Ventajas: "The service from the Singapore Airlines is always impeccable. The food is delicious. The business class seat is spacious and wider than all the US airlines. There are plenty storage space in your seat space. The entertainment system has many choices and has a lot new release movies and shows."
Desventajas: "Unfortunately, the ride on Boeing 777 is not as smooth as the Airbus'. The noise in the cabin is louder. The seat is comfortable but the bed is not. First, the flat bed is not transformed by a button and it needs a physical person to flip it over. The mat is thin and I can feel some hard edges while lying down. The noise from the engine transmits to the bed and it is hard to sleep even with the noise cancellation headphone."

Ventajas: "The flight took off 10 minutes earlier and landed about 30 minutes earlier. I ordered seafood meals and the food was delicious and the service was excellent. The movies and flight info on the screen were very easy to operate."
The only thing that was less than excellent was the food server at dinner. (I had the chicken.) It wasn't that it was poorly heated or in difficult-to-open containers; it was just that it had a very peculiar taste. And I use that to describe not just the main course but the dessert as well. Very odd flavours for what seemed to be a mainstream item. I did like that the airline offered us a free glass of wine. The breakfast omelette wasn't bad, although it was quite bland.

Desventajas: "I was charged with an excessive checked baggage of $170 NZ dollars for 1 bag that weighed over 7 kg that Air New Zealand said had to be checked and would not allow as carry on baggage. I challenged the high baggage fee with other Air New Zealand staff, to no avail. I was told that the checked baggage cost for 1 bag had recently gone up from $120 NZD to $170 NZD."

Desventajas: "Domestic air travel in the USA has generally lost it's way. The costomer experience can be negatively influenced at so many points during the average trip. On this flight, other passengers (one family) with disgusting manners, smelly carry on food and generally poor attitudes, made it a captive experience. The crew were the bright spot. An airline can't help that much but, can mitigate the damage and the employees did that. You have very good people."

The flight crew were friendly and polite, the complimentary meal in coach was a pleasant surprise, and the A330-2 was smartly designed for relative comfort and accessibility."

I understand paying for the movies (although if you really wanted to stand out above the competition you could offer a select movie for free like in the old days), however the option to watch some satellite tv channels at no cost would be great. Also the nearest bathroom was out of order and that was a bit disappointing."

If the delay was due to weather or a mechanical issue I would've understood, however one of there crew members calling in sick delays my vacation by a whole day and they say there's nothing they can do. Completely ridiculous."

En ese vuelo no tenían para ver películas. Solo con los dispositivos y te cobran el WiFi. Si el vuelo dura casi 5 horas deben enviar aviones con pantallas para el entrenamiento. Esos aviones que no tienen pantallas debe ser para vuelos más cortos.

El equipaje sale más caro que el pasaje. Lamentablemente tengo seis pasajes más comprados y en las mismas condiciones. Creo que no está suficientemente clara la redacción del contrato. Una lástima, que sale muy caro."

There is no standard of service. You need to know that EVERYTHING costs extra so traveling light is of the utmost importance."

Why exactly do I spent money on seating then? I'll never fly jetstar again."

Desventajas: "No me gustó que todo se paga por separado y la página no es muy clara!!, de que nO te lo incluye el Vuelo, la supervisora de la aerolínea no nos ayudó ya que no habíamos comprado las maletas online, nos dio un teléfono para que llamáramos y lo compráramos por teléfono, perdimos una hora intentando llamar y nos dijeron que no se podía que tenía que ser en el mostrador, la supervisora insistía que teníamos que llamar y no comprarlos en el mostrador, al final solo tuvimos la Opción de comprarlos en el mostrador, me parece de muy mal Gusto que sea un vuelo de 9 horas y no te regalen ni agua!!, el personal no se porta muy amable, Jamás volveré a viajar por esa aerolínea!! Es la peor que conozco!!!"

Ventajas: "Seat was springy and broken, purser was rude and crew were not friendly or happy to work. Charging for tea, coffee and giving free tap water from a Crystal Geyser bottle refilled was a joke. Way to nickel and dime and jeopardize our health with bacteria filled water that is not in a sealed bottle."
Desventajas: "Movies was limited and ok for $10. That was the only thing semi good about this 11 hour ordeal."
