The result is a lower quality of service, with more than half of the flight attendants not being nearly as cordial as they should have been."

Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.

Ventajas: "Flight departed slightly late but arrived on time. Great movies to choose from. They gave you little kits that had a sleep mask, toothbrush and toothpaste, and ear plugs. The food and drinks available were good. There was a USB and outlet for charging."
Desventajas: "My husband’s screen didn’t work for watching movies and his seat did not recline, but mine did."
Ventajas: "Cabin crew were helpful and updated us on connections in Melbourne (although they wouldn't have needed to do this if the flight hadn't have left late)."
Desventajas: "Flight was late and this was significant as I had a tight connection in Melbourne. There did not seem to be a good reason it was late as the aircraft was already at Launceston. They just towed it to the gate late! No announcements were made as to the lateness of the flight until the departure time had actually passed."

Ventajas: "This flight was delayed and caused significant disruption to the remainder of our travel plans. We missed our next two flights and had to forfreit the cost of a hotel."
Ventajas: "Easy to check in on the app. The Qantas crew as usual are friendly and helpful, and entertainment is pretty good."
Desventajas: "Unfortunately we picked the seats by the toilet, which made sleeping an issue. The space between the seats is quite cramped, very hard to get comfortable for a rest."

Ventajas: "I didn't eat dinner as I was too tired, but the breakfast was good and dinner looked pretty good. For airline food, that is. The staff were very polite and friendly."
Desventajas: "I previously flew Tokyo to Sydney premium economy on Japan Air and that created expectations. This was significantly worse. The seats were not as comfortable or as spacious. On JL, you have a bit of a barrier between you and the person in the next seat. On Qantas, you very much do not. While this is probably more just bad luck than anything else, the boarding experience was nightmarish with swarms of people blocking every passage."

Desventajas: "Same type of staff as my inbound flight. Some of the same folks too. Pushy, rushed, grabby, unfriendly. There were a few good stewards, but most could give 2 sh*ts about you."

Desventajas: "Flight was delayed 2 hr 30 min because of catering issues. Because of that only one hot meal for 14 hr flight. Diabetic food was the worst I ever had. My prepaid seat for extra $35 AUD wasn't available. The seat was uncomfortable and the pillow was huge - I had to put it on a floor. I am surprised why Qantas is rated #9 among best airlines for 2016. I will try to avoid Qantas in the gorier."
Desventajas: "Flight was delayed 4 hours. Passengers were given "meal" vouchers for terminal restaurants but they weren't valid on alcohol (which was needed after 4 hours of waiting!) Boarding was chaotic with everyone anxious to GO! Crew was cranky."

Ventajas: "I was really looking forward to flying international on Qantas to NZ, only to find out the flight was actually on American Airlines instead. The plane was dirty, the seats crammed together, and the flight attendants seemed genuinely pissed off to have to serve the passengers. American just doesn't have the level of service or cleanliness for international flights. Avoid this airline if possible."

Ventajas: "I lucked out and was able to get a emergency row seat which helped tremendously because of having long legs."
Desventajas: "What I don't like is what is true of all airlines now and that is that if you are born with long legs you are penalized and expected to pay more money than people with short legs - that is prejudice and not fair to people that cannot do anything about it. I understand charging obese people extra because they have a chance to change it. Also, seats are too narrow now!!!"

Desventajas: "I paid $60 for an emergency exit row for more legroom but I was seated next to a giant who spread over onto my armrest forcing me to lean towards the aisle. Not his fault - he was just too big for a single seat! Food has deteriorated to a cardboard box of slop. Entertainment options were extremely limited in comparison to other carriers. Noisy aircraft, poor quality headsets (I'd inadvertently packed my NC headphones in checked luggage)."

Desventajas: "Flight delayed missed connection put on another carrier that flight then delayed arriving 4.5 hours late. Second leg frequent flyer points claim on other leg denied even though original flight qualified. Still chasing Qantas to get points."
