Desventajas: "Omg did you study how to prevent people from sleeping? If you allowed the head of the seat to go back just 3 more inches i think i could sleep. Instead, i am tortured like a yawn that wont come out, a mosquito in the dark, an itch that runs away from my fingers ... out of reach and just inaccessible. 12 hours of wishing so that by the time i reach my final destination, I've been awake over 24 hours. Im getting too old for that."

Desventajas: "The food was not good at all on this flight. My last flight on JAL in 2010 the food was excellent. Not sure what happened but the quality of the food has gone down and it was disappointing. Luckily had a bite at the airport before boarding to sustain us on this long flight."

Desventajas: "Flight was diverted to another airport and when we finally got to Tokyo, the next flight's gate had closed even though it didn't leave for another two hours. We had to wait in a huge line to get rebooked and it was clear the Japan Airlines employees did not know what they were doing. Put me on a flight next day and couldn't even provide hotels for us (gave us $100 to find our own which was near impossible at that time). I had to sleep in a sleeping bag in the airport overnight by myself."
Ventajas: "Crew did a first-rate job, and space in economy seating was civilized. Snacks and juices were tasty and plentiful. Bathrooms were spacious and waits for access were manageable. Television screens and headphones in economy were easy to use and reproduced video and audio content well. Overhead storage space was adequate, even for an almost fully-booked flight whose passengers relied upon it very heavily."
Desventajas: "One of my vegetarian meals (the larger of the two) wasn't vegetarian. This was astonishing -- a first for me in more than twenty years of flights across the Pacific. Not once have I had a vegetarian meal that included chicken, but that is just what was served to me on this flight; I was obliged to spit it out, and to wash my mouth afterwards. The selection of films offered was demoralizingly poor, and the seatback pockets afforded even less storage space than usual."

Desventajas: "Due to bad weather and flooding, I could not get to the airport for my flight. I called Just Fly and they said there was nothing they could do. I had to pay an extra $350 to get my flight rescheduled. I thought that due to bad weather, customers can get flight rescheduled at no extra cost? As soon as I rebooked my flight, both airport in Houston closed anyways. So is this still my fault and did I have to still pay an extra $350??"

Ventajas: "Even though we booked this flight through Southern China Air, the flight was operated by Korean Air. Translation: the service, food, comfort level and crew were highly professional."

Ventajas: "Korean Air hosted us on four separate flights to SE Asia, a trip from which we have just returned. Of all of the airlines that we have used over the decades, Korean Air rates at the very top. We have no complaints, only a sense of what a first-class operation it was for us."

Because of this, it was stale and smelly. I'm not sure why the circulation on their plane was so poor but it really made the flight more difficult than it should have been."

A very nice Japanese breakfast. - smaller plane, bus that picked us up and dropped us off in front of the airport. As we were doing a 12 hour layover, all our check in luggage was taken care of and sent to van"
Desventajas: "At our first checkin from Korea Ana, seems we have to look at a screen for our luggage just to double check that they made it past customs (never had to do that before) - check in was a bit longer compare to yvr their scanner was much smaller so definitely can’t have big carry on"

Boarding process experience can be improve with better sign for the queing lines and have boarding crew station at end of every quing lines to make sure all passengers are queing in the correct line."

Ventajas: "This time I made the mistake of flying with my kids (4 and 6). The flight or them was last minute (booked less than 8 hours before take off) so there were no pre-planned kids meals etc. The in cabin team were awesome! They made sure they go a choice of meals, that they had things to do, that they were enjoying the flights. This on top of the usual awesome that they have."

Eventually, when I pointed out that I could wear enough of the clothes from the carry on, they agreed to let me take it on. On board, the service was cold, bland and infrequent. The entertainment system lost sound perhaps 20 minutes into the flight."

Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.
Ventajas: "La tripulación es muy buena. El asiento no es el problema, sino la incomodidad que aporte la persona vecina."
