Desventajas: "Our international flight was delayed by over 2 hours. When we called to rebook our connection flight from Brisbane to Cairns, the agent on the phone told us they were unable to help us. The online website also did not allow us to rebook. When we got to Brisbane, the only flight remaining for us was a flight 2hours later with connection. Also, the phone jack was so poor that half of the time you couldn’t hear the movie."

But the airline did not plan ahead and was understaffed to take care of the individuals on the airline to speed up the process of waiting in lines. They knew we were coming and still only had 2 individuals on staff to take care of hundreds of people so the lines were longer than needed to be. Poor planning and accommodating of individuals during this time has made me not want to fly with this airline again."

I realize these things happen, but earlier notification would have prevented an 8 hour stay in the airport. The seats are pretty close together for a 3.5 hour flight. After hearing a lot of positive comments about Qantas, this was not a great first impression"

Seria excelente q llegaran las maletas q uno pagó y documentó!! Inaceptable su servicio y excusas, ahora resulta q era gasolina o maletas PESIMO

Puede mejorar la comida principal
En los dos vuelos que reserve los dos vuelos de conexión los perdí, por culpa del retraso de la aerolínea, solo en una me pagaron hospedaje y alimentación en el otro yo tuve que pagar mi hospedaje y alimentación que por cierto estaba terrible la comida del hotel. Además de que el personal de air Canadá en el aeropuerto de Toronto fue muy déspota y grosero. Mi experiencia es mala con esta aerolínea y en lo futuro evitaré viajar por ella. Gracias.

Desventajas: "El embarque muy lento y desorganizado, el personal para chequear tu vuelo en shanghai demasiado incompetente, es la tercera vez que voy a shanghai y a la hora de salir siempre les aparece a ellos un error en su sistema, todo eso despues de haber pasado la aduana... algo que deberian haber corregido, con mi visado y pasaporte en orden, yo comprendo que la temperatura del avion debe ser baja ...pero en estos vuelos se les va la mano hace muchisimo frio en esos aviones para un viaje de casi 14 horas, termino siempre enfermandome y con gripe a causa de esas largas horas de frio constante ...deberian mejorar y comprar nuevos aviones con mas espacio para esos viajes tan largos, porque los que he cogido hasta ahora estan un poco incómodos...ojalá mejoren, aunque se que estoy lejos de la realidad pero igual se los dejo dijo."

Desventajas: "No tenía entretenimiento, solo bajando al app al celular lo que hace descargar la batería y tampoco tenían donde cargar el celular."

Desventajas: "El software de entretenimiento es pésimo. Obsoleto. El mantenimiento del avión era malo, en casi todos los asientos había cosas sin funcionar. En el último mes hice 4 vuelos, en 2 me perdieron las valijas."
Ventajas: "Fueron amables en Houston a diferencia de en Denver y Lubbock."

Desventajas: "Que se retraso el vuelo y daban una puerta de abordaje A7 y no era esa al final, porque habian hecho el cambio, si no pregunto, me hubiese dejado el siguiente vuelo, ( deberian de mandar personal a informar a las personas sobre eso ) viajaba con dos niños y se hizo estresante tanto para mi, como para ellos, moverse de un lado a otro de la zona A a la B con el equipaje y no llegue a tiempo a un evento por el cual viajaba, fue perdida de dinero y tiempo, pienso que no volveria a viajar en la aerolinea."

Desventajas: "Servicio a bordo, espacio entre asientos y el aterrizaje estuvo fatal."
Ventajas: "El embarque fue rápido. La app actualiza continuamente la situación del vuelo."
Desventajas: "Situación muy desagradable. El avión se. Argoncon excesivo combustible y no podíamos despegar por exceso de carga. El piloto ofreció 1000 millas de compensación más todos los gastos pagados para otro vuelo a los primeros 7 voluntarios que se ofrecieran a bajarse del avión. Fue subrealista. El retraso total fue de 4:10h."

Desventajas: "Los pretzels no son para nada de mi agrado, deberian ofrecer algo más"
Ventajas: "La nueva tecnologia te hacen por lo menos distraerte."
Desventajas: "Es un viaje pesado y cansado con aviones nada comodos. el Wi-Fi no es tan libre y funcional."
Ventajas: "El personal no fue atento. El avión salió tcon una hora de retraso. El sistema de entrenamiento funciona mal"
Ventajas: "El personal estuvo excelente"
Desventajas: "Los asientos están muy pequeños e incómodos"
Ventajas: "La tripulación muy atenta y simpáticas. Los pilotos hacen un gran esfuerzo por despegar a tiempo."
Desventajas: "1- No me gusto, las dos veces que he volado el porta equipaje en el avión está lleno. 2- la señora que me atendió para ayudarme a chequear mis maletas en las máquinas realmente no me atendió, me dejó sola porque se enojó y no imprimir el ticket de abordar y casi pierdo el avión porque tuve que bajar e imprimir y hacer la fila de nuevo para pasar inmigración. Eso realmente no me gustó"
