Ventajas: Everything was comfortable.

Desventajas: I can't think of anything.

Desventajas: I fell sick and my doctor advised against flying. Tried calling Swiss Air and JustFly.com: 6 calls back and forth and 7 hours on hold, no help. Finally got advised on driving to the airport to make the flight change at the Swiss Air counter at O’Hare. The representative told me to bring a note from doctor to switch flights. I did the next day. The same representative looked me in the eye after advising the day before and said there’s nothing she could do. Why make an elderly sick person drive to the airport again if you know already you cannot help??Absolutely terrible experience, no help from the airline or travel agency. Total loss of the full price of the ticket.

Ventajas: Everything was excellent on this flight.

Desventajas: Maybe the food menu? But it wasn't bad.

Ventajas: The crew was so helpful and they feed us well. We relieved a snack, a meal, and a desert. The airline left on time and arrived early to my destination. Very enjoyable flight.

Desventajas: The seats had such little cushion that it made the flight extremely uncomfortable.

Ventajas: Amazing crew, great customer service and high level quality plane, despite only 1 hr travel, they served small breakfast and chocolate

Desventajas: Despite the fact I bought my tickets with 1 hand luggage + 1 personal item, they forced me to dispatch my hand luggage stating flight was full, I refused and they said they could not allow me to board. Felt my rights violated, I HATE to dispatch luggage... and in the end there was space left on the airplane luggage storage areas. Not nice

Desventajas: Food was served warm. Perhaps the menu could be better, but it wasn’t bad.

Ventajas: Everything from the crew being super accomodating and friendly to the comfort and taste of the food was delicious.

Desventajas: The seats are so crowded and we were jammed in like sardines. There was insufficient ventilation and it was too warm and stuffy. Not comfortable.

Desventajas: delayed departure EXTREMELY LATE LUGGAGE HANDLING IN BRUSSELS, more than 1 hour after arrival for SKI's to be delivered !!

Desventajas: Too much nonsense with carry on and check in language. I paid for my seat but they changed it for better balance of the plain. Really I weigh 165 lbs. Once the plane reaches altitude they let me take my seat. However the plane was barely occupied and somebody with closer and took my seat.

Ventajas: Nice crew and prompt service

Desventajas: Crammed, narrow seats

Desventajas: A solution to the seat problem. If the seat only reclined 1/2 the distance they do now, the flight would be enjoyable.

Desventajas: The registration could open earlier than two (!) hours before the take-off! Or, at least have more than two representative registering economy class passengers (yes, there was a big and very slow line). The food could be better than just a McDonald's type apple pie.

Desventajas: Worst possible gluten-free meal. Other airlines do it better. One CFAN make a sauce to put on chicken - it doesn't have to be boiled or microwave into a piece of rubber, with plain rice and a couple of boiled carrots. This isn't just gluten-free, it's complete allergen-free which is quite different

Desventajas: You are selling tickets for flights that are not available. You are taking money from people and cheating them. You should check to make sure the flights are still going

Ventajas: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Desventajas: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed
