El personal de Delta del aeropuerto, en concreto una chica con trenzas de color y el personal de embarque fueron lo mejor. Gracias por toda la ayuda que nos prestaron
El personal de Delta nos atendió e excelentemente. En especial las auxiliares en los puestos de Delta en el aeropuerto.
No vuelvo a contratar con esa compañía, ni con vosotros. Desde mayo intentando ponerme en contacto para cambiar el billete y no ha sido posible. He perdido el dinero sin poder ni siquiera poner una reclamación. Lo está estudiando consumo europeo.
Ha sido una de las peores experiencias que he tenido a la hora de viajar. El trato que recibimos mi hija y yo Por parte del equipo de facturación fue humillante. No sentimos tratados con desprecio y la educación. No volveré a viajar con esta compañía.
Retraso de dos horas en salir el avion por problemas en el programa de navegación. ¿No lo tienen comprobado antes de embarcar a 300 personas?
Es increible que no pudiera hacer la facturación online -según el personal del Delta con el que hable porque no había comprado el vuelo directamente con ellos- y que ademas Virgin o Kayak no me avisaran de ello, por lo que tuve que perder un tiempo precioso intentándolo

We missed our connection and had to wait 3 more hours for the next flight - We were somewhat lucky as multiple flights were delayed/cancelled that day - I will avoid using Virgin Atlantic in the future as they need Delta and British operate their flights and this makes it prone to issues like that"

The priceline number is not helping. I have trip insurance but no. nothing worked. I will never fly Virgin Atlantic again."

Desventajas: "I felt like the airlines deliberately cheated me. I purchased a flight that was listed as "economy" , which means I am authorized one suitcase. When I got to checkout they said I had pay for the suitcase. Turns out my flight was economy 'light' flight and I had to go the Austrian airlines desk and pay euro 40 for my suitcase. Wish that would have been clear when I purchased the ticket. Also there is no clear info on what the cost is for your bag at what point in the check-in process."

Desventajas: "This is for Kayak's app- Usually I get a special meal request through the agent, but could not do it on Kayak's app, and Lufthansa and Austrian did not recognize my booking code from the ticket purchase confirmation email to do it on their website directly. Please look into both issues. This is for my whole trip and not the above mentioned destination."
Ventajas: "Nice crew, lots of entertainment options (movies especially). Seats recline very far back, nice..."

Desventajas: "It was impossible to make a seat reservation--impossible. When I asked Air Canada they said contact Austrian Airlines. When I asked them they said get in touch with United. Then I was told I could book a seat 24 hours in advance. When I got email I couldn't--said I had to do it at the gate. When I got to the gate I was told I had a seat in the middle of the plane. Not true I was at the back of the plane. Just awful"

Siguen pidiendo mascarilla durante el vuelo. Ya nadie pide. Es muy insoportable estar 15 hs usándola
Nos obligaron a facturar y pagar 50€ por una maleta cuando la Ida de Madrid- Frankfurt nos la perdieron y rompieron, las personas que nos atendió no nos gustó el trato

Ventajas: "La tripulación era genial. Se me perdió un artefacto y uno de los sobrecargos hizo lo imposible por ayudarme...y lo encontramos. Siempre estaré agradecida! Ofrecían botellas de agua a menudo. Muy bien"

Desventajas: "United no tiene procesos y. nos tuvieron con el Vuelo atrasado. Cambiando puertas y el avión lo cambiaron. Luego el Siguiente nos regredaron a media hora de vuelo. Finalmente nos mandaron a un hotel. Al día siguiente el vuelo salió atrasado y hubo nuevamente incertidumbre con las puertas de salida"

Ventajas: "Tomando en cuenta que tenia conexión de 55 minutos del vuelo de Munich sobró el tiempo por la eficiencia del aeropuerto de Munich. En el embarque no hay contacto con personal por ser automatizado que acelera el trámite evitando posibles retrasos, intervienen para solucionar problemas. El vuelo operó en horario."
Desventajas: "La recogida del equipaje en Madrid tardó más de 30 minutos desde que llegamos a la cinta hasta que aparecieron las primeras maletas"

Desventajas: "El servicio de lufthansa horrible. Siendo business se les acabo la comida que habíamos pedido. Pasaban de nosotros, solo hacían caso a los alemanes. Me tiraron encima un vaso con bolsa de té, manchandome la camiseta. Parece que les hizo gracia porque se estaban riendo. Dijeron que me traerían algo para limpiar y desaparecieron. Nunca más."
