Excellent crew who were always willing to help with my fondness for a beer. Food was as expected and up to the standard of Singapore Airlines. All round it was a long trip made a lot easier......5 stars."

Staff is always friendly and happy...they really seem to absolutely love their job! Free toiletries in the bathrooms are an extra plus. Whenever there was a change in schedule / plans the captain informed the passengers immediately about what was going on and what would happen next."
Desventajas: "The only thing that did and probably always will be AWFUL is going thru security at JFK. The T S A officials there are unfriendly, sometimes rude, never smiling and often yelling at you or even little kids or elderly people. We are travelling a lot and no other security staff at any given airport is so unfriendly and harsh. Worst thing about going on a journey."

Got a hard time on the weight of my carry-on being more than 7kg although I had to point out that my ticket allowed me two bags that were 23kg each - I had nothing to check. Eventually, when I pointed out that I could wear enough of the clothes from the carry on, they agreed to let me take it on. On board, the service was cold, bland and infrequent. The entertainment system lost sound perhaps 20 minutes into the flight."

El personal de tierra donde dejas el equipaje era leeento y desagradable , más que en cualquier otra aerolínea que haya usado, y uso unas cuantas al año. El avión era muy viejo con equipamiento obsoleto, no repetiría si tuviese otra opción.
Se demoró más de la cuenta, adentro del avión era un caos. No estuvo buena la ida a Sao Paulo, la vuelta muy bien

Retraso de más de tres horas. No información en absoluto. Pérdida de conexión en Estambul por retraso. Arreglo de otro vuelo sin posibilidad de elección en absoluto. Burocracia eterna para conseguir hotel. Un desastre la forma en la que el personal se relaciona con los pasajeros. Lamentable

Me quede varada en Tibilisi, donde Turkish Airlines canceló el vuelo a Estambul y nunca ofreció alternativa para derivar a otras líneas aéreas. Tuve que salir por tierra a Armenia y de ahí comprar un nuevo billete con Air France por mi cuenta. Kayak siguió mandando mensajes de que el vuelo estaba en horario, y nunca actualizó la información que enviaba en sus alertas, como que no hubiera pasado nada. Incluso en el mapa se veía en ruta el avión cuando nunca había despegado. Tremendo"
Estaba corriendo para poder abordar el vuelo y después cambiaron el capitán y un señal de salida roto y esperaron últimos detalles del vuelo…estábamos esperando en el avión para una hora.

Ventajas: "Overall everything went better than expected. Flew Aer Lingus from East Coast through Dublin to Rome. Making the connection in Dublin was the easiest connection I’ve ever made and I fly multiple times every month. I would fly Aer Lingus to Europe again for sure."
Desventajas: "We did not get to select the seats. I did get an extremely low priced fare so I was prepared. The seats were in the very back of the plane from Dublin to Rome even though there were many seats open throughout the plane. I couldn’t figure out how to purchase upgrades using the app."

Desventajas: "My flight from the US to Dublin was delayed by 3.5 hours because the original inbound plane broke down and they sent a smaller replacement. Then they could not locate a crew."

Desventajas: "Could not get a crew member to respond to the call button. We got what was left for a dinner meal, no choice. Handed a ‘hot pocket’, no napkin, no drink. My headphone jack partially worked—ear buds fine but the internal connection was not working well—sound only from 1 ear bud. Not pleasant for watching or listening to entertainment."
Ventajas: "The crew was very pleasant. The food was actually good! The flight was exactly on time! And they didn’t loose my luggage! It was perfect"

Desventajas: "After dinner, seat belt sign was on for the rest of flight. They didn't want anyone to use the bathroom...for over 4 hours. There was really no turbulence. Basically it seemed to be a reason to not provide service and trap people in their seats. You also had to pay for alcohol. Worst international flight I ever had in terms of customer service"
Ventajas: "Flight was incredibly smooth and on time."
Desventajas: "I had selected an emergency aisle seat because additional legroom was offered in those seats, however, the seat was so narrow I couldn't sit there. Moved to a regular seat instead. Food was really mediocre compared to food I've had on other airlines."

Desventajas: "The staff at EWR took the wheelchair that I was in and told me that someone would be along with another one. One never arrived. I went to the desk when boarding began. I requested a wheelchair and I was told that I could walk down the ramp without assistance by one of the boarding staff. I was able to but with great pain and much energy. If it had not been for the crew of the flight I probably would never fly on Aer Lingus again."

Desventajas: "My seat had a broken fold down tray which meant that food and drinks would slide off unless I held it up by my knee."
Ventajas: "Flight and service was fine - food was probably better than average in coach."
Desventajas: "I have come to expect charging outlet for devices - this aircraft had none. Entertainment consisted of a few older movies - no newer releases."
Desventajas: "First of all, they were not able to locate my reservations even after I showed them the e ticket. I had to be on call with Etihad for 1 hour to figure out my reservation. I had a small 7-year-old son with me and we were at the airport from one day. Since my other flight got cancelled I ended up boarding taking Etihad. I was first in the line at the check-in counter and ended up boarding at the end with all the hassle. I requested the vegetarian food twice and confirmed it while the reservation, but still didn't get the food. My son and myself were hungry for few hours. The crew was not very supportive to accommodate any food."

Ventajas: "had trouble getting a ticket in the airport. was not checking a bag so they went out of their way to print one ensuring I did not have to wait in a large bag check line. seats have decent room, tv's had a great selection. food was good during the flight and staff was attentive. top 3 transatlantic flight for me(done around 20)"
Desventajas: "Lost my luggage for two days. Follow-up on lost luggage was extremely poor. As far as plane flight: No place to charge phone on transatlantic flight. Charged for *all* food and drinks including 4 Euros for cup of tea! Plane was very late leaving, and very late arriving. Plane seats were significantly smaller than on other airlines' international flights. Can't see any reason to fly Aer Lingus again."
Desventajas: "We were surprised at check-in by a baggage charge for our 1st checked bag for each passenger. (We were led to believe that the 1st checked bag had no charge for each passenger before arriving at the airport.)"
Ventajas: "From the moment I arrived I felt very taken care of. Plenty of seating in lounge, with many of them facing runway. People were friendly and accommodating. Food was average. On aircraft, the staff was outstanding."
Desventajas: "3.5 hr delay due to mechanical issues. Missed connecting flight."

No pude realizar el vuelo por ser con conexión y al ir el primer vuelo con retraso no llegar a tiempo y se perdió.
Ventajas: "dañaron mis maletas, no me pagaron a pesar de que hice un reclamo"
Desventajas: "Dañan las maletas y no se hacen responsables"

Desventajas: "Tanto a la ida como al regreso ese tramo fue con AirEuropa y el personal en aeropuerto no tienen la amabilidad correspondiente. En la idea me tocó problemas con uno de ellos y en el regreso vi que otros pasajeros les ocurrió lo mismo. Ni siquiera muestran sus nombres."

Desventajas: "Muy malo el abordaje, ya que se abordaba a dos vuelos distintos en el mismo mostrador, y esto hizo confundir a toda la gente, y a agruparse muchas personas en el sector. La mayoria extranjeros, de habla hispana o asiaticos quienes no entendiamos nada de lo que nos explicaba el personal"
Ventajas: "Todo excelente, desde la rapidez del check in, la tripulacion siempre sonriente y atenta a cualquier eventualidad, el entretenamiento a bordo muy bueno, y la comida deliciosa! Desearia volver a volar con uds!"
