Two hour delay for start of engines.. Not enough chichen and pasta was not good"
Ventajas: "The flight was a head of schedule and very smooth."
Desventajas: "It was freezing cold. I was wearing a sweater and was freezing."
Ventajas: "I have metal leg braces. The staff was helpful getting me from terminal to terminal. They were very helpful."
Desventajas: "Having a leg brace makes difficult I am blessed I can move a little without them. I had to move a short distance without my brace. No place to put it back on."

Desventajas: "After being told that the flight from West Palm would be an hour late leaving West Palm informed the agent that I had a connection in Tampa at 9;15. She stated that I would make the connection without a problem. She later asked how many people were going to Pensacola. I was the only person to raise A HAND. sHE LATER STATED THAt the flight would wait for my connection. We landed at 9:05 and taxied in about 10 min. The flight was to leave at 9:15. The flight attendant on my flight asked where was the connecting flight,they replied it left already. Iwas rebooked on America To Charollet,N C to connect for Pensacola. That took 4hrs more."
Desventajas: "This was the rudest and most unprofessional airline staff I have ever worked with in my life. I personally watched the lady at the gate check-in desk straight up lie to a passenger who she didn’t like personally. This passenger was late for boarding by 2-3 minutes (yet still 10 minutes before scheduled take off), and when he arrived at the gate the Silver Airways employee informed him that he would not be allowed to load since the door had already shut and the engines were already running. From my seat though, I could clearly see that the engines were completely still and not yet started. When I noticed this, I started paying closer attention. After pleading with the Silver employee in a civil manner, he began to become agitated with the lack of help he was getting. It was the day after Christmas, and the man was just trying to fly home to his family. The plane was still sitting at the gate, but the Silver employee said (in a very rude fashion) there was nothing she could do except change him to a later flight. 15 minutes go by, and the plane finally starts to back out of the gate. The man who had just missed his flight decided to take the Silver employee up on her offer to switch to the later flight, but when he asked, she looked at her computer and said there was no more space available on the later flight. Disappointed and annoyed, the man left the terminal completely frustrated because she had just offered him a later flight that didn’t have any room left. Or at least that’s what she told him. 2 Minutes later, another man approached the gate desk with the same problem, he missed the same flight. This time though, when she looked up the same exact later flight, it all of a sudden had plenty of space. She even asked the man whether he would prefer an exit row or a window seat. I was left completely dumbfounded. This employee had just told the previous man it was full, and now she was printing a boarding pass for this guy. It was obvious that she liked this man more than the last guy, and that’s why she was able to “help”. This makes me absolutely disgusted with Silver Airlines character and integrity. I will never fly Silver again, and I hope all who read this take my advise."
Ventajas: "It was perfectly fine. We had to wait 10-15 minutes for passengers whose connecting flight was delayed, but we still made it to Key West as scheduled."

Unfortunately, the Silver Airways representative rudely told me that the airlines had close the doors 15 minutes prior to departure. In other words, I arrived 4 mins after they had closed the doors, and insisted on NOT letting me in. The representative treated me poorly, and was not helpful at that moment."

We were maybe 6th inline and was told we had to wait because Orlando had to release our flight. This didn't happen for 3 hours. We stood in line waiting while others were able to rebook tickets right away for 3 hours. Tried calling the company and no one answered. The man at the booth was very rude, telling us this was a curtosey and didn't have to rebook our flight. He also yelled at the passengers multiple times."

