Es un buen precio el que se paga para lo que se ofrece."

Ventajas: "My mother requires additional assistance for boarding (wheelchair for the ramp, a little extra time). Cathay adjusted our seats so we would be located reasonably near the doors yet close enough to the bathroom for her convenience. The stewards literally took her by the arm to help her to her seat, even taking her bags for her. And they made a point of checking on her several times during the flight. Absolutely amazing!"

Ventajas: "Excellent and attentive staff, great food, clean bathrooms (by airline standards anyway), fantastic entertainment! It's a great value for the price, especially for coach class!"
Desventajas: "Not much to dislike. I just was a little bothered by the fact that I had purposely chosen to have my boarding pass be digital (to save the environment), but to do this you have to check in online. As a result, they can't verify your passport (something they need to do in person). So when I got to the gate they had to check my passport and then made me use a new, printed boarding pass. Not a huge deal, but just something that bothered me."

Desventajas: "Flight arrived in LA 30 minutes late. Then had to wait another 30 minutes for a gate to open. All in all, the flight arrived 1 hr late which is very inconvenient and annoying. And the crew isn't has friendly. The boarding time in Hong Kong took a very long time"
Ventajas: "The crew are very nice. They maintain the toilet area clean and with paper supplies. I love the availability of having a hot noodle soup in between meals."
Desventajas: "No slippers, toothbrush & toothpaste for economy passengers. Some airlines will give this automatic due to long hours trip."

Desventajas: "Plane was a bit dirty - there were big dirt streaks on the ceiling above me, and I saw more on the ceiling on the other side of the plane as well."
Ventajas: "Route and travel time. The food taste good."
Desventajas: "Bathrooms need to be cleaned in between flights; meal didn't have any condiments included ; they don't provide a toiletry bag with basics of toothbrush and socks; airplane needs to be CLEANED.. we found dental floss and empty containers inside the seat pocket."

Ventajas: "I liked the fact that the plane was not delayed...pretty impressed by that because I fly a lot and some of the worst offenders in flight delays have to be ones that fly within the USA. Boarding the plane was very organized."

Ventajas: "Boarding was a bit of a free-for-all even though they called specific rows. Still, it went fast and everything else was fine. Seats were as comfortable as can be expected for economy. Food was pretty good, entertainment was great and the crew was polite and helpful."

Ventajas: "Nothing wrong with the flights, but big issues with Cathay Pacific coordinating connecting flights after first flight was canceled."
Desventajas: "I was waiting and standing to find out about my rebooked flight for 3 hours. The Cathay pacific employees in Manila tried their best to get everyone on the next connecting flights out, but there was no proper system. Everyone was trying to handle the cases of multiple passengers rather than delegating tasks. PLUS the new flight went through an additional stopover in Vancouver... Was not messaged about any compensation."

Ventajas: "Seats were comfortable in Premier Economy class, Entertainment offered in this class was good.They offered more movie chooses than most any other airline that ive ever flown on before."
Desventajas: "First off I feel asleep as soon as I seat down on the plane, even before take off and once I woke up not one of the stewardess come to offer me the meal I missed or any kind of refreshments, it was a 4 hour flight. My brother who did get the meal stated that it was very poor quality. The egg was terrible tasting, powered egg replacement."
Ventajas: "excellent entertainment selection"
Desventajas: "no bottled water, the tap water tasted terrible and chemically treated! also the flight was delayed 15 minutes but ended up landing 50 minutes late, i cannot see how they were not able to make up the time in the air for something so small. I also saw premium economy and asked for an upgrade, they wanted $1000, which when i saw the cabin and the amenities was happy i didn't pay for because compared to Japan Airlines which charges a fraction of this for the upgrade, Cathay is a shame."
