I was surprised at how often they would go up and down the aisles checking on passengers, picking up trash, and serving small food items. To top it off towards the end of the trip they put toothbrushes in the bathroom so you can leave fresh, awesome."

Overall experience is good. Except that the one of the assistant ground attendant during my check in is quite annoying when i asked her only one question, something regading the boardong pass. She should be more helpful and accommodating not arrogant.

Desventajas: "It was difficult to understand English announcements on board. Also there wasn’t adequate instructions in Vietnamese. Majority of passengers are Vietnamese family with small children. My suggestion is that instructions in Vietnamese should be made more often to avoid chaos particularly when deplane."

Flight attendants were exceptionally efficient, professional, courteous, and outstanding ambassadors for ANA and Japan itself. In the US Marine Corps we would say "Ooo Rah". I may heed to check out your milage club and stop using various carriers for my trans Pacific flights. Thank you very much ANA."

Desventajas: "The flight itself was good but booking with bayaan, never again. I have used kayak many times but for the first time since I booked vayama changed me flight 6 times. They also could have mentioned my first 2 legs of my flight was with united. I tried to check in online thru ANA, couldn't go thru with many attempts until finally I called and the agent mentioned to check in thru united."

When the turbulence died down, the flight attendants did not bother to complete the food service for snacks or drinks ordered. I had to get up and ask twice. They were not present much at all in BUSINESS CLASS. So that's why I rated the experience as poor. The international food choices are poor. They do not taste good. I think I have to stop flying ANA. Ventajas: "I liked that each seat had a foot rest. The food was very good you get a haaggen dazs ice cream during one of the meals. The food wasn't filling but that's to be expected so bring snacks if your own. The flight was smooth no issues and the flight attendants were very attentive. Had a tv with movies and the personal tv also had games like a game system."
Desventajas: "I disliked that the seating did not have its own personal air. At times I would get hot."

Desventajas: "I have started taking SQ instead of budget airlines hoping for good service and on time travel. However, both times travelling from SQ from jakarta was delayed. Yesterday, I got home 1.5hrs later than I should have. I have also to pay for additional surcharge due to midnight cab fare. Further, when I wsa travelling to Jakarta - none of the inflight entertainment was working. So it has been disappointing."

After we had our first meal, many of us went to sleep, but they did not come around to offer us water or any type of beverage or snack. We had to go to the back of the plane or ask then to get water and snacks. The snacks were lacked variety and quality."

The blanket provided is kind of short (unless you're short) so bring your own. I brought my own microfiber which fits in my back pack and I can pull it out. It covers a lot more area and so I was super comfortable."

Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.
