El personal de Delta del aeropuerto, en concreto una chica con trenzas de color y el personal de embarque fueron lo mejor. Gracias por toda la ayuda que nos prestaron
El personal de Delta nos atendió e excelentemente. En especial las auxiliares en los puestos de Delta en el aeropuerto.
No vuelvo a contratar con esa compañía, ni con vosotros. Desde mayo intentando ponerme en contacto para cambiar el billete y no ha sido posible. He perdido el dinero sin poder ni siquiera poner una reclamación. Lo está estudiando consumo europeo.
Ha sido una de las peores experiencias que he tenido a la hora de viajar. El trato que recibimos mi hija y yo Por parte del equipo de facturación fue humillante. No sentimos tratados con desprecio y la educación. No volveré a viajar con esta compañía.

Es increible que no pudiera hacer la facturación online -según el personal del Delta con el que hable porque no había comprado el vuelo directamente con ellos- y que ademas Virgin o Kayak no me avisaran de ello, por lo que tuve que perder un tiempo precioso intentándolo

We missed our connection and had to wait 3 more hours for the next flight - We were somewhat lucky as multiple flights were delayed/cancelled that day - I will avoid using Virgin Atlantic in the future as they need Delta and British operate their flights and this makes it prone to issues like that"

Desventajas: "My first leg flight was delayed and I booked through kayak on two different airlines and the first airline did not communicate with the second airline so 5 passengers ran to make the change and arrived 1 min after the jetbridge to get on the plane was pulled away. It was incredible frustrating and could have very easily been avoided with communication from the airlines"
Ventajas: "Choice of movies was good, but told the flight over was better. I flew another airline. Had no issue checking one bag in for free, but I think that is standard on an international flight."
Desventajas: "Entertainment systems take up foot/bag space underneath the seats. Was not able to get more than one glass of wine, even though I missed the first beverage service, that is my fault though, but I don't recall it being an issue getting a drink between services. Entertainment systems had contrast issues and it seemed like a lot of people 8 - 10 had issues since they were using iPads instead of the built in monitors. A lot of wear showing on the entertainment systems remotes."

Could not get anything from website without calling and sitting on hold for: minimum 25 minute and maximum was over 2 hours on hold and got disconnected after the first hour. Based on my conversations with agents, this was because of a changeover to NEW IMPROVED website! Ya right. None of their existing bookings at the time of the changeover (at the end of May) and some bookings that were made after that could update info, get seats assigned, view updated info, or check in online. Total BS! They were aware of these issues and did nothing to correct them. This should be cause for a class action lawsuit. Unconscionable! Will never fly them again due to their incompetence."

That was unfortunate but I do not know how Caribbean Airlines could help that...but due to the large number of carryon luggage, we were forced to put our backpack under our seats...and that made for a most uncomfortable flight..I wish there was a way to parcel out overhead space...i checked my luggage due to space and others crammed in whatever they could..."

Los alimentos es proporcionan están fríos y de muy mala calidad, mejor que no den alimentos durante este vuelo."

Desventajas: "El habernos dejado más de 30 minutos en espera de puerta para desembarcar me hizo perder la conexión y teniendo que esperar más de 4 horas para tomar el siguiente vuelo a Mexico."
Desventajas: "El vuelo estaba lleno y en vez de documentar a la gente que traía maletas grandes a la cabina, me quitaron la mía que era chica y solo tenía una una. El tema era que en el apuro dejé los documentos de migraciones en dicha maleta y fue un gran problema al aterrizar"
Desventajas: "En los últimos viajes que he hecho los vuelos se retrasan, tanto en la llegada como salida, ya perdí un vuelo, aunque me pagaron el hotel pero es incomodo perderlos. Y hoy estuve a punto de perderlo nuevamente, y la salida demoró casi dos horas de los estipulado al comprar mi boleto"

Muy mal personal
Seria excelente q llegaran las maletas q uno pagó y documentó!! Inaceptable su servicio y excusas, ahora resulta q era gasolina o maletas PESIMO
Podrían mejorar la conexión internet que no hubo. Pero los asientos estaban c[modos y el personal amable.
Puede mejorar la comida principal
En los dos vuelos que reserve los dos vuelos de conexión los perdí, por culpa del retraso de la aerolínea, solo en una me pagaron hospedaje y alimentación en el otro yo tuve que pagar mi hospedaje y alimentación que por cierto estaba terrible la comida del hotel. Además de que el personal de air Canadá en el aeropuerto de Toronto fue muy déspota y grosero. Mi experiencia es mala con esta aerolínea y en lo futuro evitaré viajar por ella. Gracias.

Ventajas: "La comida estaba como la habia solicitado, el lugar que elegi pagado a 120 dolares extras fue comodo aunque un poco ruidoso para el precio estan los baños al frente y todo el que entra y sale hace ruido con el baño."
Desventajas: "El embarque muy lento y desorganizado, el personal para chequear tu vuelo en shanghai demasiado incompetente, es la tercera vez que voy a shanghai y a la hora de salir siempre les aparece a ellos un error en su sistema, todo eso despues de haber pasado la aduana... algo que deberian haber corregido, con mi visado y pasaporte en orden, yo comprendo que la temperatura del avion debe ser baja ...pero en estos vuelos se les va la mano hace muchisimo frio en esos aviones para un viaje de casi 14 horas, termino siempre enfermandome y con gripe a causa de esas largas horas de frio constante ...deberian mejorar y comprar nuevos aviones con mas espacio para esos viajes tan largos, porque los que he cogido hasta ahora estan un poco incómodos...ojalá mejoren, aunque se que estoy lejos de la realidad pero igual se los dejo dijo."

Desventajas: "Se perdió una conexión e hizo que perdiera casi un dia en Roma pero no es solo eso ,el punto es que las valijas se perdieron en Canadá y vaya a saber si las vuelvo a recuperar .espero compensación mínimamente"

Desventajas: "Desde el abordaje hasta la llegada, todo es complicado, no dan información, absolutamente todos los vuelos que he tenidocon ellos se retrasan, los uso no por elección personal, sino por una situación agena a mi control, cada vez espero que no pase lo mismo que en el vuelo anterior y cada vez se superan (para mal)"

Creo que a estas personas no deberían ubicarlas en las asientos centrales. Más aún si es reubicación"

Desventajas: "El check in se demoró bastante, y luego estuvimos 40 minutos dentro del avión sin despegar, el vuelo llegó a destino demorado. Suelen sobre vender los vuelos y siempre hay gente de más en el check in"
