This racket is the ultimate way to rip somebody off of $1000. Horrible."

First, the flat bed is not transformed by a button and it needs a physical person to flip it over. The mat is thin and I can feel some hard edges while lying down. The noise from the engine transmits to the bed and it is hard to sleep even with the noise cancellation headphone."

Ventajas: "This flight was on the 777-300 plane leased from EVA. Boarding proved to be a bit of a slow grind due to the inordinate number of families with children on this particular flight. Our fault for not realising this at time of booking. Flight itself went very smoothly. Seats were fine. Not a huge selection of movies to choose from. Felt the crew went about their duties without fuss and ticked all the boxes for me."

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.

Ventajas: "I flew from NY to Phuket via Cathay Pacific which is a 22 hr flight! The crew was pleasant and friendly and took excellent care of my family and I. I would fly with them again anytime."

Ventajas: "I liked the fact that the plane was not delayed...pretty impressed by that because I fly a lot and some of the worst offenders in flight delays have to be ones that fly within the USA. Boarding the plane was very organized."

Ventajas: "This was AA flying for Quantas and it was all very nice; the taste of the food left something to be desired, but it was all decent portions and we were fed three times. The staff was terribly accommodating and friendly. The entertainment was top notch! The flight was smooth and was as comfortable as a 12 hour flight can be. After the hellish experience I had at both O'hare and LAX, it was a lovely way to end/begin the trip."

Ventajas: "Economy cabin red-eye service Perth to Sydney included sandwich and drink soon after departure, quiet cabin with ample at-seat entertainment for those electing not to sleep on the way, and cold bottle of water immediately upon decent in the morning. Being from the US, the cabin and service level far exceeds domestic service offerings from the large US carriers. Value quickly exceeds that of low-cost carriers, especially as a checked bag is included."

Ventajas: "I was really looking forward to flying international on Qantas to NZ, only to find out the flight was actually on American Airlines instead. The plane was dirty, the seats crammed together, and the flight attendants seemed genuinely pissed off to have to serve the passengers. American just doesn't have the level of service or cleanliness for international flights. Avoid this airline if possible."

Desventajas: "Very poor legroom, felt very cramped for an international flight. The infotainment system in my seat, and some others didn't work."

Desventajas: "Most uncomfortable seat (smallest, least leg room would not recline, no padding) that I can remember. Baby not just crying but screening in the seat behind me and crew did nothing."

Ventajas: "Everything! In the past year, I have flown on 9 flights with Qantas between the US and Australia. Each and every every flight has been comfortable and enjoyable. The flight crew is always friendly and accommodating, the food is satisfactory and I've never experienced a delay. Keep up the wonderful service."
