Desventajas: "The DC China Embassy web site clearly states that a valid APEC Business Card can be used in lieu of a Chinese visa. In spite of this I was denied boarding by JAL. It turns out the system is not fully in place, and eventually I was issued a 10 year multiple entry visa by way of apology. JAL did not waive cancellation fee, and I suffered considerable economic damages."

In our booking itinerary it was printed as Korean air with a small print that said operated by jinair. It wasn't so bad but the hassle of going to another terminal to board and being in a smaller aircraft after a long flight wasn't the best."

I missed my connecting flight in Seoul because of the delay, but the attendant let me know well before that I would miss the flight. In Seoul they took me to their very nice Hyatt hotel where I stayed the night and they offered me a very excellent buffet dinner at no cost."

They spoke great English and ensured me and my husband sat together during our 15 hr flight to Vietnam.! They had so many options on new movies and music that helped pass the time. The food was very tasty as well as there snacks and drinks! The entire staff were helpful and appeared to enjoy their jobs. I will always fly with ANA when returning to ASIA."

Ventajas: "I booked regular economy and flew to Tokyo that way, but put a bid in for premium economy for the flight home and got it. It's not a big upgrade (bigger display panel, a little more leg room, seat tilt and it has a leg rest) but those things made the flight for me."

Desventajas: "My daughter had the vegetarian oriental - and it was basically a ball of slim. My son had the lactose free meal and it was broccoli and potatoes. We switched our return flight meals to the regular in-flight meal. It was better, but not great."

Ventajas: "The best long leg flight I've been on. I managed to get a whole row to myself and that made the 12hr flight so much better. The crew was very professional, kind, attentive, and it was grand."

Ventajas: "Overall I was flying from SFO to Bali. So my first flight was about 14 hours. This whole trip all together was about 24 hours, and considering the length it was great. I was expecting to get restless and annoyed while on the plane, but it was easy to love around. The seats were comfortable, and the food was good. The airline staff was very nice and accomadating. So, because of there actions, I will most likely fly with them again."

Ventajas: "We lucked out on a sparsely filled flight so nearly everyone had a row to themselves, even in Economy class. Food was tasty, and the crew provided many opportunities for drinks. Crew was friendly and even volunteered some drawing packs for our 19-month old!"
Desventajas: "Snacks available limited to dry crackers and cookies primarily. Entertainment options - easy to use though limited selection (for US-based films at least)."
