El vuelo estuvo excelente. La gente de JAL es muy especial. La próxima vez volveré a volar con ellos.
Desventajas: "Business class seats not very long if you are tall. Western meal option is not really very western. Crew is a little too efficient- got woken up 90 minutes before landing to clear the mattresses. Lots of announcements- a bit too much. On time, and quick to respond to requests. Sake was good as was the ramen."

We took a flight from NY to Tokyo and felt like it was one of the best long haul flights we have taken."

Altogether we we had a 14-hour day or so of flying with two small children and it could have easily been a 20-hour-or-more day of flying had Japan Airlines not been so great at what they do. We can't say enough about how amazed and blessed we were by their customer service."

Ventajas: "the crew was extraordinarily helpful in getting me through customs with my luggage which i was lead to believe did not need to be looked at in Tokyo because it was checked through to Osaka by finding me taking me back through customs and onto the flight in time for its departure. Ventajas: "Excellent pilots! We met a very tough weather when we took off from Taipei 4/21/17 8pm. I thought it was the end of my life! Prayers, competent pilots, and dependable plane had saved us. To God be the glory!"
Desventajas: "I was requested to wait for a space for my carry on luggage which is fine. I waited for the FA to tell me where to put it and I placed it myself where she asked me to. Few minutes later, she asked me to move my luggage and to place it to another overhead cabin because she said It's "heavy." I followed the standard size and weight for carry on luggage. Another passenger helped me instead. No place to rest our feet."
Ventajas: "customer service was superb. very polite staff. amenities made one feel comfortable during the entire flight. food and entertainment was great."

Ventajas: "The food was amazing, and the cabin crews were all very nice people. I would love to use Cathay Pacific in my next trip. Also, I loved that they provide a lot of diverse movies from all over the world, along with good music lists."

Desventajas: "They made me check my carry on for a flight that was MAYBE 50% full... ANd If the ground handlers were actually awake when we landed in Vancouver... took 43 minutes for the first 5 bags to come out.... and another 7 minutes before anymore... WTAF!??"
Ventajas: "The crew was average. Few of them were hospitable and friendly."
Desventajas: "After allowing first and business class passengers if boarding is done from the tail end that makes things easier and less messy or chaotic. Many airlines does that way and it seems very much civilized approach."

Desventajas: "Setting chart was not accurate. It showed a space between my seat and next to me and there was no space between."
Ventajas: "Cathay is a good Asian airline, and if you compare it to any American-based airlines, Cathay is exceptional. Staff are generally very friendly and helpful. Seats and food on economy are pretty good, as far as economy goes. Entertainment system is updated and offers a good variety of options."
Desventajas: "They are a bit strict on carry on luggage weight but not that big of a deal."
Ventajas: "Excellent and attentive staff, great food, clean bathrooms (by airline standards anyway), fantastic entertainment! It's a great value for the price, especially for coach class!"
Desventajas: "Not much to dislike. I just was a little bothered by the fact that I had purposely chosen to have my boarding pass be digital (to save the environment), but to do this you have to check in online. As a result, they can't verify your passport (something they need to do in person). So when I got to the gate they had to check my passport and then made me use a new, printed boarding pass. Not a huge deal, but just something that bothered me."
Desventajas: "Unable to do online check in, have to waste time to line up in the airport. Not all people need visa to enter a country, this is rediculous that I couldn’t proceed to check in online because I do not have visa to enter my own country. Rediculous"
Ventajas: "FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED"
Desventajas: "Airline could have have notified us the flight was cancelled via email before we got to the airport. THEY DID NOT. We had to wait in general airport area for SIX HOURS, before we could check in to new flight. We planned trip to arrive to unfamiliar destination during day time. We arrived at MIDNIGHT! AWFUL!!!!"
Ventajas: "This flight was 16 hours long was very very cold for about 5 to 6 hours needed jackets extra blankets very uncomfortable for that time frame"
Desventajas: "I loved everything except for the freezing temperatures for 5 to 6 hours"
Ventajas: "The flight attendants were pleasant and so was the flight."
Desventajas: "The food, I don't eat meat and would like some other options. For such a long flight there should definitely be more leg room and agility to recline"

Ventajas: "I flew from NY to Phuket via Cathay Pacific which is a 22 hr flight! The crew was pleasant and friendly and took excellent care of my family and I. I would fly with them again anytime."
Desventajas: "My only complaint, if I have to make any suggestions would be more leg room."
Ventajas: "The organization of the boarding was well done. The plane was comparatively roomy, the servers were efficient."
Desventajas: "The boarding was delayed and although the stewards were efficient, little things like running out of noodles and running out of the chicken option on the dinner menu marred the service."
Ventajas: "The flight went okay, but my bag didn’t make it and still hasn’t been found."
Desventajas: "They asked me to change my seat, but when we asked to sit together with my husband, they were not able to accommodate it"

Desventajas: "Plane was a bit dirty - there were big dirt streaks on the ceiling above me, and I saw more on the ceiling on the other side of the plane as well."

Desventajas: "Bathrooms need to be cleaned in between flights; meal didn't have any condiments included ; they don't provide a toiletry bag with basics of toothbrush and socks; airplane needs to be CLEANED.. we found dental floss and empty containers inside the seat pocket."
Ventajas: "Smooth, delay-free travel from take-off to (smooth) landing on the tarmac! The pilot has some skill to make it like a gliding landing without bumps!"
Desventajas: "Cathay Pacific does not participate in TSA PreCheck."

Desventajas: "Mediocre online check in experience! Their website does not accept payments for "upgrading" to an exit row seat. At the time of check in the only seat left available was an exit row so I could not proceed. Also, their airplanes are not equipped with Wi-Fi - quite unfortunate when you're flying 16 hrs from HK to NYC!"
Desventajas: "We had 1.5 hour delay and when we reached Vancouver airport the car rentals were close and we have to wait 3 more hour till 5:30 Am till they open. We are not happy at all"

Ventajas: "The flights overall were great. The crew were very professional and personable from when I checked in to when the plane landed. Definitely will be using Cathay Pacific again"
Desventajas: "The food was not very good, whatever bit I ate caused me a bit of a stomach ache. I was able to munch on some snacks. Please have some more fruit options available."
Ventajas: "Great staff. Very friendly and helpful for those in need :) i wasn't in need but I've watched them help passengers every flight I've taken with Cathay pacific"