Desventajas: "Silver does not have precheck, which means I could not utilize my precheck status and had to proceed through regular security lines, making my schedule much more difficult. Flight attendant was not very friendly at all."
Ventajas: "It beats being in the car all those hours, friendly crew, and as always..... Right on time!"
Desventajas: "It took me back to bad humidity!!!!! Bad hair day is an understatement!"
Ventajas: "Quiet. Energyefficiency report. The lady who was flight attendant. The "driving" was smooth and even the landing was comfortable. And that we received pilot report that "we will be in the air about an hour and a half"."
Desventajas: "Our flight was DELAYED 3+ hours, which resulted in the loss of 1full day in Maramar Beach"
Ventajas: "Great service great flight"
Desventajas: "The fact that the flight was cancelled and no attempt to reschedule or extend another day on the flight. When I asked what was the reason for the cancellation, the reply, "I wasn't at work yesterday." So who know why they cancel flights. I missed a day on the Time share in Orlando. Another problem I had was on the return flight. The printout said Terminal B. I had to go to Terminal A. At Orlando airport, the signs for Silver airways are not seen to show where ticket counter is located. I must have asked 4 people before reaching their counter to get my boarding pass."
Desventajas: "They canceled my flight, then canceled the next one, finally got a flight to Miami, which was boarded late and the attendant was extremely rude when I asked about the details of my new flight (like where I was going and when my connection was...). Then, due to weather we were rerouted to Gainsville. They wouldn't let me get out, even though there was a more direct connection in Gainsville to DC than Miami. Instead I go back to Miami, and even though I make the connecting flight, they sold my seat to a standby customer. I didn't get home until 11:30pm. I was suppose to arrive home by 12pm. It was awful and the attendants were so unhelpful and rude that it was actually ridiculous. I complained to United and of course they won't do anything. I don't qualify for a refund because they switched me over to another airline for the final leg of the trip."
Ventajas: "Nothing, we were threaded horribly by the desk people at the gate."
Desventajas: "Our flight was moved to a latter flight and when I asked if my luggage were transfer they were upset that I asked. Before we board the plane we asked again about our luggage and they told me the luggages were in the plane. When we were ready to land, they told us they were circling around because there was a plane lading and they didn't know about it. An hour trip end up taking 6 hours and when we landed we got no luggage. All our cloths and toilet treats were left in Orlando. Worst experience of our life."
Desventajas: "No announcement that the flight was delayed in the terminal. Traveler from another airline invited to take our seats when we boarded, we were invited to "sit anywhere". Flight delayed an hour and a half, longer than the flight takes. Cabin door open during delay, no air conditioning, bad heat, no air circulation. No response to Service Complaint on website."
Desventajas: "Upon return, both planes were late. Connections were unclear. Then, luggage got lost and no one was informed on return home. Stood at luggage area for an hour, on top of arriving home 1 1/2 hour late. No one was informed in Panama City Beach that they had removed our luggage in Tampa. Three people had their weddings ruined!"

I was not able to get my money back- only a voucher on the same airline which i was hoping to never use use silver airway again."

Desventajas: "I could have rented a car and driven to Ft. Lauderdale from Orlando faster! Looked into it but realized I had a non-refundable ticket. Got to Ft. Lauderdale 2 and 1/2 hours later. Rent a car, it will be a lot faster!!!!!"

