Ventajas: The crew

Ventajas: The crew on air New Zealand was absolutely amazing. Amazing customer service, makes me always want to fly with air New Zealand.

Desventajas: I had no heads up that New Zealand required an app downloaded and a government check before you can travel to New Zealand. Because of this, I had to download the app at the airport, and because it can take up to 72 hours for the NZ gov to approve your app, I almost missed my flight. Would have appreciated 72 hours notice of this new rule.

Ventajas: Sat in business class pods. Best flights we’ve ever taken !

Desventajas: Nothing

Ventajas: Flight was Ok

Desventajas: Flight attendants not very attendant. Very diffecult to even get a glass of water. Also would not pick up any trash. I cannot recommend this airline

Ventajas: Flight itself was OK. No free warm drinks a bit pissing off.

Desventajas: Our luggage was not properly transferred in Sydney and then the recovery action was very slow and as if nobody cared.

Ventajas: 160 dollars per check on and on the flight nothing is free they waont even give you a drop of water unless you pay and we had a 10 hour flight with them no food or water unless you whip out that credit card

Desventajas: Baggage fees were rediculously high.

Ventajas: Flight on time, people very hospitable and courteous.

Desventajas: Only Issue was the booking with the seating was overlooked and they allocated new unpreferred seats. Other than that it was ok.

Ventajas: There were comfortable seating and had a great entertainment

Desventajas: The food and the service staff was kind of rude.

Desventajas: I went online to put that I needed gluten free food and when everyone else was getting their food I was told no gluten free food on domestic flights so I got no food. You need to take that option off of your website if you don’t intend to serve people with celiac.

Ventajas: Complete pleasure from start to stop.

Ventajas: The complimentary in flight entertainment was a welcome treat. Was it due to Thanksgiving?

Ventajas: Very efficient check in and boarding. Didn’t weigh carry on bags.

Desventajas: Don’t even offer free water.

Ventajas: seats were comfortable, flight attendants were pleasant.

Desventajas: they even charged $4 for coffee, tea, orange juice, etc. everything has a price. By the time you get done paying high prices for all the free or low priced things from other airlines, there is not enough price difference to make it worth while.

Ventajas: They were super nice and did not charge me for boiling water and tap water as I made my own meal on the plane. They gave me an extra-large cup which made it easy for me to make my freeze-dried meal!

Desventajas: Reading the reviews - I also got the impression from Kayak that there would be 1 free checked bag. It took 2 hours for me to get my bags upon arrival, so I was almost unable to re-check my bags when the layover was almost 3 hours. I had to take a cab from the international airport to the domestic one, rushing to make the bag check-in deadline, and then get there to see the flight delayed 30 mins. The delay is not the problem, stuff happens, it was the lack of communication, from start to finish that was frustrating. Other airlines have texting and email services, and offer to check bags right outside of customs. I was glad to have brought my own food - $10 for 5 tablespoons of rice? $7.50 for instant noodles? at least the portion size looked OK. The flight staff were very nice, but I felt like the girl at the bar only drinking water.

Desventajas: The attitude of the crew towards passengers with children. They made us wake up our sleeping child because she was on a blow up cushion that obstructed her leg space. Even though we explained it could be deflated in a single second and was not causing harm to anyone else they still made us move it. Also, they gave us a guilt trip for changing a peepee diaper in our seat (careful not to touch any seats) and wouldn't take the trash. As any parents knows, changing a diaper in an airline bathroom is one of the most unsanitary and awful things you can do with your young child due to the extreme lack of space. Airlines in general should make a "family bathroom" with more space for parents to change their kids.

Ventajas: Great price comfortable flight and great staff from the beginning until landing. Accommodated our baby extremely well allowing us a row to ourselves

Ventajas: The staff was very nice and attentive

Desventajas: There was nothing edible on the plane. The only thing on the menu that looked good was sold out. Thought I had one check in and I paid for an additional 30 kg. Got charged a huge fee to check my bag. Was really disappointed.

Ventajas: The entertainment was free.

Desventajas: Paying $50 to process my Visa at the counter.

Desventajas: A 4 hour delay for an 11 hour plus flight? They could have let us off the plane and if not at least been more pleasant. Flight attendants were rude. Worst airline AND flight I have experienced in my entire life.

Ventajas: Crew very pleasant and eager to Please cheerfully

Desventajas: The three layer sandwiches were pretty average. Food was ok. Sometimes flying other direction from BKK to sad food is better

Ventajas: We found an amazing deal for this flight. Overall it was good, service, entertainment, airline, etc... all was as expected.

Desventajas: The flight was freezing. I wish there were some way to turn down the cold air.

Ventajas: Love the Airbus 380!

Desventajas: They didn’t pick up trash very often. Had to store it on the floor by my feet.

Ventajas: I like the fact that qantas boards the passengers in the back and works their way forward! Ive seen airlines do the opposite and it takes forever and very inefficient. So good job qantas. Much appreciated.

Desventajas: Food could be better and cabin and bathroom cleaned more thoroughly.

Desventajas: LAX has to get its remodeling completed. Getting to Tom Bradley International terminal and taking the bus to our plane was not impressive. The food on Fiji Air is not good.

Ventajas: I really liked how instructions were said clearly with visuals, in particular, the video at the start of the flight. It brought a sense of relief and wonder. I enjoyed the lunch I had too. The lamb curry is sublime. I would have it every day to be honest. I was also lucky that I had passengers who sat next to me, who were kind and lovely.

Desventajas: Only the take off from the flight. It made me dizzy and nautious.

Ventajas: Nicest crew on the planet. Restrooms stayed clean despite 12 hour flight

Desventajas: I was turned away at the gate and was unable to board the plane. It was an awful experience!

Desventajas: The original flight was canceled and Jetstar put us on a later Qantss flight. The Qantss flight was good, but there was a lot of stress and uncertainty up until we were able to check in for our flight the day of the trip. It is clear Jetstar canceled its flight because the plane would not have been full.

Ventajas: I liked the entertainment that's it lol

Desventajas: Didn't like the delayed flight at all which had us literally running for our connecting flight which meant we didn't have time to eat after a 10 hour flight which had the most horrible food and menu I've ever seen so I literally starved for a whole day thanks to jetstars horrible menu and also did not get my luggage till 2 days later worst experience I've ever had not happy to pay $1200 and starve #worst experience ever!!!!

Ventajas: Very helpful with my Visa problem

Ventajas: hassle free check in; friendly counter help; on time; brought me to Australia safely.

Desventajas: Seat space seemed smaller than usual; I am only 5'1" tall and it was kind of tight especially with my small carry-on beneath the seat in front of me

Ventajas: I wish I could give food 6 stars! Best airline food ever! They partner with delta for USA domestic flights, if outshine delta in every way!

Desventajas: I spilled water on myself, but that was my fault. Ha!

Desventajas: A lot could have been better, the crew and captain didn’t know the immigration procedures for the United States, both flights late. Then also entertainment was quite lacking on a 7 hour international flight.

Desventajas: Worst service. Very bad boarding. Yucky food.

Ventajas: Polite

Desventajas: More selections for movies . Fresh veggies or fruit in meals.

Ventajas: I liked the complimententary pillows and blankets.

Desventajas: The crew was not friendly at all. I had to ask for snacks from the crew in the back of the plane. The seats were not comfortable and the entertainment was dated and old.
