Desventajas: Cramped seats. No IFE. Chaotic boarding. Luggage missed flight.

Ventajas: Just the crews

Desventajas: I feel the options when the flights didn’t work out could be much better and the managers could be more helpful with finding accommodations. For example my flight was canceled the young lady behind the counter was more helpful than the manager when exploring options to get me on my way to Sudbury in which I had to catch the bus which was fine but to get to that conclusion took forever they provided a ride to the station and thats it

Ventajas: Air Canada's fights to and from Regina to Milwaukee are way to long

Desventajas: Seats were so uncomfortable!but love the direct flight eben though it was almost 2 hrs late

Ventajas: Punctuality and professionalisms were at the best

Ventajas: no remarks. everything fine for a short flight

Ventajas: We left with hour delay but still made it on time for the next connection. Lufthansa had already announced they would have taken care of all inconveniences.

Desventajas: Nothing

Ventajas: Lufthansa is an airline that prides itself on timeliness and service. The boarding procedure was very good, food was very good and service was excellent. I have flown with Lufthansa before and they always prove to me that I’ve made the right choice booking with them!

Desventajas: The weather, we hit some turbulence which is beyond the Captains control. Seatbelt sign came right on and even with that we still landed about 20 minutes early in Frankfurt

Desventajas: This was one of the worst Lufthansa crews. You could not pay them to care. Many years of flying LH this is the first time I encounter such poor service.

Ventajas: Super friendly

Desventajas: Maybe a hot meal?

Desventajas: Flight was delayed for hours on the 21 st and then cancelled. I want refund for transportation and loss of income

Ventajas: Nothing the crew was mean and rude I’ll never fly TAP air Portugal again

Desventajas: TAP doesn't understand the first thing about customer service.

Ventajas: Efficient check in and polite crew.

Ventajas: It was a smooth journey. The crew members were great

Desventajas: There was about an hour delay

Desventajas: Flight attendants didn’t respond to the flight attendant call button even once , I asked three of them to check my entertainment screen that was working . They all said they will be right back and never did . When I asked for water they pointed me to the water bottles so I can do it myself . Overall I felt like the service was horrible

Desventajas: There was a 2 hour delay which lead to us arriving to our destination late

Ventajas: Absolutely nothing. Bathrooms were dirty upon boarding, crew did not even come around with water more than once, the airline couldn’t resolve even the most simple issues. Terrible experience

Desventajas: Any form of customer service, maintenance of bathrooms, ability to resolve travel agent dispute. Change of seats. They were able to do nothing except sorry.

Ventajas: Good airline, great service, boarding process, on time departure and arrival

Desventajas: The boarding process and charging 95 dollars for an extra bag is crazy.

Ventajas: Seats super comfortable. Big screen entrainment.

Desventajas: One more time offer drinks for a very long travel time (other 10H).

Ventajas: Comfort and cleanliness of flight.

Desventajas: Both flights did not have any general vegetarian options in snack or main courses. There was no option online to submit a meal request and as booking last minute travel and in a foreign country, it was not possible to contact Air Portugal via phone. If the flight offers snack and two meal options, at least one should be vegetarian to accommodate this common population of passengers.

Ventajas: Nothing.

Desventajas: The crew did not know the law about child safety seats. They tried to inform us we could not use it, even though it is approved for air travel. Then they tried to tell us we had to face it forward, which is illegal and it cannot be secured like this. Then they told us the car seat needed to be against the fuselage, but that all the fuselage seats were taken. They did not offer a solution to this problem. I informed them this was TAP's fault for assigning those seats to us. They said they were not responsible, which is clearly wrong. They could have reassigned us at check-in and avoided the problem. They were very concerned about the ability of the person in front of us to recline their seat, but no interested at all in the safety of our baby. They told us we would not be able to use the seat, although our baby was already asleep. They were trying to find a way to make us leave the plane. Finally, some other passengers volunteered to move so we could sit against the fuselage with nobody in the seats in front of us, so we would not block them from reclining. A solution would not have been found by the crew. Only thanks to generous passengers were we able to stay on the plane, even though we were doing everything completely legally. They made my pregnant wife feel so bad that she cried for the first hour of the flight. Then, as the flight was concluding, our baby got airsick and vomited. They crew did nothing to help aside from bring 3 (!) napkins and then leave again. Incredibly unhelpful, mean, ignorant, and combative cabin crew. Truly appalling.

Ventajas: Service and comfort.

Desventajas: It would be nice if both flights had vegetarian snacks and food options to accommodate this population of passengers. If 2 types of meals sre generally offered, it would be nice if both are not meat options, and one vegetarian.

Ventajas: Everything. Flying First class is the only way to fly

Ventajas: Food is not really included and the seat DONT recline. But the crew were great and boarding was easy

Desventajas: More food , comfortable seats
