Desventajas: I made a mistake in my daughter's surname while booking online, BA refused ro change it at check-in and forced me to buy a new ticket for her.

Ventajas: The entire crew was amazing! Super comfy flight with complete lie-flat club world seats. Arrived into London feeling very refreshed!

Ventajas: I really enjoyed the ease of boarding and how smooth the flight went. The airline crew was friendly and the food was great.

Desventajas: I wish that I was informed ahead of time that SAS GO LITE flights do not include check-in baggage. I ended up paying $109 instead of $60 because I was unaware that the fees change the day of departure. This upset me.

Desventajas: The check in staff at the gate could have been more friendly and paid better attention to customer care. I was standing in front of the counter with a simple Question but had to wait 5 minutes before the two agents got done with their own personal chat and thought about attending to me.

Desventajas: Newer movies

Ventajas: Smooth flight from Copenhagen to Berlin - uneventful which is good. They even offered free coffee and tea.

Ventajas: flights on time. special meals I ordered were provided.

Desventajas: very long check-in line. took over 1hr to check in. tried to check-in online in advance, but system did not allow me to do this.

Ventajas: As always, Turkish Airlines takes care of their customers with the best service.

Desventajas: Seats could have been a little better.

Desventajas: Air circulation on the jfk ist flight was absent and my wife almost suffocated and has to get closer to an exit door to get some air. Last time to use turkish airline

Desventajas: Terrible airline, they charge for everything, but don’t give the client good service. I was yelled by a worker because I was having difficulties scanning my bag at the self-scanning-and-uploading-your-luggage that you pay $100 dollars extra Per bag. I don’t like this airline.

Desventajas: Plane late due to electrical failure. Manchester airport, stuck on bus because driver couldn't open the door.

Ventajas: On time, great crew, comfortable ride even in coach

Desventajas: Proper charging stations on planes (not just underseat plus, but better to have front-facing USB).

Desventajas: Dublin was difficult off boarding, had to take a bus and multiple multiple steps and escalators. Difficult for people trying to connect in under 90 minutes

Desventajas: No food on the flight! Due to some problems with the catering service, only a small sandwich was available.

Desventajas: Entertainment unit was very slow and not even possible to operate properly. I had to ask for resetting it several times.

Ventajas: Everything is well organized, crew members were great.

Desventajas: Aircraft A330-300 sucks. It is SLOW! Boeng-777 did Moscow-Houston flight in 10 hours, but this A330 flew from Frankfurt to Atlanta in the same time. Shelves for baggage are small - it is not enough room for all passenger bags. Entertainment can be better. Food... It could be SIGNIFICANTLY better! Or just do not serve it et al. If I could I would not buy it.

Ventajas: Lufthansa is an airline that prides itself on timeliness and service. The boarding procedure was very good, food was very good and service was excellent. I have flown with Lufthansa before and they always prove to me that I’ve made the right choice booking with them!

Desventajas: The weather, we hit some turbulence which is beyond the Captains control. Seatbelt sign came right on and even with that we still landed about 20 minutes early in Frankfurt

Desventajas: There was a baggage strike in Copenhagen. We sat on the tarmac for about an hour awaiting a gate opening. The flight to Chicago took off an hour late and we missed our connecting flight into Columbus. And our bags never arrived in Chicago.

Desventajas: Not having additional fees for baggage. Please disclose that as part of the ticketing.

Ventajas: Salmon dinner was the best dish Lufthansa ever served

Desventajas: Flight attendants disappeared after serving dinner. They didn't come around once between dinner and breakfast. This was the worst LH crew ever.

Ventajas: The leg room in economy class was average. Not too cramped. There were good selection of entertainment options to watch/listen.

Desventajas: The care and friendliness of the staff needs improvement. The quality of the food was poor. Additionally the boarding process needs to be better organized. Property sequence and queues need to be maintained and followed through.

Ventajas: legroom in business is good, food was ok. only one round of drinks was offered.

Desventajas: no lounge access in dublin for TAP Business Passengers. Handling of the delay was not well managed.

Desventajas: TAP doesn't understand the first thing about customer service.

Ventajas: Food is not really included and the seat DONT recline. But the crew were great and boarding was easy

Desventajas: techical problems announced AFTER plane was fully boarded, took 1-1/2 hours with no refreshments offered except the water bottles at seat. However, captain did make periodic announcements as to progress of repairs.