Desventajas: "Silver Airways does not participate in the TSA PreCheck program. While they serve beverages, there are no snacks of any kind (pretzels, peanuts, chips, etc.)"
Desventajas: "We had a five hour delay and it did not seem they had a solution to the problem. Once we boarded 5 hours later, they then asked for two people to get off. It seemed they could have saved someone all that wait time and offered the flight the next day earlier."
Desventajas: "Everything, I got to the airline 1 hour prior and there was only one attendant for checking in. I ended up waiting in line for 25 minutes or so. I finally made it to the counter and they gave up my seat and told me I could not get on the plane. They refused to refund my air fare and I didn't get to see my fiance who was deploying the next day. I will never get on a silver plane. Their service sucks before you even get to that step."
Desventajas: "Late in boarding, mid flight had to turn around and go back to where we started from to refuel! Somebody threw up in aisle holding a barf bag and missed the bag. Stewardess covered with a napkin and if you didn't have long legs you were going to walk on it. Needless to say it wasn't a happy ending and now I have a 3 hour delay on flight home!"
Ventajas: "On time."
Desventajas: "Girl next to me was allowed to bring on a "takeout" box and nibbled for 2 hours. Not only was it in danger of spilling but it was a nauseating vinegar smell. Wanted to tell her to just eat it and get it over rather than take a couple of bites and close it, then open it to lick the fork, then take another bite. She was about 12, why didn't her dad say something and better yet why didn't he sit with her, their seats were booked before mine."
Ventajas: "Direct flight from/to Tampa and Pensacola"
Desventajas: "Late departure from Tampa to Pensacola without any explanation (45 min late for an 8:30 a.m. flight) Late departure from Pensacola to Tampa (over an hour late)"
Ventajas: "The gate attendant was nice and able to immediately refund my entire ticket when I asked."
Desventajas: "Everything else. Every hour after our scheduled departure time we were given some excuse for the delay. Maintenance was the most popular excuse but they also threw in stories about getting a different plane from the hangar and flying a plane in from a nearby city that never materialized. Maybe they somehow flew into the Bermuda Triangle instead and are lost for all time. God rest the crew's souls. Either way, lying to the passengers wasn't helping at this point. Five hours after our scheduled departure time, I left because I could have just driven to my destination by then. I got an email notification 7+ hours after the original departure time notifying me that the flight was officially canceled. I was only scheduled to take a one way flight with them but I'm not going to do business with them ever again. I understand delays or cancellations happen beyond their control but lying for 5 - 7 hours throughout the entire process doesn't encourage me to trust them ever again. Who knew that renting a car and driving through three states was more dependable than a flight?"
Ventajas: "Smaller aircraft, so not a lot of room, however it was comfortable. Flight was on time, attendant was prompt and courteous. Smooth and enjoyable flight."

Desventajas: "Flight was re-routed and missed work. Mild comfort for seats. Loud Plane. I understand weather was poor but advance notification may have help make arrangements. Spend more in car rental than actual flight."

In the future, I will be booking my flights further in advance with an airline that has seats to accommodate someone who is the size of a full sized man or woman."

I had to cancel and pay for another ticket elsewhere, not to mention how vague they were with if I'll get my money back. They should tech their people empathy, for situations like this that would at least bring a little comfort.This was a terrible experience."

Desventajas: "We had a 530 AM departure from MSP, we arrived 44 minutes prior to the counter for check-in, this was 1 minute past their 45 minute policy and they would not print our passes, they then offered another flight 4 days later! MSP departures arrival at 445 am, I had time to get an omelette and a double latte, not to mention walk through the many security checkpoints on the way to the gate. I will never fly Frontier again, they run a circus of an operation with no regard for their clients."

Desventajas: "All of the additional fees. Basically, I will have paid the same price as I would have with a direct flight through another airline. so I probably won't use again."

