The options were decent particularly the caserole in terms of portions. Plenty of overheard compartment space, even with a nearly full flight."
Desventajas: "The arm rest between seats doesn't raise to the full upright position, only one-half way. The TV needed to be reset by the purser due to it being stuck on kiddie mode. If you're a snacker, bring food."

Ventajas: "The employee at the checkin counter in Oslo set everything up for us regarding our wheelchair and walker. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. She arranged for a pick up in Helsinki with the airport's crew. They helped us unload the plane and then had a personal accessible bus to take us from where we landed (outside of terminal) to the gate of our next departure. The crew were all extremely professional and efficient."
Desventajas: "The leg room is never enough on the long flights. The flight from Chicago to Helsinki at 10:00pm was not nearly as good as the flights from Oslo to Helsinki to Chicago. The crew was not as pleasant, the lights were not turned off until after 1:00 am and then turned on hours before the light "breakfast" was served."

Ventajas: "The crew was friendly and helpful. There were multiple runs for drinks and the meal was delicious. The entertainment tablet offered good movies and tv shows."
Desventajas: "The lights where not lowered down to make it easy for people to rest and make it easier to fall sleep."

Poor check in/No partner flight numbers listed: I booked a Finnair flight, it was operated by American Airlines, which is fairly common, but neither JFK or CDG listed the partner flight number or Finnair anywhere - which led to slow and confusing check in when neither Finnair nor AA could find my reservation"

Desventajas: "Airplane meals tend to be carb-heavy and the food service was no exception. Always a roll or bread but this is normal."

I do not mind, but they never mentioned that the seat could not recline or that there was no window (the whole point of choosing the seat, for I have flight anxiety). I understand the whole 'profit' thing for selling food, though I just can't believe, after the price I payed I cannot even get a tiny glass of water. So, I'll just avoid it if possible."

Desventajas: "The flight to Brussels was canceled and we had to spend the whole night at the airport until someone started to give us some attention On the way back they put me and my friends very far from each other and we had to pay even for water on the flight"

Desventajas: "Boarding was in crammed area in between easyjet flights. In brussels they parked at the international gates and then an overfull bus took us to the arrivals. Is brussels airlines training fast to become part of euro wings?"

Ventajas: "The food served was wonderful, as well as service."

Ventajas: "The plane took off a few minutes late but arrived on time."
Desventajas: "We arrived at the airport at 4:30 for 6:25 flight and there were only 3 open windows to check baggage for 4 different airlines. There were over 200 people in line extending out the door and no one was present to explain what was happening. Soon additional clerks arrived and the line began to move, but it took 45 minutes. The gate area was not large enough for all the passengers and there were seats for only a few while we waited and waited."

Desventajas: "My bag was lost. I was in Africa for 4 days before it finally came in. During the flight, there were several hours that we were never checked on or asked if we wanted something to drink."

Ventajas: "Second time I called customer support a A nice lady named Elisia was super friendly and helpful and was able to switch me to another flight on the same day."
Desventajas: "Received a text message that my flight back to the US was canceled. The first time I called Brussels Airlines customer service, I was offered only the same flight one or two days later. Phone support person was very unfriendly and unwilling to look at other options like booking me on another flight that same day."

Ventajas: "Food was served often including an ice cream bar after the meal. The crew was very kind, especially Neils. They made us feel comfortable. The flight was smooth and the pilot made necessary announcement clearly."
Desventajas: "The first meal was not great. But it did have many components. The movie selection was sparse."

Desventajas: "I didn´t like arriving to Sevilla with no luggage and no explanation of its whereabouts. I appreciate finally getting it 4 days later but I was not happy about me having to spend time and money going back to the airport to get it myself since your company was unable to deliver it to me. I expect full compensation"

Desventajas: "The seats were extremely uncomfortable. There could have been more (or better) movie options."

Ventajas: "Crew on flight were outstanding. Brussels airlines is part of United! However, for a long flight, would be nice to have outlets or USB to charge electronic devices since no individual monitors - many used United app with Entertainment!"
Desventajas: "Every time, I board my United flights at Heathrow, London airport, the staff makes the customers very stressed out. First, customers can not see the signs for the different groups (1,2,3,etc.) and the staff makes you feel like that you should know the process (when we don't)! A couple of suggestions, 1) the staff needs customer training, and 2) have some staff outside boarding area to help direct people to different groups NICELY!"

Ventajas: "Los vuelos fueron puntuales. Fue UNA experiencia negativa. El personal de servicios espaciales tiene mejor trato que los de servicios al cliente y la tripulacion."
Desventajas: "No tienen un trato respetuoso, se siente discriminacion. Solicite asiento por motivo de salud se me dio un asiento 21c sin ventana fue un vuelo sofocante sin espacio fui agredidada por el pasajeros del 22c se LO comunique al personal de vuelo y Ella justifico y me insulto sin escuchar comenso a insultar y agrderme personalmente requeri al encargado de vuelo el cual trato con un poco MAS de respeto. En estos vuelos los pasajeros no tenemos derechos ni respeto."

Ventajas: "Puntualidad y una encargada de vuelo muy diferente a las demas. Tratando con mucho mas calidad humana y profesionalismo."
Desventajas: "Toman a los pasajeros sin respeto. Ponen esperar horas y luego quieren en segundo abordar. Les faltan el respeto a los pasajeros y son agresivos."
