Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.

Ventajas: "This was AA flying for Quantas and it was all very nice; the taste of the food left something to be desired, but it was all decent portions and we were fed three times. The staff was terribly accommodating and friendly. The entertainment was top notch! The flight was smooth and was as comfortable as a 12 hour flight can be. After the hellish experience I had at both O'hare and LAX, it was a lovely way to end/begin the trip."
Desventajas: "Nothing, really."
Ventajas: "Big, safe plane. The pilot striving to land us close to the originally-scheduled time, even though we boarded the plane an hour late. He did it! A++ to Qantas for providing a spigot at the back of the plane to refill water bottles, thus lessening the amount of plastic used."
Desventajas: "I ordered vegetarian meals and they were TOO SPICY. Being served a flaming hot tomato curry and spicy potatoes for BREAKFAST was ridiculous."

Desventajas: "Very poor legroom, felt very cramped for an international flight. The infotainment system in my seat, and some others didn't work."
Desventajas: "Flight was delayed by 30 minutes."

Ventajas: "They serve drinks and snacks, which is over two nights these days the entertainment was good, and the seating was average."
Desventajas: "We have a layover in Brisbane. It would've been nice to have a direct flight from Cairns to Auckland"
Desventajas: "That the flight was delayed and we are already getting there late to begin with."
Ventajas: "Entertainment and crew was good"
Desventajas: "I've flown a lot over the years and been on some long flights but this was beyond bad as far as comfort. When the people in front of us layed their seats down we could not even move and when meals were served the flight attendants had to ask the passengers in front of us to please put their seats up so that they could serve us food. Then when the service was over the people layed their seats right down...they were literally in our laps."
Ventajas: "Luckily the flight was only 3 hours"
Desventajas: "Most uncomfortable seat (smallest, least leg room would not recline, no padding) that I can remember. Baby not just crying but screening in the seat behind me and crew did nothing."
Desventajas: "Flight was delayed by 1 hour"
Ventajas: "I enjoyed the entertainment system. Unfortunately, I discovered season 6 of "Game of Thrones" too late to binge the entire season. The crew was friendly-- it was as comfortable as a 16 hour flight in the economy cabin can be."
Desventajas: "I did not get much sleep-- I was watching movies and TV!"
Desventajas: "Minimal food and drink service."
Desventajas: "Lost a piece of our luggage--but very diligent about finding it and getting it to us the next day."

Ventajas: "When checking in, the lady at the counter gave us great instruction on how to board and what to expect in customs when we landed in New Zealand."

Ventajas: "El personal muy amable y a pesar de que se retraso el vuelo todos mantuvieron la calma y lo manejaron muy bien. El asiento no está mal, es cómodo."

Desventajas: "Me cancelaron como 5 veces mi vuelo de JFK a Buffalo Nueva York... pase más de dos noches esperando en el aeropuerto y no me quisieron proporcionar una habitación de algún hotel o algo para por lo menos tomar un baño..."

Ventajas: "El vuelo fue de delta pero estaba operado por Aeroméxico. El personal de ambas líneas muy grosero. En especial una señorita de Aeroméxico llamada Yadira Díaz que tenía un distintivo de entrevistador literalmente me dijo que le hiciera como quisiera que ella no me iba a atender."
Desventajas: "Ambas aerolíneas (Delta y Aeroméxico) tienen que capacitar a su personal"

Solicite que me den uno junto a mi esposa y me cambiaron a otro al fondo de tamanio menor que el usual y al lado una persona obesa que ocupaba la mitad de ese asiento. La persona que recibio nuestro equipaje nos hizo cambiar cosas de las maletas por un exceso de 0,5 kg"

Desventajas: "Fue un vuelo casi low cost, muy miserable los aperitivos, y ni siquiera se tomaron la molestia de entregarme un auricular a pesar se haberlo pedido. Un vuelo de cuatro horas muy aburrido."
Ventajas: "La tripulacion bien. El espacio reducido."
Desventajas: "Mal señalizado el abordaje en ezeiza, teniendo pantallas que todos podemos mirar, en lugar de anunciar por las mismas el orden de ingreso, no, andaban con cartelitos de carton que apenas se veían y una señora diciendo donde era cada fila, un desastre."

Ventajas: "La comodidad del avión la atención del personal y el proceso de abordaje súper rápido un vuelo muy cómodo y tranquilo"
Desventajas: "No checan los asientos, cuando llegue a mi lugar asignado ya había dos personas sentadas y una de ellas estaba en mi lugar no comenté nada poe respeto ya que eran personas mayores a mi"
Ventajas: "La atención fue muy buena, los asientos son muy cómodos el servicio de entretenimiento, cuentan con una entrada de audífonos y salida usb para cargar tu teléfono mientras viajas.el wifi en la nave son un plus."
Desventajas: "Pague un upgrade a un mejor lugar y Mi asiento se regresaba a la posición original solo el cual tenía que que estar acomodándolo , a pesar de que el personal me comentó que era una nave nueva."
Ventajas: "Excelente horario para viajar a Monterrey, El vuelo no estaba saturado y fueron muy puntuales"

Ventajas: "Cortesía del personal, antes y durante el vuelo. Opciones de entretenimiento a bordo. Menú variado. Puntualidad. Me gusta mucho volar con Delta, y este vuelo (directo Málaga-NY) para mí es una opción muy buena; lástima que no esté disponible todo el año."
Desventajas: "Tristemente, este vuelo sólo opera algunos meses al año."