Ventajas: "The much improved efficiency of TSA. The line was long and it MOVED. I was very relieved, as this was the part I was dreading the most. Also appreciated how close the gate was to the main terminal. It was a short walk. Another pleasant surprise. Using the internet to check-in and obtain a boarding pass was also quite easy (remember I have not flown for a decade). All in all my experience was not nearly the painful ordeal I expected and I might not hesitate to fly again because of it."
Desventajas: "The cabin was too tightly packed. A claustrophobic would not be able to endure. I had a window seat which I paid to select and reserve and I am glad I did. Worth $17. I had to use the bathroom for the entire flight but did not want to navigate extracting myself from my seat."
Desventajas: "The flight was delayed. The staff on plain was very rude. Couldn't even get a glass of water. Very poslor customer service. While in Minnesota there was no one at the ticket counter. They finally showed up 30 min before my flight. Then that plain was delayed as well for some odd known reason. This would have been the work at trip I've had taken. Was told I would be comoed a flight and when trying to hook another ticket they well now let me have what they had told me."
Ventajas: "Once we were up in the air everything was fine."
Desventajas: "Waiting in the plane for de-icing and then in line on the Tarmac for take off took over an hour. Not impressed."
Ventajas: "The flight crew and gate agent were fine."
Desventajas: "The flight was 5 1/2 hours late arriving at 4 am. Missed a prepaid day of the vacation. The 800 number in the the email about the flight delay was wrong. The seats were terrible. Total cost of travel was double the ticket price. Frontier offered a $100 voucher for future travel which is useless because I will never fly them again."
Ventajas: "Staff was friendly and experienced. Seats are too near the seat in front offering very little leg room. Took too long to get to get replacement pilots (as plane was delayed due to San Francisco rain). Seems frontier should have been aware sooner that replacement pilots wwhould be needed. But considering the savings realized by flying with Frontier made the time delay conveniences easier to accept."
Desventajas: "The carry-on luggage fees put me over the top. I paid an extra $170 for my family of three, each way, for two check-ins and two carry-ons, which left the flight more expensive than the main airlines, so what's the point of flying on a discount airline? There were no employees at the check-in counter in Minneapolis when we arrived, and we waited in line their for an hour and ten minutes, and then waited 20 minutes at the other end to get our luggage back. If they're making more money on the fees, they sure aren't spending it on the employees!"
Desventajas: "From the inappropriate and unprofessional threats of the flight attendant to the up-charges for everything, this is truly the worst airline out there. Never again."
Ventajas: "The flight was on-time and the crew were friendly."
Desventajas: "I think your new baggage fee structure is deceptive and really annoying. I know many airlines are charging for bags now in order to keep the "listed" price of tickets lower, and I feel like it's a huge inconvenience to have to research baggage fees for each airline when shopping online for tickets...especially when it comes to CHARGING FOR CARRY-ON. I will probably not fly Frontier any more. I used to like you guys a lot, but now with your new policies, I distrust the airline and feel manipulated."
Desventajas: "I paid an extra fee to pick my seat. When I boarded the plane the flight attendant informed me that they gave me seat away to an infant because the mother wasn't aware that she couldn't put a car seat in a isle or middle seat. How is that my problem? Maybe give away a seat that a passenger didn't pay for. The flight attendant was extremely rude and told me if I didn't like it I could take another flight. How about you put that baby and irresponsible mother who failed to read the fine print on another flight?"
Ventajas: "I successfully reached my destination"
Desventajas: "Wasn't notified that my wife and I would be charged 45 dollars a piece for carry on, resulting in 200 extra dollars over the course of the trip. No food, no entertainment, dismissive flight attendants. On the return journey our flight was delayed without any updates or explanation because there wasn't a crew, resulting in a much later arrival time. There was nothing other than a "sorry, but we're going to leave now". The woman running the counter treated the entire group condescendingly. I doubt I'll ever fly Frontier again."
Ventajas: "The plane got me to my destination safely. Cute animals on the tail. Free reading light mounted above seat. Free seatbelt."
Desventajas: "Paying money to reserve normal seats so I could sit next to my wife. Paying money for a carry on. Not getting refunded for the carry on we paid for in advance but didn't use. Not getting offered water on the flight.\ People on the flight not letting people with tight connections off first, even though crew had told them to. Air vent was way weak. Long pitch for their branded credit card."
Ventajas: "The crew was very friendly"
Desventajas: "Frontier has quickly become my least favorite airline. They have become spirit airlines where they nickel and dime you for everything. Having to pay to pick a seat, no beverage/snack service, and heavy fees for CARRYON baggage is ridiculous. Also we waited over an hour to get our bags at the claim."
Ventajas: "The pilot's skills...great take-off and landing, we arrived safely. I hope they get paid well. There was no garbage left from previous flight. I hope the cleaning crew gets paid well too."
Desventajas: "Paying for the 'used to be free food and drinks". What is with that???! It took my level of fun out of flying down a notch, and brought me back to the ever impending reality of the state-of-affairs- "it's all about the money". That is why I rated 'food' poorly since there was no "N/A" circle to choose. Same with entertainment. I sure miss smiling stewards."
Ventajas: "Nothing, fuckin horrible"

Desventajas: "Frontier might think that misleading customers on charges for seat selection and their misleading verbage on personal items vs. carry ons and charging for anything, including water on the flight, I suspect they will end up paying the price in the long run."
