They spoke great English and ensured me and my husband sat together during our 15 hr flight to Vietnam.! They had so many options on new movies and music that helped pass the time. The food was very tasty as well as there snacks and drinks! The entire staff were helpful and appeared to enjoy their jobs. I will always fly with ANA when returning to ASIA."

Desventajas: "I am a small person and found the legroom to be inadequate. I paid $50 to upgrade the seats to economy plus to give us a bit more space but it wasn't any better. For a long, overseas flight, more space is needed. I had more legroom on my domestic flight with United. Also, the airline attendants for Air NZ were unpleasant and downright grumpy at times. It made a long, uncomfortable flight seem a whole lot longer."

Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.

Ventajas: "We were late for our originally flight, got to LAX 15 minutes after check-in was closed, although we checked in online prior, but due to 4th of July weekend the freeway was very heavy traffic. So we ended up going back next day with the supervisor's incredible allowance, offer. I got very emotional when she told us our option. Thank you. Unfortunatley I didn't get her name, due to our shock))"

Desventajas: "Cabin could have been a degree or two warmer, it was very chilly. Seats in general cabin were very close together and we couldn’t get out of the seat when the seat was declined in front of us...we’re average sized humans and were pretty scrunched."

My wife and I were 20 rows apart and we were moved from aisle seats to window seats. Flight was fully booked so no way to change. The aircraft did not change, so I am unsure why seat assignments changed."
Desventajas: "We ended up upgrading because kayak doesn’t let you assign a seat and we were the last to get a seat on a very full flight. I will never use Kayak again."

Desventajas: "I was annoyed with the fact that everything cost money. The women next to me asked for water and the flight attendant said that she could pay for it or wait for breakfast. I was thirsty on the plane but I was not about to pay $8 for a bottle of water. I was also not happy that almost all the movies (with the exception of three about the sea) had to be purchased. Most planes now have at least an app with movies on it for free, especially on 6 hour flights."
Desventajas: "Not clear what line to stand in signs would help Such as if you had a boarding pass you can just stand in the line that will give your baggage tag versus just standing in the general line"

It's not my responsibility to have a pen - totally annoyed about this one small amenity not being offered. Also I'm sick of hearing your plug for a credit card."

Desventajas: "I bought these tickets about two months ago. There was no option for seat selection. Despite the fact I bought two tickets when we finally got our boarding passes we were twelve rows apart. I tried to call Jet Blue (the actual airline) and they said they couldn't do anything over the phone. I went up to the gate and they said sorry, it was a full flight. When the cabin door closed, the seat next to me was empty, but we were taking off so I couldn't at that time move my wife. When they reached cruising altitude and they turned off the fasten seatbelts sign, I went back to where my was sitting but she was asleep."
Ventajas: "Appreciate that Hawaiian serves meals. Always impressed with video productions and magazine quality. Safety video was new to me and well done."
Desventajas: "It was freezing, and while meals still are provided, there is a charge for blankets. Brrr."
Desventajas: "The plane was delayed 9 hours for software issues for their incom. This seemed to me something that could be fixed faster, and it greatly impacted my trip. I understand delays for weather or hardware."

Desventajas: "Monitor not functioning properly. You have to push the touch screen several times before it start to work also have to press hard on the screen to make it work. Snacks limited to only one. At least give 2. Food was bland. No condiments to go with the food."

Ventajas: "Besides the poor food (but free!) and one grumpy stewardess, the flight was actually fantastic. One of the better flights I've had in a long time, and I fly a lot. Check in, boarding, and general smoothness of the flight was great in comparison to other domestic airlines. Will always fly Hawaiian if the prices stay affordable!"
