Ventajas: Being on time

Desventajas: Nothing you guys did great thankyou so much.

Ventajas: When I asked for a seat change the crew was very accommodating

Desventajas: With covid in Seattle I was placed next to a restroom. I did not see any bathroom sanitation occurring during the flight, and no sanitizer available anywhere.

Ventajas: Check in at the airport- Delta is so friendly and helpful!! Flight crew was wonderful

Desventajas: Seats are snug

Ventajas: Economy plus was quite comfortable.

Desventajas: The storage space would have been woefully inadequate if the flight was full.

Desventajas: There was no WiFi on this flight, and I count on being able to communicate, read through and respond to emails. For me, it's the beginning of my work week when I fly into the EU.

Ventajas: The process of boarding seemed very organized compared to other flights . The staff was friendly

Desventajas: I wish they had a different type of water but overall it was a good flight

Desventajas: I asked the service attendant when I checked my lagage to change my seat to an aile seat. Even though there weren't anybody awaiting in line she could not be bothered, she got rid of me and asked me to do that at the gatw. By the time the gate opened there weren't any ailel seats. The service people are trained to be rude and treat all passagers as slaves. I would not fly United if I will have a different opinion.

Desventajas: Food, entertainment program, pillows and blankets would have been nice,

Ventajas: Due to the corona19 virus I was not able to travel and the airline phone lines have been so busy that I’m not sure if I will be able to change my ticket.

Ventajas: This is how my trip started that day. Missed my checkin window by 10 mins do to waiting in traffic for 45 mins, because of wreck. Got to the ticket counter at 8:35 and my flight my was set to take of at 9:30. There wear others in the same boat as me, we where all flying with American. I will Never ever fly with American again! The Lady was so rude then she said we were disgrutle when we ask to speak to a manger about trying to board even though or flight didnt leave until 9:30. Not Military Friendly at all. So I ran down to Lufthansa and talk with a guy at the ticket counter that was understanding of the sistuation, he told me what to do once a Book my trip through Kayak he checked me in and got me right to the front and on the plane for the next flight that left 2 hours after my missed flight. I book my trip and got through Tsa all before my flight with american even took off. When I boared the plane the cabin crew was very helpful and laughing and joking with the passagners their smiles brighten my day and made me feel at easy. I was stressed out about missing my flight with American Airlines and that lady at the ticket counter that when on got my flight with Lufthanse I felt like they were my friends and that I have been flying with them before. I will always use Lufthansa when fliying back home back to the states! Thank you to flight crew and men and women at the ticket counters!!

Desventajas: If I could change one thing it would be better food, or the drink protion size or just give out canned drinks. But over all the best flight I have taken in a long time!!

Desventajas: Very crowded in.club class. Way lower standard for business class as compared to the other airlines.

Ventajas: Nothing it was delayed by over an hour and there was ZERO on ground or in air rebooking support or information at all! Ground crew were useless and rude. No one was there to navigate us through a delay that you all caused. We were traveling with 5 children and there was zero sense of urgency. We missed our connecting flight as a result as did the 100+ other passengers on this flight. How could BA not notify it’s partner AA to delay the connecting transatlantic flight as a result of its 1hr long delays? Horrid!

Desventajas: El espacio entre asientos

Ventajas: La tripulación súper amable y el embarque estuvo a tiempo! La programación de Películas genial y eso ayuda a que el tiempo se pase más rápido por dicha.

Desventajas: Pedí una dieta especial ovolactovegetariana (con tiempo para no pasar congojas ni hambre) y me dieron una dieta completamente vegetariana. Hice todo el proceso en línea y ahí aparecía la opción de la dieta deseada, pero parece ser que pasaron por alto una parte de mi solicitud.

Ventajas: Great selection

Ventajas: Check in was simple and efficient, boarding was easy, leg space was sufficient, air hostess where polite and plane was clean prior to take off. Landing and take off both on time.

Desventajas: Two toilets for 100+ people meant long queues for the bathroom throughout the flights. The toilets were not even once cleaned in a flight of 4 Hours, meaning that by the final hour, they were a complete utter disaster in terms of hygiene. Pilot made a complete mess of descending and landing.

Ventajas: Keep it up with great services. !! Thank you!

Ventajas: Vuelo en clase business. La comida fue buena, pero escasa en cantidad

Desventajas: Los asientos business no son muy cómodos, a pesar de hacerse horizontales, las piernas quedan torcidas y el reposabrazos exterior queda lejos del brazo. El personal, muy funcionarial, poco amable

Desventajas: AC changed departure lounges and nearly missed flight.

Desventajas: it took a very long time for take off, and de freezing. That should have been done prior because it made our flight very late arriving in toronto

Desventajas: Was not Finnair but American Airlines operated flight, so cramped, no personal entertainment system, sub charger, etc. Would have been great if this was 1996 and not 2016.

Desventajas: No in-flight entertainment and seats didn't recline well

Ventajas: Finnair is always perfect. Always on time, professional, clean and comfortable. They give free coffee, water and blueberry juice.

Ventajas: Good! No complaints, no suggestions.

Desventajas: Seats were a little dirty especially for the COVID-19 going around.

Ventajas: They did not clean with antiseptic the tray tables and tv screens between flights. Because of corona virus scare. I asked stewardess and she said no

Ventajas: Trenton was outstanding. Very professional

Ventajas: Not so many passengers so we're all spread out and enjoyed the space and privacy. Got free upgrade to Premier Plus.

Desventajas: There flight was a bit on the long end (9.5 hours). There was at least one baby crying pretty much most of the flight.

Ventajas: There was nothing really special or to write home about on this particular Lufthansa flight: it got us there safely and ahead of schedule, albeit, uncomfortably (seats were extremely thin and uncomfortable) and the pitch/distance between seat rows was extremely short & cramped..

Desventajas: Seats could have been more comfortable; they were extremely thin and uncomfortable--and airline could give more legroom/pitch between seats.

Desventajas: Food service was awful. They ran out of options and only had one choice by time got toward middle /back of the plane. This happened both ways. So if your seated toward the rear bring your own food and snacks if needed.
