Desventajas: It was freezing on the plane. I had a jacket on and socks and used two of the blankets and was still cold. I also had tried to contact Iberia to order a special meal, but was not able to get through on the line even though I tried for several days. I also was not able to figure out how to order a meal on-line. I was disappointed with the choices of movies.

Ventajas: Not a lot.

Desventajas: Our flight got delayed so American Airlines Auto switched us to a flight leaving a day later with a 17 hour layover. When I called to get it fixed I waited on hold for 30 minutes before I got through. Once we got on original flight they gave away seats we paid extra for and gave us no refund.

Ventajas: nothing

Desventajas: the flight was delayed, boarding was the slowest ever and we received something to drink after 1,5h of flight

Ventajas: Crew was ok, But seats so tight, Economy size seats fitted in Business Class and so much wastage of space around seat, very little quantity and quality of food available.The flights to Delhi and Amritsar has more than 60 % Punjab Travelers and there is not even a single movie in Punjabi movie. Poor.

Ventajas: Food was great, movie selection too. Everything was great except for I couldn’t really get comfortable to sleep

Desventajas: Not sure how to make the seats more comfortable. I have some back issues though. However, some of my travel companions slept right through the flight.

Ventajas: Decent price for economy comfort seat, 4A.

Desventajas: The flight was delayed about 80 minutes and they did not informed until when I got to the Airport. I could have stayed more at home instead of the terminal. They have also changed the boarding gate..

Desventajas: All of the less than good, obvious!

Desventajas: Transavia does not serve anything complementary, not even water. A flight between two countries that is five hours long must be better than this. I was not aware of Transavia doing that before I booked. I will never fly with them again

Desventajas: Ummmm delayed both flights were delayed, it was annoying

Ventajas: nothing - they misinformed me left and right so I couldnt make properly informed decisions and then denied me boarding and told me to pay for a new flight after having spent over 750 and 3 days 2 nights at the airport due to the mishaps.

Desventajas: staff that gives the correct information so u can properly plan for the check in and boarding procedures and compassion to advocate to let me onto the flight they made me jump thru hoops just to get onto.

Ventajas: The flat bed

Desventajas: The Captain made loud announcements waking you up

Ventajas: It was on time and everything went well

Desventajas: They could have offered more water

Ventajas: Flight was on time. Seats were comfortable. Plenty of food was included in the flight. And service was good.

Desventajas: Greater weight allowance for carry-on luggage.

Ventajas: The entertainment was ok.

Desventajas: Everything else was terrible. From check-in to boarding to flight.

Ventajas: They got us there on time and safe.

Desventajas: Nothing really you guys did a really good job getting me to where I need to go.Thank you so much!!!

Desventajas: 3 1/2 hr delay

Desventajas: My sister’s checked in luggage was in poor shape when we got it in Albany. We noticed an outside compartment was unzipped. So we checked to see if anything was missing and a souvenir from Mexico was gone. Then we realized a zipper was missing from the luggage and then decided to check all the other compartments and realized her bag of jewelry was gone. The woman at baggage services in Albany told us Delta is not responsible for lost belongings. Also tried to tell us theft is not an issue because there are cameras everywhere. Well you are telling someone that is missing a bag of jewelry that theft is not a problem. Also, there may be cameras everywhere but I doubt anyone is going to review those cameras to see what happened. I will never fly Delta again.

Ventajas: Super friendly and helpful with connections.

Desventajas: The music on the plane was a bit much. Lol

Desventajas: Last minute plane change due to incomplete repairs was a bummer, but I appreciate that they caught the issue before we took off

Desventajas: My gluten free meal had a carrot cake... the first ingredient was Wheat! If you have any type of allergy do not trust their food!

Ventajas: Amazing punctuality, both on the way out to Lisbon and on the return to London.

Desventajas: Cannot really think of anything that needed attention on these flights.

Desventajas: Swiss perfect as always, Barcelona ground worker disaster, as always....

Desventajas: Swiss air returned my bagage damaged and there is no way to report it!

Ventajas: The price was good. The staff really tried to help, but the restrictions from TAP headquarters made them effectively powerless

Desventajas: The flight was canceled last minute. TAPs phone support were not allowed to reschedule anyone on alternate carriers, but told me that the check in agents had that power. Meanwhile, the check in agents in Boston had been banned by TAP headquarters to rebook anyone on other carriers, and were unaware that the phone support were giving the passengers conflicting information. In the end I was automatically rebooked for a flight 72 hours later (not realistic for me...). I gave up and headed home from the airport after 2 hours. People who needed help with hotel bookings (not me luckily) most likely had to wait in line a lot longer than that

Ventajas: Clear communication about delays and boarding, comfortable seats, great service.

Ventajas: Estoy molesta porque nos cancelaron el vuelo y ya teníamos reservado habitación en Oporto. Perdí el hospedaje €32. Nos asignaron en una nueva aerolínea KLN, donde corrimos para no perder el vuelo ya que tenía 15 minutos para abordar mi madre de 65 años y yo. Corrí en buscar las maletas ya registradas y hacer el procedimiento de check in y pierda de abordar para legar a tiempo. Gracias a Dios no perdimos el vuelo. Pero KLN nos indicaron que ellos no sabían de la cancelación y que no se hacían responsables del hospedaje. Al buscar en el aeropuerto de Holanda TAP AIR PORTUGAL no se hizo responsable. Por lo tanto pague una noche extra €45. Mas el servicio de taxi. En fin. Solo espero que me ayuden con la devolución de una noche por medio de TAP AIR PORTUGAL.

Desventajas: Dar información completa al momento de cancelar un vuelo.

Desventajas: I didn’t have time to make my second flight. This ruined our first day of vacation, completely. Not happy!!

Ventajas: Much more comfortable than I expected. Attentive flight attendants.

Ventajas: There was nothing really special or to write home about--flight got us there safely and ahead of schedule, albeit, uncomfortably (seats were extremely thin and uncomfortable) and the pitch/distance between seat rows was extremely short & cramped..

Desventajas: Seats could have been more comfortable; they were extremely thin and uncomfortable--and airline could give more legroom/pitch between seats.

Ventajas: comfortable seats, quick flight

Desventajas: in-seat entertainment and a full salami sandwich instead of half for snack

Ventajas: The crew were friendly enough and willing to serve.

Desventajas: The seat could have been thicker and softer for greater comfort--instead, it was thin and flimsy. There should also be greater space/pitch between the rows of seats.

Ventajas: TAP always has great team members and crew. They are polite, professional and helpful. The flight itself is comfortable and relaxing; very enjoyable.

Desventajas: TAP does not check your bags all the way through if you are having a layover. This makes NO SENSE and requires that you retrieve your luggage from baggage claim, and then check in once more and then another trip through security once again! This never happens in the US - one of the few things we get right. Also, I have never had to board a plan from the tarmac since 1970 in the US - why do we have to always wait for and take buses from our check in gate out to the flight line? And how is this ever considered, "Premium Boarding?" It's like a cattle car. Fix these things and I will sing the praises of TAP forever.

Ventajas: The seats are comfortable.nice leg room.

Desventajas: Boarding on every airplane company seems off. Sitting in seat 6D and I’m in the second to last boarding group. That cheese on the burger pricing for getting on before others is getting old. Be better.

Desventajas: There was no entertainment , no food for a 4 hour flight. The flight is more expensive than other airlines. I will not recommend or flight with them again. The flight was full and I think the route is profitable to them. I guess if you can exploit people, why not do it.
