El personal de Delta del aeropuerto, en concreto una chica con trenzas de color y el personal de embarque fueron lo mejor. Gracias por toda la ayuda que nos prestaron
El personal de Delta nos atendió e excelentemente. En especial las auxiliares en los puestos de Delta en el aeropuerto.
No vuelvo a contratar con esa compañía, ni con vosotros. Desde mayo intentando ponerme en contacto para cambiar el billete y no ha sido posible. He perdido el dinero sin poder ni siquiera poner una reclamación. Lo está estudiando consumo europeo.
Ha sido una de las peores experiencias que he tenido a la hora de viajar. El trato que recibimos mi hija y yo Por parte del equipo de facturación fue humillante. No sentimos tratados con desprecio y la educación. No volveré a viajar con esta compañía.
Retraso de dos horas en salir el avion por problemas en el programa de navegación. ¿No lo tienen comprobado antes de embarcar a 300 personas?
Es increible que no pudiera hacer la facturación online -según el personal del Delta con el que hable porque no había comprado el vuelo directamente con ellos- y que ademas Virgin o Kayak no me avisaran de ello, por lo que tuve que perder un tiempo precioso intentándolo

Somehow we wound up with seats right next to the bathroom door, which would have been a pretty uncomfortable situation for a variety of reasons, but the flight wasn't full, and she helped us find a suitable place to sit. Also, my wife and I usually take our tea with honey vs. milk and sugar. Even though honey is usually one of the options for tea, she found a way to accommodate our request. The lunch meals were the best I can remember in a long time on an airline flight. They might have been the best I've ever had. The chicken curry was authentic, flavorful and spicy. Frankly my outbound flight had problems. My luggage got damaged. The transfer experience in Manchester left a LOT to be desired. I wasn't planning to use Virgin Atlantic again, but this flight crew (Daniella especially) redeemed Virgin Atlantic. They were attentive, pleasant, diligent."
Desventajas: "Only thing I didn't like about this flight was the boarding area. Once you get into that the area, you don't really have access to appetizing food (only vending machines) or even restrooms. That's one thing that could be improved."

Desventajas: "We were waiting in our seats for about an hour before take off due to a need to de-ice the plane due to snowy weather. I think everyone would have been more comfortable in the waiting area while this happened, or at least given the option to do so."

Desventajas: "Boarding is always a bit of chaos when our seats are right in the back. People further up insist on boarding early and block the aisles in the process. Multiple levels of passport control and baggage checkout are chaotic, but that's for most all flights coming into USA? VIrgin/Delta handled it well enough. By the time we got through passport control in Boston ur bags were waiting and we had no problems at all."
Ventajas: "I liked everything, which is very uncharacteristic :)) At least compared to the big American carriers or the national European ones, VA is a gen - esthetically for sure. Clean, comfy, stylish! Will be my choice from now on."

Ventajas: "Decent leg room iand comfort seats n coach, unlike US carriers without paying more for it, and selection of movies. Food was decent and service fast and efficient. For a 2 hr flight, Big THumbs Up!"

Desventajas: "The seat-back entertainment systems were more annoying than the usual ones. Hard to read words on the display. The drink service used quite small cups, smaller than the ones that seem to be universal otherwise, and she only filled it 2/3 of the way!"

Ventajas: "Flight onboard: Nice interior on 777, food was mediocre, but overall pleasant experience. Flight before takeoff: due to 3 hour delay flying out of Pudong, they passed out water and sandwiches. Then we waited almost another hour before we could taxi to the runway. I blame this on Pudong airport. One of the worst airports for delays."

Desventajas: "The headphone jack on the chair wasn't working as well as it could have so it was hard to hear the movies I was trying to watch. I didn't like how the meals and lights being dimmed seemed to correspond to (and keep us on) the time zone of the place we were leaving instead of adjusting us to the time zone of the place we were going."
