Desventajas: Flight overbooked, they assigned me a seat 5 minutes before departure

Ventajas: si todos muy amables

Desventajas: Very crowded flight. Fully book. Super busy bathroom. Food was bad

Ventajas: Seats were very comfortable and so were the entertainment options

Desventajas: The food was really sub-par in terms of quality. Also the it took over an hour for bags to come through which if we are flying business is a little sub-par

Ventajas: Cathay Pacific continues to delivery a stellar experience in first class even on shorter legs such as the soon to be discontinued New York to Vancouver flight (888/865). They even brought back Krug, which they opened on the ground no less in New York, and offer access to AA Flagship Dining at JFK which itself offers flagship dining.

Ventajas: crew was kind.

Desventajas: We almost crashed into other planes on the runway while trying to land. The runway was full/ blocked. We had to accelerate suddenly and ascend back into the clouds. Very bumpy and scary. Pilotes should know runway status in advance of descent.

Desventajas: Food!

Ventajas: Crew was very good, one crew member took time to make me coffee as I entered the plane

Desventajas: The food could have been better, maybe a bit more legroom. But definitely would like better food. The spaghetti and meatballs were good dinner, but I did not like the vegatables. I did, however, like the pudim.

Ventajas: The crew as fine!

Desventajas: The gate at the airport changed

Ventajas: Everything was amazing! Crew was helpful, thoughtful and kind.

Desventajas: Nothing. It was great. Strongly recommend.

Desventajas: Electricity didn’t work in my pod

Ventajas: The crew was great and entering and exiting the plane was quick.

Desventajas: The seats could have been more comfortable, but I feel like that is a comment for most planes that fly internationally.

Ventajas: Delay of check in with upgrade

Ventajas: Copa was convenient and easy. Very easy boarding process and I appreciated the day flight.

Desventajas: This is a business class that is equivalent to a US carrier domestic first class. Good seats, not lay flat but wide on my 737-800. The food and service emulated say American Airlines Domestic 1C as well. Everything was just good enough, and much cheaper that international business on the majors.

Desventajas: This flight didn’t appear in AeroMexico’s system. We had to get our boarding passes in Mexico city, but our original departure was from YUL.

Ventajas: Yes. Was excellent.

Desventajas: Waiting while we were boarding, the plane was about 35 degrees with no A/c everyone was melting

Ventajas: The flight was posted delayed on Fri then back on time on Sat so I rushed to the airport Sat only to have it delayed not only once but twice! That’s crappy service for an expensive flight! Very disappointing-

Desventajas: Also I changed flights because my husband needed surgery and had to cancel, cost an extra $176 , Southwest changes for free...

Ventajas: My flight arrangements were not found I had to purchase new tickets and spend additional money for something I had already paid for I wasted all day and it was the worse experience ever.

Desventajas: Refund my money back

Ventajas: Check in at the airport- Delta is so friendly and helpful!! Flight crew was wonderful

Desventajas: The worst landing I have ever experienced. We hit the ground very hard, it was jarring.

Ventajas: Free flight change.

Desventajas: Meal selection was average.

Ventajas: Flight attendants were friendly.

Desventajas: Luggage that had to be checked at the gate was not immediately available when we landed.

Desventajas: My sister’s checked in luggage was in poor shape when we got it in Albany. We noticed an outside compartment was unzipped. So we checked to see if anything was missing and a souvenir from Mexico was gone. Then we realized a zipper was missing from the luggage and then decided to check all the other compartments and realized her bag of jewelry was gone. The woman at baggage services in Albany told us Delta is not responsible for lost belongings. Also tried to tell us theft is not an issue because there are cameras everywhere. Well you are telling someone that is missing a bag of jewelry that theft is not a problem. Also, there may be cameras everywhere but I doubt anyone is going to review those cameras to see what happened. I will never fly Delta again.

Ventajas: The best other than the fact it was packed full lol but that’s not Deltas fault

Desventajas: No delays and more room

Ventajas: Service and food.

Desventajas: Seats were very uncomfortable. Food taste is ok. One of our checked bags was not loaded.

Ventajas: Staff was great and very helpful

Desventajas: If they didn't change my flight for 2 hours earlier.

Desventajas: Baggage handling was poor

Ventajas: Friendly crew. Spoke some English for the most part.

Desventajas: Only food for purchase

Desventajas: They canceled 2 flights and almost didn’t put me in the next one, never ever flying LATAM again

Ventajas: Friendly crew, but that is pretty normal for Aeroméxico and expected. Glad the seats had the flip up sides to keep ones sleeping head from falling too far to either side

Desventajas: A few more degrees of seat recline the meals could have been much better.

Desventajas: Food and leg space were terrible. Flight to CUN didn't have individual TV screens and departed late.

Desventajas: The space between seats is tiny, even when I paid more, no internet during the fly, old movies, nothing new

Ventajas: Movies on any flight is great.
