The crew was very rude and irritated by the full flight so the service was also terrible. Never flying with AA again."

In our booking itinerary it was printed as Korean air with a small print that said operated by jinair. It wasn't so bad but the hassle of going to another terminal to board and being in a smaller aircraft after a long flight wasn't the best."

Desventajas: "the crew on this flight didn't timely deal with two situations I had. it took twenty minutes to get a cup of tea and I had to ask twice. then I dropped my nighttime mouth retainer on the floor and it also took twenty minutes and two reminders to have them sterilize it. My previous flight from JFK to Seoul was very good not this one."

I have a bad left hip and was in pain the whole flight because all I could do is keep my left leg in one position. They left a note saying I was sleeping when they gave out meals and offered it to me even though we were about to descend. I didn't eat the food, nor did I use the in-flight entertainment, so I can't attest to the quality in those regards."

Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.

Solicite que me den uno junto a mi esposa y me cambiaron a otro al fondo de tamanio menor que el usual y al lado una persona obesa que ocupaba la mitad de ese asiento. La persona que recibio nuestro equipaje nos hizo cambiar cosas de las maletas por un exceso de 0,5 kg"

Desventajas: "No es lo que compré. Asientos pesadísimos uno del otro, casi sin espacio para piernas. Cuberteria y platería de plástico, nunca entregaron los accesorios Tumi, las mantas NO son las anunciadas. En fin, un engaño."

Ventajas: "La comida a bordo es de lo mejor y su asiento de cama plana es ideal para descansar durante el vuelo. Pude ver una muy buena película mientras cenaba."

Ventajas: "El servicio a bordo es excelente y los agentes en sala siempre estuvieron pendientes de mis necesidades. Me permitieron abordar antes ya que tengo una cirugía reciente."

Ventajas: "Han mejorado mucho la calidad del servicio especialmente respecto a la comida y el entretenimiento a bordo. Estéticamente se ha renovado suficiente. El.avion bastante nuevo."
Desventajas: "La comodidad de Economy es escasa. Es difícil descansar un vuelo nocturno en esos asientos."
Ventajas: "El avión salió a la hora y llegamos 20 min antes de lo previsto"
Desventajas: "Pasaron laa azafatas 1 vez (vuelo de 2 horas), y aunque había wifi a bordo, era muy malo."
Ventajas: "El abordaje muy rápido sencillo, todos los pilotos de delta siempre salen a recibir a sus pasajeros."
Desventajas: "Pasó exactamente lo mismo que en el vuelo anterior una persona ya estaba sentada en mi lugar y en esta ocasión traté de decirle, pero la pasajera me ignoró o no me entendía"

Ventajas: "Durante las 5 hs de vuelo siempre estuvieron atentos a las necesidades de los pasajeros."
Ventajas: "Excelente horario para viajar a Monterrey, El vuelo no estaba saturado y fueron muy puntuales"

Desventajas: "Me abrieron y revisaron la valija. Incluso teniendo un candado, lo rompieron y la cerraron con un precinto."

Ventajas: "Nunca había tenido un vuelo con tan buen servicio. El personal al muy amable y simpático. Siempre pasaba el personal ofreciéndonos comida y bebida. La merienda muy completa, platos a escoger, snacks, postres. Gracias Delta :)"

Ventajas: "El vuelo de Deltavse demoró casi 2 hs. Nadie del personal quiso ayudarme para evitar perder la conexión en JFK, porque no había comprado el billete con Delta. Perdón el vuelo, me costó dinero. Delta es una empresa de pésimo servicio"
