NEVER Again. my father passed 8/12/2018. Our trip was scheduled for 9/13/2018. Very disappointing.see"

Desventajas: "In LA terminal, instead of the gate number the airport labeled my flight as “TBIT.” Not being local, I had no way of knowing it meant Tom Bradley International Terminal. I stayed near another gait that had international flights, and it turned out the gate was clear on the other side of the complex, which is obscured by construction. If I hadn’t asked one of the workers there I would have missed my flight."

Desventajas: "The plane aisle is a bit tight and cramp and it is hard to move around. The chair in economy is not very comfortable very sturdy lack of cushion and back support. Leg room is ok, not as roomy as the flight from SFO to South Korea. When we boarded there was a strong smell burning fumes from the A.C. (air condition) that trigger my asthma and landed in Cebu very ill with asthma and allergy."

Desventajas: "It was difficult to understand English announcements on board. Also there wasn’t adequate instructions in Vietnamese. Majority of passengers are Vietnamese family with small children. My suggestion is that instructions in Vietnamese should be made more often to avoid chaos particularly when deplane."

Desventajas: "I asked for one of the crew to help me bring up my carry-on luggage, as i'm just recovering from a flu at that time. Instead the FA looked at my bag and asked me in an irritated tone if my bag was really that heavy? I said I was recovering and I just need an extra push once I lift it up into the cabin. In the end she did help but i did not appreciate her attitude and felt disappointed my whole flight."
Desventajas: "They reschudle my flight beaucase I have anxiety. It's my birthday today. I'm suppose to be in China celebrating me and my grandma's birthday right now. Apparently anxiety is something that Singapore airline are very concerned about me, that needs a doctor note to prove that I'm okey to fly. poor coummcation skill and power play"

Ventajas: "Crew were helpful. Food was good, pillows and blankets in every seat was great. Seats a little small."

Ventajas: "The crew Were so attentive. And Also not untrusive. If i was asleep they left me and offered me food and drink when i woke. Excellent airline."
Ventajas: "The sevice was on point. Flight attendants were beautiful and worked harder than any other airline I have been on. The uniforms were on point too. The television had every new movie you could watch. Food, for an airline, was great. All drink service was included. Best airline I have ever flown!"
Desventajas: "Wifi cost 12 bucks and hour."
Ventajas: "Excelente y cálido servicio en el mostrador de facturación en Manila. Comida bastante aceptable para clase turista. Acceso gratis a sala vip en Changi, con oportunidad de tomar una ducha antes de embarcar en el vuelo largo a Barcelona. Las azafatas son adorables."
Desventajas: "La calidad del sonido del sistema de entretenimiento a bordo no es buena. Hay mal contacto entre las tomas del asiento y los auriculares."
Ventajas: "La cordialidad, el trato, el servicio, el avión, la limpieza. Un vuelo muy agradable y que recomendaría siempre."
Desventajas: "Que para ofrecer los servicios comerciales si hablaban español, para el resto de servicios no, aunque fueron muy atentos."

Desventajas: "The flight I was supposed to take from Nanjing to Hong Kong by Hong Kong Airlines in the afternoon didn't exist so I had to take a morning flight. Was given no warning and had to check on my own. The Singapore Airlines flight was on time though."

Desventajas: "Food selection was limited given we were traveling Economy class."

Desventajas: "The airlines limits carry-on luggages and reinforce it to the extend that it annoys many passengers. Make the rules very clear to the people before we arrive. People abuse the wheelchair policies although they are physically fine."

Ventajas: "Despite the short flight, they still served a delicious meal! Great movie and music selections. Would definitely fly them again."

Ventajas: "I liked that it was orderly when checking in and unto the plane. The pilot kept us informed of departure and arrival time, how long we had to our destination and keeping us safe when it was turbulent. Asking everyone to buckle down and for us to remain in our seats. Even the crew who was serving had to sit down."
Desventajas: "The crew who were attending us, did not smile or even made eye contact. They seemed like robots while serving us. After we had our first meal, many of us went to sleep, but they did not come around to offer us water or any type of beverage or snack. We had to go to the back of the plane or ask then to get water and snacks. The snacks were lacked variety and quality."
