Desventajas: "The flight had mechanical issues. They made us sit until 10 pm but still no flight. Then they asked us to go home and come back next day! When we tried to check/in, they said there are no more seats. Then they finally put us on another airline which departed in the night! This is a nightmare. You should not entertain Air-India on your website. I was totally exhausted and taken for a ride by poor airline management."
Desventajas: "TV screens did not work at all. For a 15 hour flight this is the worst thing possible. How do u kill time !!!! Food could have been better. The first meal was so less in quantity. I was so hungry but they didnt have more to give."
Desventajas: "They delayed the flight hence my parents Mangalore flight got missed..air India timings are pathetic"

Desventajas: "Everything. Starting at check-in upto flight conclusion, there is always a problem. Their business and first class product is far, far below global standards. Seats are broken, some of them are not cleaned properly etc. For an aircraft that is about 6 years old, it looks like 30."
Ventajas: "We had taken extra legroom seats and so the seating was comfortable."
Desventajas: "The audio system was very poor. Could not watch a single movie. On such long haul flights, the entertainment system needs to be proper."

Ventajas: "The crew should be commended for doing such a great job despite the unruly behavior of some of the passengers. The Legroom on the airline is much larger than most of the airlines I have traveled. The meals served are mostly geared towards the Indian cuisine and it’s pretty good and sumptuous. You are provided with three meals on the EWR-BOM leg viz. lunch, dinner and breakfast."
Desventajas: "The boarding at Newark was chaotic but the blame lies on passengers who were not heeding to the repeated announcement from the ground staff. The entertainment system on the flight was very spotty with some terminals being unresponsive to touch. The passenger announcement are very minimal."
Ventajas: "This time especially I was surprised by the hospitality of the Captain & the crew they all did a phenomenal job! Sameera inflight crew was v attentive to the passenger sitting besides me, she collapsed due to asthamatic attack , he immediately came gave her O2 & announce for the doctor on board & revived the passenger ."

Desventajas: "Travel was not comfortable and the food during entire 16 hr travel was horrible. I could not eat anything except tea and coffee. I usually not a complainer about my travel. I always travel by Air India. But past couple of times the quality of food has declined a lot and I thought I should inform about it. Also the AI crew was unprofessional. They were talking in their local language. They should also pay attention to their appearance. Thank you."
Desventajas: "1. The screen on all the 3 seats was not working. 2. The seats were not comfortable as they were very old. 3. They mentioned there will be a stopage at Mumbai but instead when we reached Mumbai the crew was not aware and they asked to collect bags and checkin again through domestic terminal within half an hour. Would not recommend to friend and family."
Desventajas: "Using the entertainment system was very cumbersome. For one thing, it did not work at the start and someone had to reset the system. Even after that, the system was very sluggish in responding to commands. The range of available selection was very limited."
Ventajas: "seats are nice and bigger than most aircrafts, leg room is plenty."

Ventajas: "Staff was so friendly that my mother who was travelling alone for the first time didn't even realised that when she reached to mumbai.and food was so awesome and flight departed and landed safely on time."

Ventajas: "Web check-in helped as we did not have to wait in line. Food was better this time. Entertainment system worked for both of us except for my neighbor."
Desventajas: "Please check carry-on size as people bring large bags and then place Hem side ways as it will not fit straight in. People put their extra large purse, Hackett, sweaters in the overhead cabin instead of keeping it with them. This eats ups space for carry-on."
Ventajas: "Direct flight and one less hour the pilots covered the distance . Crew was exlent!"
Desventajas: "Older flight The seats chosen seem to appear next to rest room than what the seat map showed. Crew helped me seat at different available seat."

Desventajas: "In flight service from EWR to MUMBAI was very poor. Headphones were not working, snacks were not provided and when the service light was on, air hostess never came . Overal, horrible experience. I will not fly AI again."
Ventajas: "Direct connectivity to destination was only perk for choosing this flight. Crew was courteous."
Desventajas: "Entertainment systems were down. Food served was substandard. Seats were in bad shape and duct tape work was done. No one is available in pantry area to help with water tea or any other things."
Desventajas: "Tv and lights did not work from the start. This was not sporadic but 7 rows did not have any entertainment or lights for the full flight."
Ventajas: "There were lot of kids around me who were crying all the time one after the other - could not sleep for one minute - tried to change my seat but the flight was full so could not- TV control was stuck so could not move easily"

Ventajas: "- Good time of day to fly (left midnight, arrived in London around noon) - the flight coincided with normal sleep time, so I arrived with very little jetlag. The aircraft (Boeing 787 Dreamliner) was well equipped, had ample luggage space and effective mood lighting. - Flight left on time and arrived early."
Desventajas: "The aircraft could have been cleaned better."

Ventajas: "Everything seemed to work out. Boarding and service was efficient... Plane though a bit older 777-300ER, was still Pleasant enough."
Desventajas: "Lunch, supper and pre-landing snack served. Bit better than United direct flight. Food was decent and Service was efficient. The staff was polite."

Desventajas: "the main reason why i find the service provided by the airlines to be beyond poor is because the connecting flight was delayed by more than 6 hrs and there was no assistance from the airlines staff regarding the next flight or the amount of delay. The flight got delayed because of weather conditions which is not the fault of the airlines but keeping stranded passengers informed is their most important duty."
Ventajas: "The price and AI staff attitude/demeanor were both very good."
Desventajas: "The actual service quality was below the average US flagship airline, far below the average EU flagship airline, and very far below the average Asian flagship airline."
Desventajas: "The in-flight entertainment equipment was not working on quite a few seats. The headsets were broken and the controls to flip channels was not working. Hope they fix the equipment so that the passengers can actually enjoy the variety of programs available."

Couldn't believe my eyes to see something as simple as boarding looking like a complicated job! - AI crew is pretty rude when it comes to helping with overhead cabins: The cabins are high and it really is very difficult for most individuals to manage it single-handedly. For crew to say this is to any passenger,"You opened it. Now close it" without a 'please can you close it' just sounds atrocious and mean"
Desventajas: "No manners & courtesy. They carry a bored expression & behave as if they are doing a favor to the passengers. They need to remember that they get paid from the ticket fares that the passengers pay."
Desventajas: "Sewage from toilet backed up, sitting in sewage whole flight, no offer of reimbursement or compensation for flight that was health hazard"
