Excellent crew who were always willing to help with my fondness for a beer. Food was as expected and up to the standard of Singapore Airlines. All round it was a long trip made a lot easier......5 stars."

Ventajas: "Amazing, amazing service! Great food (including Hagen Daaz ice cream) and good choice of beverages. Lots of different entertainment choices. VERY clean and well maintained aircraft. Staff is always friendly and happy...they really seem to absolutely love their job! Free toiletries in the bathrooms are an extra plus. Whenever there was a change in schedule / plans the captain informed the passengers immediately about what was going on and what would happen next."
Desventajas: "The only thing that did and probably always will be AWFUL is going thru security at JFK. The T S A officials there are unfriendly, sometimes rude, never smiling and often yelling at you or even little kids or elderly people. We are travelling a lot and no other security staff at any given airport is so unfriendly and harsh. Worst thing about going on a journey."

Desventajas: "Waiting on line to check in was more than a half hour although there were probably only 10 people ahead of me. Got a hard time on the weight of my carry-on being more than 7kg although I had to point out that my ticket allowed me two bags that were 23kg each - I had nothing to check. Eventually, when I pointed out that I could wear enough of the clothes from the carry on, they agreed to let me take it on. On board, the service was cold, bland and infrequent. The entertainment system lost sound perhaps 20 minutes into the flight."

The check in guy were being difficult just for four lb extra and made us check in one bag which caused us inconvenience later going through baggage claim. Inside the flight passengers had heavier luggage."

Desventajas: "I was requested to wait for a space for my carry on luggage which is fine. I waited for the FA to tell me where to put it and I placed it myself where she asked me to. Few minutes later, she asked me to move my luggage and to place it to another overhead cabin because she said It's "heavy." I followed the standard size and weight for carry on luggage. Another passenger helped me instead. No place to rest our feet."

She did not deliver on her word. The crew on the second half of my trip explained to me that I had not requested a special meal when I'm fact, I did."
Desventajas: "The flight crew was aware of poor weather on the first leg of my trip. I boarded the flight and it was grounded, at the gate, for 4 hours before departing. THAT WAS HORRIBLE!!!!!"

They said I needed a vista for the length of stay which I always get when I am in Manila for the past 8-10 years that I have been going without any prior warning before I confirmed this booking! I was charged $500.00 to change the departure date! Outrageous!"

Desventajas: "I think JFK rather than Asiana was the issue. It was quite cold inside the boarding area, and the waiting area happened to be unpleasant because of a lack of seats and the noise. The announcements before boarding happened to be annoying. Lavatory happened to become quite messy at the end of the flight."

Inheon is probably the best place for lay-over with plenty of options for acivities, from short and long tours, Korean bath house wity overnight stay option, easy and fast immigration, and great customer service always."

Desventajas: "First time traveling via Philippines airlines, was hoping for a good direct flight, was just very disappointed. Not much variety in food, no really onboard vegetarian or seafood options. Comfort wise economy seat are bit tighter compared to other international airlines. Crew was very helpful, did their best to accommodate to what they had to work with, their crew truly saves their short-givings."

Desventajas: "enforcing rules and regulations too passengers. as a person of purchasing additional leg room, this should be enforced to pay for additional leg room vs just giving that additional space for free. This is the second time I experienced and this has not changed since last year."
Desventajas: "Hoping to have a flight on time and not delayed."
Ventajas: "The food improved compare from last year but during the 16 hours and 40 minutes flight the crew should have come out and ask the passenger or offer some drinks. They only came out when then they serve the meals. It’s a long travel, they should have checks the passengers if they needed anythin"
Desventajas: "Checking in your luggage take too long. The staff specially the Manila, seems not well train because they keep going to each other and discuss things or asked the other crew what to do. I started checking in at 4:08 pm and I finished past 6:00. Crews should checks the passengers every now and the"

Ventajas: "Entertainment options were excellent. Lots of choice. Staff were friendly."
Desventajas: "Flight attendants need to come around more often to offer water or other beverages because dehydration is such an issue on a 16+ hour flight. In addition, we boarded on time at 1:00 for a 1:45am flight but did not leave the gate until 4:00am. This jeopardized my connection in Manila."

Desventajas: "It’s such a shame that Philippine Airlines (PAL) charged extra for aisle and window seats! There was so much vacant seats during the flight. This was a deliberate way of PAL to extract more money from their passengers. In the future, my family and I will not choose PAL anymore. We felt cheated."

Desventajas: "Pls add quantity to the food. There was not enough meat to the amount of rice or pasta served. I got hungry between meals. Water was also not offered often enough between meals."

Desventajas: "My first flight was delayed by 2 hours, so I didn’t make it to my connecting flight. The airline put me on the next available flight, but that one got delayed too. As a matter of fact, I’m still sitting on my connecting flight waiting to take off and I boarded an hour ago."
Ventajas: "Great seats (Premium Economy) and very friendly crew."
Desventajas: "A descent selection of movies, both old and new. But towards the end, I they kept stopping and I had to restart (from where I left off) a few times."

Ventajas: "Aside from the scare of not making my flight because it was overbooked. I think the boarding process could have been a little more efficient. The staff are amazing as always which is why PAL is my preferred airline when traveling to and within Philippines."
Desventajas: "Since I have pretty broad shoulders, it’s difficult to sleep in the isles. Not to mention the multiple babies crying. Outside of that, everything was wonderful."

Boarding was a little disorganized, it was hard to hear the gate crew, 4. not enough new streaming movie options 5. the meal was only warm 6. long wait at baggage claim"
