Ventajas: "This flight was on the 777-300 plane leased from EVA. Boarding proved to be a bit of a slow grind due to the inordinate number of families with children on this particular flight. Our fault for not realising this at time of booking. Flight itself went very smoothly. Seats were fine. Not a huge selection of movies to choose from. Felt the crew went about their duties without fuss and ticked all the boxes for me."

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.

They refused to give my friend and I the 2 seats I had iriginally paid for and booked so we were stuck in the very last row of the entire plane with no reclining seats and terrible service for over 13 hours . Se restrasó el abordaje pero en general fue bueno y sin contratiempos. No me gustó que no te permitan bajar al piso principal cuando vas en vuelo de conexion.

Ventajas: "Flight was smooth on time. Aircraft clean and new. Edison vegetarian meals requested were fresh snd excellent. Attendants were polite and helpful."

Ventajas: "Best long flight ever! I could actually sleep - the crew tucked me in, I was so deranged I could not figure how anything worked but once they got me in snooze position, I was out. The food was horrible, but everything else was so wonderful, I did not care. Thank you for the amazing seat!"
Ventajas: "Excellent service, lucked out into a flight that wasn't full for once and was able to sleep."

Desventajas: "Difficulty hearing announcements - I have a hearing deficit - so it was hard to know what was going on. Wish there was a coffee/tea service before landing after 15-hour flight to Chicago. Crew kept windows dark until 1/2 hour before landing."
Ventajas: "Cathay's new plane's are great. Comfortable, lean back quite a bit, and have good entertainment."
Desventajas: "I wish they had a closer spot to immigration at Haneda. It's always a 10 minute walk."
Desventajas: "We had 1.5 hour delay and when we reached Vancouver airport the car rentals were close and we have to wait 3 more hour till 5:30 Am till they open. We are not happy at all"

Ventajas: "Happy to have goodnight on the flight. Was scared to fly on such a long flight because I'm a decent sized guy. I was even more afraid when I realized I was out in a middle seat. However, the seats are relatively spacious, even in economy and my knees weren't hitting the back of the seat in front of me. I also appreciated that we could get up to grab water or juice at any time during the flight."

Estaba corriendo para poder abordar el vuelo y después cambiaron el capitán y un señal de salida roto y esperaron últimos detalles del vuelo…estábamos esperando en el avión para una hora.
Desventajas: "Fue un viaje corto, entretenimiento y comida no fue indispensble pero todo bien!"

Solicite que me den uno junto a mi esposa y me cambiaron a otro al fondo de tamanio menor que el usual y al lado una persona obesa que ocupaba la mitad de ese asiento. La persona que recibio nuestro equipaje nos hizo cambiar cosas de las maletas por un exceso de 0,5 kg"

Desventajas: "Mal señalizado el abordaje en ezeiza, teniendo pantallas que todos podemos mirar, en lugar de anunciar por las mismas el orden de ingreso, no, andaban con cartelitos de carton que apenas se veían y una señora diciendo donde era cada fila, un desastre."

Ventajas: "Han mejorado mucho la calidad del servicio especialmente respecto a la comida y el entretenimiento a bordo. Estéticamente se ha renovado suficiente. El.avion bastante nuevo."
Desventajas: "La comodidad de Economy es escasa. Es difícil descansar un vuelo nocturno en esos asientos."
Desventajas: "A mi no me gusta la distancia para reclamar la maletas, la television no fuàncionaba"
Ventajas: "El abordaje muy rápido sencillo, todos los pilotos de delta siempre salen a recibir a sus pasajeros."
Desventajas: "Pasó exactamente lo mismo que en el vuelo anterior una persona ya estaba sentada en mi lugar y en esta ocasión traté de decirle, pero la pasajera me ignoró o no me entendía"
Ventajas: "La comodidad del avión la atención del personal y el proceso de abordaje súper rápido un vuelo muy cómodo y tranquilo"
Desventajas: "No checan los asientos, cuando llegue a mi lugar asignado ya había dos personas sentadas y una de ellas estaba en mi lugar no comenté nada poe respeto ya que eran personas mayores a mi"

Ventajas: "I love the idea to have a non stop flight and the seats are very comfortable to be this an excellent flight just need to give more snacks that would be great :)"

Ventajas: "Nunca había tenido un vuelo con tan buen servicio. El personal al muy amable y simpático. Siempre pasaba el personal ofreciéndonos comida y bebida. La merienda muy completa, platos a escoger, snacks, postres. Gracias Delta :)"
