Ventajas: "Entertainment system was great. Plenty of movies, games, & tv shows available. Food was good - two full meals during 10 hr. Flight to and from Chicago. Seats, even in economy, were comfortable. Was very happy to learn that baggage would be checked thru to Denver from Athens, even though plane changes were made in Istanbul and Chicago. The two bags did not make the Chicago/Denver transfer, but were on the next United flight an hour later."
Desventajas: "Boarding process in Athens and Istanbul was confusing. Although boarding groups were assigned, none were used that we could tell. Just mass lineups, with little or no organization that we could see."

Desventajas: "The flight was delayed from Athens by 1.5 hours. Crew assured us we would make our connections. When we landed no info was given. No announcements made. We were forced to clear security again, even though just transferring and, after running to our gate, found the connection had left and the gate was abandoned with no one to tell us where to go or what to do. The lack of communication and information was appalling. Most people eventually found their way through the airport to a desk that booked them on a flight the next day. It was exhausting and the Turkish staff were unsympathetic."

Ventajas: "When you travel with an infant it's already a difficult trip but it's really fraustrating when you find out that they didn't assign you to the seats with the baby bassanet, and when I went to the counter to fix the problem instead they change our window seats to an isle seats without even asking or notifying us with the changes, and they when I asked how come you don't automatically assign infant reservations to infant seats their excuse was what if there were more infants than available infant seats and they already gave out those seats with extended leg space to others who already had paid for it, and surprisingly there were multiple of infants on board none of them in those seats but rather the other passengers who paid for it, so basically they got paid extra and you will only suffer for almost 10 hrs so they can make extra profit. NEVER AGAIN AUSTRIAN AIRLINES!!!"

Lufthansa put out snacks (cookies etc; even small sandwiches to 'help yourself from' going from Atlanta to Frankfort which was nice). But not the case with Austrian The serving of it was fine. Restroom options are less than adequate too."

Desventajas: "Too many customers use more than their fair share of the overhead space. A lot of passengers placed their luggage and their personal item above. This left those of use who use only our fair alottment searching for a place for what we fairly should be allowed to use."

This plane needs to be retired it is so old! United Airlines should be embarrassed! I can't believe this plane is still in circulation at least the inside of it! How about updating it to modern times?"

I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry."

Vimos que se cambió a la B34. El vuelo se retrasó 20min."

No comprendo que con todos los adelantos que hay en audio, sigamos escuchando tan mal las megafonías y aquellos que hablan tengan tan mala dicción."

Desventajas: "La amabilidad de los sobrecargos, No son para nada amables, lucen aburridos de su trabajo como que no lo disfrutan. El abordaje es lento y desordenado, no ayudan a que los pasajeros se acomoden y sus maletas, antes lo hacían. Perdieron mi equipaje de ida y de venida. NAdie responde."

Ventajas: "Checkin 1a at Schiphol had long lines, and no seperate counters for just bag drop. My family and I had to wait for 50 mins, to do a bag drop which in,y lasted 1 min! Flight was delayed, without proper announcements."
Desventajas: "Seat pitch could've been more. At least let us know via Whatsapp that the plane is delayed, or at which belt the bags would come out. This basic info was lacking."

Ventajas: "El crew abordo es algo frío pero siempre es muy cordial y responsable. Fue un vuelo a tiempo y rápido, pude llegar a mi conexión sin problema. Pedí menú vegetariano y lo cumplieron a la perfección."
Desventajas: "En Kayak habia pagado un extra para elegir asiento, pero no me lo reservaron a la hora de hace rato check in online, les recomiendo que no lo paguen y hagan check in las 30 hrs antes señaladas y elijan lugar o paguen el extra directo en la página de KLM."

Desventajas: "Business class on the 3.5 hour flight was just blocking the middle seat in the front of the plane. No leg room, narrow seats. My husband is 6’4”” with wide shoulders. His legs do not fit and therefore extend into the aisle. Flight attendants were constantly bumping into his shoulders. Very cramped We were not aware of this configuration."

Ventajas: "Entretenimiento: Buen sistema de pantalla interactiva con mucha variedad de películas, nuevos estrenos y sobre todo valoro la disonibilidad de estas películas en español-castellano. Me gusto mucho el poder disponer de suficientes bebidas y refrescos durante el vuelo."

Desventajas: "Me hicieron despachar mi equipaje de mano, porque el vuelo estaba muy lleno, fue gratis el servicio, pero rompieron mi valija. Una valija que me compre siguiendo las normas del tamaño que las aerolíneas te imponen para poder llevarla conmigo en la cabina, y unas horas antes del vuelo me avisan que tengo que despacharla, y encima la rompen."

Ventajas: "Esta Aerolínea es pésima en sus servicios en general.. Por culpa de ellos he perdido el Avión del Jueves 11 por la razón que me informaron que mi vuelo era con América Airlines pero al dirigirme a América éstos me expresaron que no era con ellos sino con British. Nuevamente fui con British y se igual forma no sabían de mi reservación..tanto América Airlines como British aún que haya llegado tres horas antes de la salida. No me solucionaba ni una ni otra al punto que llegó el momento que se fue mi vuelo. Pero Dios es grande y una señora de British se compareció de mí y me ayudó.Salí a Roma el viernes 12. Al regreso la misma história sólo que en otro país otro idioma..La.gente de British me dijo que aparecía Cancelado mi vuelo cuando ninca lo cancele.. Al contrario estuve pendiente de hacer el chekpoin en linea pero nunca pude entrar a su página aparecia cómo "error". A mi salida fue un calvario me hicieron dormir en Roma para salir al siguiente día pero por América Airlines..Estuve a punto de no llegar a tiempo a la cobertura periodística en el Vaticano. Son un chiste esta Aerolínea no la recomiendo ya que ni tienen un Counter para soluciones al clientes en Roma."
Desventajas: "Todo el desorden, mala organización la forma de cómo me trataron parecía que era un Indigente ante ellos.. Como fui varias veces a tratar de que me ayudaran una de las Counter le dijo a su companera que no me atendiera que yo tenia que pagar un boleto y ya. Pero gracias a Dios una de ellas me ayudo pero igual el vuelo ya no lo podía tomar pero también dijo que parecía una persona de beneficiencia cuándo mi boleto ya estaba pagado de ida y vuelta yo no fui a pedir limosnas sino mis derecho como Cliente."

Desventajas: "Ran out of food, slowest beverage serve ever experienced. NO staff greeting passengers who were very late and missing connections (about 3/4 of passengers) insane and grossly inefficient boarding system was mass chaos - boarded passenger in buses by priority leaving some buses 90% empty with large crowds waiting to board."

Desventajas: "The boarding was chaotic and confused. Many passengers complained. But the MUCH bigger issue was we weren't told until we got to the airport that NO bags were included as part of the fare. We had three (we are traveling around the world). Yes, when I looked back at the bottom of the reservation there was a note that said bags not included, but as this is such a significant thing, I think it should be made much clearer. I direct feature films and travel a great, great deal. I rarely make my own reservations, to be fair, but I still think this is worth noting. In the end I just bumped my wife and I up to Business class, but for others who can't afford it, I think you should make this clearer. I will write to your facebook page etc later in the hope you will get the message. That said, again, your flight crew was great."

Desventajas: "Hubo un retraso de una hora y media para poder abordar, sería lo único negativo, pero estas cosas pasan siempre."
