Desventajas: "We had a 3 hour delay which is annoying to begin with. They could have boarded us later but they DEFINITELY could have been more polite about it. They announce very rudely that if we didn't like the situation, we should just get off. It's a 12 hour trip. A little courtesy would not hurt."

Ventajas: "Overall, the flight back from Seoul to Atlanta was better than our previous experience. At least this time the flight attendants were more attentive and prompt to ask if you need anything. Entertainment was good and so were the meals. I appreciate the two meals and beverages."
Desventajas: "Seats are just uncomfortable (not enough cushion and no back support) and the little extra space is not noticeable after so many hours sitting in a long flight such as this one. The lavatories could use a cleaning sometime along the flight. Our flight was packed so after so many people using them, they were not looking or smelling their best. Tickets are expensive. It was also warm most of the time."
Ventajas: "We forgot our IPad in the plane. We met in Seol one of the flight attendants. She stayed with us and arranged for somebody to bring the Ipad from a different location . She refused to continue home , until she saw our property found. It wax an exceptional service!"

Ventajas: "Business class on A380. The boarding was efficient. The crew and the service was good. The amenities were good, especially the on-board lounge."
Desventajas: "From Seoul to Atlanta, it was weird that they woke everyone in business class up to serve a meal 5 hours before landing (6pm Seoul time, 4am Atlanta time.) The seats were outdated and are not comparable to other premium airlines."

Desventajas: "Que se retraso el vuelo y daban una puerta de abordaje A7 y no era esa al final, porque habian hecho el cambio, si no pregunto, me hubiese dejado el siguiente vuelo, ( deberian de mandar personal a informar a las personas sobre eso ) viajaba con dos niños y se hizo estresante tanto para mi, como para ellos, moverse de un lado a otro de la zona A a la B con el equipaje y no llegue a tiempo a un evento por el cual viajaba, fue perdida de dinero y tiempo, pienso que no volveria a viajar en la aerolinea."

El personal, en especial la azafata principal no era amable, le solicitamos una cobija porque estaba muy frío el aire acondicionado y nos dijo que no habia, sin embargo la clase ejecutiva iba casi vacía y ahí habían cobijas sin utilizar. El entretenimiento hay que pagarlo, así como los alimentos, y no valen la pena. United debería aprender a dar buen servicio como lo hacen las aerolíneas europeas, como Eldeweiss."
