Desventajas: "The forced checking of bags of anything over 7kg, in spite of size, is ridiculous. Have now been waiting for over an hour at JFK waiting for my bag when it was small enough to keep in the overhead bin. I fly internationally once a month and never have to do this. A complete waste of my time."
Ventajas: "The economy cabin had less oxygen than the premium economy and better. I could not breath with the poor air circulation and had to stand in the front of the 14 hour flight to breath."

Desventajas: "Better communication about delays. We didn't taxi into terminal for close to hour and half after landing. Flight attendants insisted passengers must unplug headphone once landed. Some passengers (those in the back) weren't allow to use the bathroom though plane was stationery for 1 1/2 hr."

Desventajas: "The meal was a bit disappointed for it is only sandwich with cold chicken meat... not even offer hot food option especially for kids/elderly."
Ventajas: "The in-flight entertainment options were rather sparse (compared to other airlines I've flown in the past e.g. Singapore Airlines/Qatar/Emirates). However, everything else was pretty good. The bathrooms were maintained throughout the flight and I appreciated the water bottle so I wouldn't have to keep waiting for the little trays of drinks to come around."

Desventajas: "Cons: Restless flight attendants (got stepped on the foot and no apologies) Flight attendants' English abilities were questionable (when I asked for a drink, they said "wait a moment" without further explanation. I think what they meant to say was "I don't have that on the cart right now, it will be delivered later." This happened multiple times, but one time I didn't even get any response. But then again, all they said was "you need to wait" in Chinese also so maybe they are just not polite in general) They could have had better movie selections Both flights were delayed"

Ventajas: "From phone customer service and ground staff to flight attendants, service is among the top. Accommodating requests for special seat. Also crew actively monitors the condition of the lavatories and keep them clean."
Desventajas: "The food is just ok. Compared to Japan Airlines and Cathay Pacific, their food is less exciting. Very stingy with wine (half of a mini plastic cup and takes another round before refill). Those who are on carb free diet should make a special request prior to travel as their food is very heavy on carb and light on protein."

They only came out when then they serve the meals. It’s a long travel, they should have checks the passengers if they needed anythin"

I asked a male steward for something very easy to do, instead he wasted about 30 minutes talking to two female passengers (that had moved from their assigned seats). Lacked discipline."

Desventajas: "Was in business class and service is poor. Food was mediocre and service was not at par as other business class airlines. Toilet is dirty most times and lacking toiletries. Very unsanitary. Only thing good is all service staff always smile but lack proper and on time service training."
Desventajas: "We were left behind because of the long line and slow service. On top of that, they open all our eight luggages that made four of us missed our flight and the rebooking fee is too expensive. We'll never fly with PAL again. It cost us a fortune because of their poor customer service."

If you have big shoulders..you are better off with business class, the seats are for slimmer people."

Desventajas: "As we landed 15 minutes early we were forced to wait 45 minutes on the plane because our gate was occupied. after we finally got off and went through customs we waited another hour to receive our luggage. When the luggage finally came out the crews luggage was the first to come out. So we all watched as the crew gathered their luggage which took another 15 minutes. Shouldn't the paying customers be first?"
