Ventajas: the headrests in the AUH-MAD leg

Desventajas: the touchscreen inflight system didn’t work very well in the MNL-AUH leg of the trip

Ventajas: The crew was amazing, there's one lady crew that's super friendly. Met great passengers too. Was seated at 71 F, the gentleman next to me was great Mr 71 G. Just wished was able to say goodbye to him. Fl EY455 9/3/19. He was heading for Beirut and me to LHR. JUST wish for an ETIHAD CONNECTION. Thanks.

Desventajas: The waiting lounge had no info on the outside. We came early, was seated close to the door and I served as the info person.

Ventajas: Crew was nice and friendly. Food came in a paper bag but still was good and plenty. The plane was an Airbus-330, it's a smaller plane for shorter routes but the seats were actually more comfortable than the newest Boeing 787-9 they use for long hauls.

Desventajas: Don't bus the passengers to the plane and make them climb the stairs. It's almost 2020.

Ventajas: Nothing

Desventajas: The seat were not adjustable and the snake were poor and no entertainment on board ... poor boarding with buses and arrived with buses

Desventajas: Tvs don’t work. Uncomfortable seats

Desventajas: Too hot in the plane - was far too hot. too late the drink...after I eaten.

Ventajas: Very pleasant and comfortable flight.

Ventajas: They help get passengers to seat and with their luggage

Desventajas: They insist to wake you up if sleeping to ask if you want to eat instead of leaving you alone!

Ventajas: Liked I got an aisle seat. But we should have that choice as we are purchasing the ticket

Ventajas: I used my miles to upgrade to Laurel so the experience was great! EVA is always a good airline so not really many complains

Desventajas: What could be better would be even more improvements to the cabin. The layout and decor feels a bit dated and the seat orientation and layout can also use some modernizing.

Ventajas: Crew was very nice. What I like to say is the ramp and bus boarding in lax is awful also the site arranging the trip should give us right away the choice of seats .. For me that’s very important

Desventajas: Choice of seats when purchasing the airline tickets

Ventajas: The boarding process was easy and straightforward, the seats were comfortable and had individual entertainment screens, the crew was very polite and helpful. For meals, everyone was given a printed menu at the start of the flight so that meal options could be easily made.

Desventajas: My only complaint is that I would have liked to see more frequent offers for water refills during the flight, since water cups are so small and staying well hydrated on flights is difficult but essential.

Ventajas: Friendly staff. Both two meals were awesome.

Desventajas: Already done.

Desventajas: Having boarded at SYD, during the Canberra stop, we were all required to disembarked. It was a loaded flight so the process was slow

Ventajas: Overall, the staff was amazing, so as the food and cleanliness

Desventajas: The space between the seats in economic seat

Ventajas: Take the flight that takes out of SFO right after midnight. Gets you there with less than an hour layover and you are off to BKk. Once I got to BKk my bus was ready and I was in Pattaya by noon. Smoothest trip so far

Ventajas: The price was right. On time arrival.

Desventajas: Crew and food were not especially pleasant.

Desventajas: Flight was delayed and there are redundant checks before entering to the gate. No internet service in the flight and was a very long flight (14 hrs)

Desventajas: Food from New York to doha was average. Doha to Karachi excellent. Over all it was excellent experience. People on the ground at doha airport was exceptional. Very courteous and ready to go serve. This is what I call real service.

Ventajas: Attentive and friendly crew, leg room

Desventajas: Need to serve better food in economy. There is a little more legroom in economy compared to other airlines, however, the seats are tight. They are not wide enough. Need better movie selection.

Desventajas: Plane was 3+ hours late to depart from San Francisco to San Diego on Christmas Eve. Flight attendants could have been much friendlier. Although it didn't apply to me, I didn't like the manner in which the heavyset female flight attendant asked people to store their items under their seats as we were arriving in San Diego. She was very grumpy. Not polite. No smile. Very bossy.  Her poor attitude was definitely not necessary. Alaska can do a lot better.

Ventajas: The crew were friendly and attentive, the seats were somewhat comfortable being in economy.

Desventajas: For the price you pay it is what you get.

Desventajas: On a 17 hour flight, people need water, and getting that from the flight crew wasn't easy. They were rushed, unpleasant, and the food was worse than I've seen on a plane in years. The entertainment system too, was very old and lacking compared to newer systems.

Ventajas: Good aisle seat given & very good food selection and in flight crew service

Desventajas: Better organize boarding sequence, I notice the space limitation in the line for boarding.

Ventajas: Crew was very friendly and plane was on time. Food was good and also had various snacks in between meals. One of the things I liked most was that they had nitenacks in the restroom.

Desventajas: In flight food service by cabin crew was spotty, sometimes they gave you coffee with dinner , sometime not, they are very forgetful. Please improve on this issue.

Desventajas: Getting on and off the plane took some time, but doesn't it always? Economy class was slightly more comfortable than many other airlines, but nothing to write home about. Qatar Airways really shone in the food, the service (both onboard and off) and the entertainment. Good experience.

Ventajas: One of several preferred airlines when flying to Asia. Really enjoy their service, and it's wonderful to wake up to many beauties in view!

Desventajas: Entertainment and access to Wifi

Ventajas: Spacious Premium Economy seats with excellent flight attendants looking after general wellness of customers.

Desventajas: In-Flight Wi-Fi has archaic plans… 30MB Chat App-only Plan for 2-Hours. It also usually has a pause button to halt and resume the internet session later, but there wasn’t one this time.

Desventajas: 20 min late but acceptable for a 15 hr flight

Ventajas: Everything is perfect, the crew services are very warm and professional, I strongly believe that Singapore airlines is the best in world as I tried many airlines but I don’t see like their them, I will strongly recommend and I will be their customer for any flight to Far East inshaallah.

Desventajas: I recommend if they can provide paid massage service ( not complementary)at the suits class for long trip because there’s enough space to do it , I’m very glad to congratulate them for the level of service they reached .
