Ventajas: The boarding was fast quick and the staff was very friendly.

Desventajas: The bathrooms were very dirty and there was not enough food and drink supplies.

Desventajas: Mejor trato a todo pasajero; se reconoce las ventajas de estar en primera clase pero el servicio debe ser excelente

Ventajas: Poor service overall. Seats were just like in the economy area, not much different.

Desventajas: Better service

Desventajas: Better seats and better communication as it took so long to get our luggage, I would have been fine waiting but they kept changing the location where we were supposed to get our luggage from

Ventajas: Boarding was fast and easy.

Desventajas: The food was very bland, we had to wait 25 min on the tarmac waiting for take off.

Desventajas: The check in was terrible. The line was 1 hour

Ventajas: good service, on top of it i have been upgraded during the longer oversea flight. i like the companies doing that often

Ventajas: The entertainment system, the leg room, the toilets with complimentary tooth brushes. JAL hit it out of the park.

Desventajas: Electricity didn’t work in my pod

Ventajas: The crew and food was amazing, with ample entertainment selections.

Desventajas: Seats. For some unknown reason, JAL uses different seats on this 787-8 flight from NRT-SAN that's 2-3 inches less in pitch than all of their other planes. This was not comfortable on a 9-hour+ flight. The flight attendants also woke us up everytime food was served so we could recline up seats.

Ventajas: Crew took great care of us.

Desventajas: No complaints.

Ventajas: Crew was excellent, one snarky attendant—sent me back to my seat, then two other folks went on to get in line for restroom. I didn’t appreciate her tone with me. Just sayin

Desventajas: The seats are not comfortable for a long flight. They light up pain on my tailbone. I sat on my neck pillow from time to time to get relief.

Ventajas: Copa was convenient and easy. Very easy boarding process and I appreciated the day flight.

Desventajas: This is a business class that is equivalent to a US carrier domestic first class. Good seats, not lay flat but wide on my 737-800. The food and service emulated say American Airlines Domestic 1C as well. Everything was just good enough, and much cheaper that international business on the majors.

Desventajas: This flight didn’t appear in AeroMexico’s system. We had to get our boarding passes in Mexico city, but our original departure was from YUL.

Desventajas: O check in em guarulhos é péssimo e mal organizado. Mais de 40 minutos na fila, mesmo na fila do passageiro frequente.

Desventajas: Flight was an hour late. Should have boarded 30 minutes earlier!

Desventajas: O lanchinho desta vez não foi Mãe Terra (graças a Deus, pois aquilo é muito ruim), mas só tinha doce (embora bom).

Ventajas: Flight attendants were excellent.

Desventajas: Satisfied with flight. It was as expected.

Desventajas: Food service horrible. Don’t you think food is a necessity? Giving grown adults pigeon food is quite absurd. What happened to a real meal with your flight! Imma open an airline and Delta will be bought out by me. Just cause I will treat people like humans not caddle

Desventajas: I wiped down my seat area to clean it. It would be nice to know what Delta is doing as well.

Ventajas: The seat isn't confortable. The head rest isn't adjustable. The power outlets was not working at all.

Desventajas: Better seats with adjustable head rest and functional power outlets.

Desventajas: Plane was dirty, it took flight attendants 1.5 hour to start service after take-off.

Ventajas: 2 seats, not 3, in this part of Economy

Desventajas: The bag check price info on the website was completely wrong... At the airport, they asked for USD 100, not USD 30 as the website indicated. Ended up lugging the (heavy) cabin size bag...

Desventajas: We're still waiting for the flight

Ventajas: The fact that I made it to my destination on time was good. Flight attendants were very professional and attractive, pleasant to speak with.

Desventajas: It was a couple days ago and I had had a long previous day so I don’t recall anything that was so out of place that really requires any improvement.

Desventajas: Turn on the lights before landing graduallyb- noone likes bright fast - too nasty;

Desventajas: One flight the plane was quite warm and the air overhead was blowing warm air.. didn’t cool down until we were preparing to land and then it blew warm air out again..

Ventajas: Crew was fantastic. Seats are narrow in space, but more comfortable than other airlines.

Desventajas: Drink and snack service, but captain was concerned about "bumps"

Desventajas: My sister’s checked in luggage was in poor shape when we got it in Albany. We noticed an outside compartment was unzipped. So we checked to see if anything was missing and a souvenir from Mexico was gone. Then we realized a zipper was missing from the luggage and then decided to check all the other compartments and realized her bag of jewelry was gone. The woman at baggage services in Albany told us Delta is not responsible for lost belongings. Also tried to tell us theft is not an issue because there are cameras everywhere. Well you are telling someone that is missing a bag of jewelry that theft is not a problem. Also, there may be cameras everywhere but I doubt anyone is going to review those cameras to see what happened. I will never fly Delta again.

Ventajas: The crew was good, not much as it was a red eye, but they were friendly and helpful

Desventajas: Baggage handling was poor

Desventajas: Boarding was disorganized. Otherwise everything was good

Ventajas: Airplane was comfortable and food was good. The crew was also very friendly.

Desventajas: There was a long delay in the connection at Viracopos/Campinas: there was a technical problem with the airplane. I arrived very late in Curitiba (approximately 1 hour late).

Ventajas: crew was kind.

Desventajas: We almost crashed into other planes on the runway while trying to land. The runway was full/ blocked. We had to accelerate suddenly and ascend back into the clouds. Very bumpy and scary. Pilotes should know runway status in advance of descent.

Desventajas: The food

Ventajas: I loved my trip the flight was amazing

Desventajas: 4 hour delay with no information. Just horrible in this day and age.

Ventajas: Aircraft look new and very clean.

Desventajas: Flight was 1 hour late. It would be better if they kept the flights on time specially this time of the year. They had several flights daily from São Paulo to Rio, no reason to be late. It would be better if the employees knew the rules about their work. Everything very disorganized from the gate number to the carry on allowed in the plane. I will never fly with Gol again.

Desventajas: Waiting while we were boarding, the plane was about 35 degrees with no A/c everyone was melting
