Desventajas: "Me parece totalmente in aceptable que no pude realizar mi viaje por motivos de salud y llame a las oficinas de jetblue para hacer un cambio de mi boleto y ademas, de que estuve más de dos horas tratando de llamar porque no contestaban, me notificaron que perdí mi viaje, cuando primera vez que veo que una aerolínea no te deja hacer tu cambio de boleto, o sea prácticamente se quedaron con mis 400 dolares, pésima aerolínea."

Ventajas: "El vuelo fue de delta pero estaba operado por Aeroméxico. El personal de ambas líneas muy grosero. En especial una señorita de Aeroméxico llamada Yadira Díaz que tenía un distintivo de entrevistador literalmente me dijo que le hiciera como quisiera que ella no me iba a atender."

Many people were shut off from their flight due to Sun Country being so slow and they were not helpful to those that lost their flight. Counter staff was slow and many didn’t know what they were doing - had to wait for the manager to come walk them through checking in."

What needs serious improvement and any airport/airline should not tolerate is delays from baggage handling services. Once we boarded we watched the baggage crew unload the last flights bags including USPS parcel cargo. Then our baggage had to be loaded. Sat on the plane for 50 mins before backing out of terminal. Complete lack of urgency on the part of the baggage handlers was very frustrating to many passengers."

That didn't make any sense to me being it was still Sun Country Air. Would like to hear an explanation on this policy."

Ventajas: "The friendly staff of Sun Country brought me a wheelchair both in LAX and Minneapolis. These people were warm and friendly. It may be a normal part of their job but it felt like they were really invested in my well being. My flight with Delta earlier in the year did not at all meet these expectations."

Desventajas: "Me hicieron pagar más por el equipaje el cual cumplía con la política de equipaje a bordo y en bodega. El personal en counter muy despota y grosero con las reclamaciones que les hacían."

Ventajas: "Agilidad en el abordaje, salió a tiempo y llegó antes de lo previsto."
Desventajas: "El habernos dejado más de 30 minutos en espera de puerta para desembarcar me hizo perder la conexión y teniendo que esperar más de 4 horas para tomar el siguiente vuelo a Mexico."
Desventajas: "El vuelo estaba lleno y en vez de documentar a la gente que traía maletas grandes a la cabina, me quitaron la mía que era chica y solo tenía una una. El tema era que en el apuro dejé los documentos de migraciones en dicha maleta y fue un gran problema al aterrizar"

Retraso de 3 horas y no tuvieron la cortesía de dar bebidas o comida gratis para los pasajeros después de tenernos 3 horas en Las Vegas. Teniendo que arribar a Bellingham a las 2:20 am
Cheap flight, on time!
Had to cancel flight as it was delayed by 12 hours
Ventajas: "Seat accommodations were great Gate assignments at airport should be confirmed before the plane arrived"
Desventajas: "Planning"

Desventajas: "Seats are uncomfortable"
Desventajas: "I had problems with baggage and Allegiant staff at the airport were very unhelpful."

Desventajas: "I tried to cancel this trip but was told I would have to pay more in order to receive a refund. Very disappointed customer as I have traveled with Allegiant many times and the one time I try to cancel my flight, I’m told I have to pay a fee which was more expensive than the actual price of the ticket. Waste of money."

Desventajas: "Both original and 2nd plane had malfunctions which caused extensive delays and doubled boarding time"
Desventajas: "Moving from one gate to another. The three hour delay. It appeared that no one person really knew what they were doing. The disabled in wheel chairs we left on there own. One elderly woman literally fell out of her wheel chair to the floor. I was discusseded by the events of the airline."
Ventajas: "friendly staff and clean enviornment. no nonsense flight."
Desventajas: "nothing to say except that seats could be a little more comfortable."

Ventajas: "This flight was a return to airline travel in the 1980s in a good way! The plane was clean. The seats are among the most generous seats today. The best and brightest surprise was that each flight attendant was genuinely polite and welcoming."
Desventajas: "Worst plane trip. I am a bigger girl, and I could not even buckle my seat belt due to the size of the chair. I have never had this issue on any other plane flight. It was incredibly noisy, and rough ride. I will not travel again."

Desventajas: "45 minute delay my 1st flight and a 2 hour delay on the 2nd. It's become so late so consistently that I don't even bother to arrive early anymore."

Desventajas: "Unclear boarding instructions. Both flights roundtrip were delayed about an hour. Wasn't advised of seat changes and reasons why. Mobile passes were unavailable due to a system issue gate attendants had to check manually. Bring own snacks or eat before flight and provide your own entertainment. Seats not reclining are uncomfortable. Not suitable for someone with back issues. First flight was uncomfortably cold return flight was uncomfortably hot."
Ventajas: "The food vouchers for 5 hour wait and water/beverages available. Liked alligent app for boarding pass available without printing."
Desventajas: "The 5 hour wait while the plane was worked on was unexpected. Not a lot of extra space for a near 6 hour flight. Seats do NOT recline at all. The other plane they boarded us on smelled like dirty shoes or diaper."

Ventajas: "I sat in the front row so that I had leg room. It was worth the extra 20 bucks."

Desventajas: "The Plane WAS NOT CLEAN! The turn around of the plane was so short that you guys did not take the time to vacuum the interior of the plane. My seat and other seats in my row was full of cookie crumbs and sticky food from the previous passengers. It was totally disgusting. Yuck !!"
