El personal de tierra donde dejas el equipaje era leeento y desagradable , más que en cualquier otra aerolínea que haya usado, y uso unas cuantas al año. El avión era muy viejo con equipamiento obsoleto, no repetiría si tuviese otra opción.
Se demoró más de la cuenta, adentro del avión era un caos. No estuvo buena la ida a Sao Paulo, la vuelta muy bien

Retraso de más de tres horas. No información en absoluto. Pérdida de conexión en Estambul por retraso. Arreglo de otro vuelo sin posibilidad de elección en absoluto. Burocracia eterna para conseguir hotel. Un desastre la forma en la que el personal se relaciona con los pasajeros. Lamentable

Last but not least Turkish needs to update their policies on electronics, I was reading a kindle on Airplane mode, but was forced to turn it off. This is over the top and no longer required on many airlines. Time to modernize attitudes here."

Estaba corriendo para poder abordar el vuelo y después cambiaron el capitán y un señal de salida roto y esperaron últimos detalles del vuelo…estábamos esperando en el avión para una hora.

Ventajas: "I fly frequently and this is the first time I've travelled with West Jet. The big difference was the staff. Unlikely many airlines the West Jet crew - in flight and the ground crew - were all very friendly, helpful and actually seemed like they enjoyed their jobs. I called West Jet prior to checking in on-line and my call was answered within a minute by a real human who was so helpful. That's the polar opposite of so many airlines like Air Canada."

Desventajas: "- The unprofessional way the staff "sorted us out". Especially the lady at check-in. Our flight was from NY to Toronto and then connecting after a nine-hour layover from Toronto to London. On all flights, we got the seats in the middle of the aircraft allocated, which is challenging when you are on crutches. - The second flight to London was in a terribly old machine where the overhead compartments were not well equipped to accommodate my crutches. The only way they fitted was at the very back underneath all the luggage. So when I asked the flight staff to help me get my crutch to go to the toilet, as I could not get it myself, he asked: "do you really have to use it?". I considered that very rude! - The selling of the entertainment systems took forever, which meant that the food sale was very late. Almost 4 hours into the flight on an overnight flight is really late! Especially when people would prefer to sleep. Due to my medication, I had to wait for food, but it took forever. All in all, not the best experience"

Desventajas: "My flight from ORD-DUB arrived late causing us to miss our connecting flight to Madrid. I talked to an agent and they told us we would have to pick up our bags at a different carousel and then go to the ticketing agent for a new flight. 1 ticketing agent+3 hours of waiting = 1 pissed off traveler."

Ventajas: "Overall everything went better than expected. Flew Aer Lingus from East Coast through Dublin to Rome. Making the connection in Dublin was the easiest connection I’ve ever made and I fly multiple times every month. I would fly Aer Lingus to Europe again for sure."
Desventajas: "We did not get to select the seats. I did get an extremely low priced fare so I was prepared. The seats were in the very back of the plane from Dublin to Rome even though there were many seats open throughout the plane. I couldn’t figure out how to purchase upgrades using the app."

Desventajas: "After dinner, seat belt sign was on for the rest of flight. They didn't want anyone to use the bathroom...for over 4 hours. There was really no turbulence. Basically it seemed to be a reason to not provide service and trap people in their seats. You also had to pay for alcohol. Worst international flight I ever had in terms of customer service"

Desventajas: "The staff at EWR took the wheelchair that I was in and told me that someone would be along with another one. One never arrived. I went to the desk when boarding began. I requested a wheelchair and I was told that I could walk down the ramp without assistance by one of the boarding staff. I was able to but with great pain and much energy. If it had not been for the crew of the flight I probably would never fly on Aer Lingus again."

Desventajas: "First of all, they were not able to locate my reservations even after I showed them the e ticket. I had to be on call with Etihad for 1 hour to figure out my reservation. I had a small 7-year-old son with me and we were at the airport from one day. Since my other flight got cancelled I ended up boarding taking Etihad. I was first in the line at the check-in counter and ended up boarding at the end with all the hassle. I requested the vegetarian food twice and confirmed it while the reservation, but still didn't get the food. My son and myself were hungry for few hours. The crew was not very supportive to accommodate any food."

Desventajas: "This flight was connection to Rome from US. In Rome, my luggage never made it. Same flight a few days earlier, my mother has the same thing happen. If they can't get luggage on a connection, something is wrong. There was plenty of time. Otherwise flights were fine."
Desventajas: "In the US we board by row numbers. With Aer Lingus, the boarding was weird & illogical."
Ventajas: "Generally good service. Clean plane and friendly staff."
Desventajas: "Seat in front of me broke into a reclining position. Made the flight uncomfortable. Although nothing could be done to fix it during the flight, it might have been nice if they had offered me a perk for the trouble."
