Desventajas: "I requested a wheelchair due to limited walking ability. Myself and several others had to wait a long time after getting off the the plane. There were no chairs and it was difficult. A very nice guy finally brought us wheelchairs and rolled 2 of us at once through security and to baggage claim."

Ventajas: "I was able to get last minute exit window seats, which gave me unlimited leg room. I did not mind pledging to help with emergency exits. With boarding, they did away with the boarding groups, so whoever lined up earlier got to go on the plane, of course after the first class and business. This all worked fine."

Desventajas: "Food/snacks. I know people usually complain about airplane food, but I am not a picky eater and usually eat whatever is provided. I ended up picking at what was served. Perhaps I’m just not used to the selection since I usually fly American planes."

Ventajas: "Business class includes limo service to the airport, a tremendous perk. Boarding was a snap, especially in Shanghai which included a private van for First and business class passengers. The food in business class was outstanding. There was plenty to eat during the meals and the quality was surprisingly good. You could also order snacks and drinks throughout the flight. A great selection of movies also."
Desventajas: "Surprisingly the seat on the 777 was not as comfortable as I expected it to be, though still more spacious than economy class."

Ventajas: "The actual flight was really fantastic, food was warm, flight was relatively comfortable/smooth, entertainment at least for me was good, since they had a decent amount of Japanese music to choose from, and the attendants were friendly and nice. Everything was 100% on time as well. I could complain more about tiny tiny things, but for $500 I felt I got a lot better service than United on an equivalent route."
Desventajas: "Seats were slightly stiff, but not too bad. Only bigger issue was upon boarding all the people lined up in a 100+ yard line and caused a bit of commotion instead of waiting for their seat numbers to be called and forming a small normal line. This is in no way the airline's fault, and they tried to make it work in spite of the people doing it, but as a Westerner this was confusing."
Desventajas: "Long walk with poor signage and needs multiple immigration and security checks even if you are just transiting"
Ventajas: "Priority boarding for Elite Plus well organized Full reclining (flat) seats Maybe 10–25% of Business class seats taken. Quiet. Lots of room. Dedicatated, exclusive business class shuttle bus to terminal upon arrival. Friendly, polite cabin crew."
Desventajas: "English skills of crew limited. Got the job done."
Desventajas: "They canceled my flight without an email confirmation. I went to the airport to find out it was canceled then to get an email now asking how my flight was when I couldn’t go. It was a pan just to even call about getting seats prior to and they had a hard time finding my itinerary. They even took 210 for th cancelation. Had to book with another airline for following day"

False promises and price just to bait you into the system of United airlines but always giving system error after you waste your time inputting all your information and payment information bait and switch I will never fly China eastern or united again due to their deceptive actions"
Desventajas: "We spent 2 hours at the check in because China eastern changed our connecting time and we were going to miss our flight. The food was terrible, they lost my husbands luggage. We are on our honeymoon and he has no clothes. And they put us up in a very dirty hotel."

Desventajas: "They make you take off your headphones and secure all electronic devices before taking off and landing. Even if you are using the headphones for noise reduction they make you take them off until the plane is in the air for 15 minutes. Cellphones in airplane mode cannot be used during the flight at all. Entertainment was lacking tremendously!"

No hacen el menor esfuerzo en ayudarte y ofrecerte algo de comer que no sea esa comida horrorosa! La comida es Terrible! Jamás en mi vida, en ninguna clase o compañía me ofrecieron una comida fan asquerosa. Llevar lonchera!"
Desventajas: "They rescheduled my flight by 14 hrs and did not inform me. I reached airport at night and there was no staff present. I was told by another airline's staff that China Eastern staff will come in the morning. Due to this I lost a whole day of work & salary."

Desventajas: "Pilots continually smoking throughout flight. Woke me 5 times during my sleep. Very clearly it can't be stewards or passengers as smoke alarms are fitted throughout. Stewardesses politely pretended not to notice or smell the fumes every time it happened."
