They provide 2 meals and a third snack (usually a pizza) and keep additional snacks and drinks fully stocked in the back of the plane. None of that existed on this flight. The crew was very uninterested. Seemed very absent and not into assisting patrons. Overall, not what I have experienced on prior Qatar Airways flights. To add insult to injury, I was sitting next to an EXTREMELY smelly person, which didn't make the experience any easier :( Not the airlines responsibility to ensure patrons exercise proper hygiene, but that didn't help the situation with my hungry growling stomach."

Ventajas: "Everything went smoothly on the rebooked flight the next day through Vienna to Newark USA. The flight on Austrian airlines was quite comfortable, good food and entertainment for the long flight. Boarding and deboarding all very smooth. Very helpful SWISS staff helped locate our luggage when we missed connecting flight the previous day."
Desventajas: "Thunderstorm at Zurich caused delay of our flight into Zurich, and we missed original connecting flight to USA. Many other travelers affected and there were no other flights that day. One wonders if they could have held the flight for one hour or so to allow everyone to make the flight. There was a huge line, 2-3 hours of waiting, at SWISS transfer desk to rebook. It took another 2 hours to locate our luggage. I believe SWISS were required by EU regs to provide overnight accommodations and meals. But the hotel was 30+ km from the airport and we were not confident we would have transport in the morning to make our rebooked flight. Because we could not take the chance already being delayed by a day, we booked an airport hotel at our own expense. Overall experience of the missed connection was negative based on the airline's (SWISS) procedures, but the individual SWISS staff helping us were all helpful and made extra effort to accommodate."

Im 1.75cm (medium) and I felt squeesed and very unconfitable not like in Lufthansa airplane flying from Newark to Dussldorf. (Flight only 6:15min) In addition, when front passenger moved his seat back on me I had a lot of difficulties with getting in and out of my seaat."

Ventajas: "It was an 8.5 hour flight and we got fed 2 meals, 2 snacks and had lots of beverage breaks! We were delayed a little but it was due to an issue in France, not anything to do with the airplane, and the captain found a solution faster than he had originally said he would (with the help of the tower of course)."

The aircraft itself was impeccably clean, even though it had already carried passengers elsewhere earlier in the day. The service was fantastic, and you can never go wrong with free chocolate."

Ventajas: "My flight from Budapest to Istanbul was delayed by weather and heavy flight traffic in Istanbul. At booking time, I had only a 1 hour layover, which I commonly NEVER schedule. Upon arrival at the IST terminal gate, I exited quickly and was met at the end of the runway by a Turkish Airlines customer service rep, permitting me to transit directly to the transit lounge, rather than sending me back through security yet again. As she looked at my boarding pass for the next flight, she knew who I was and she sent me directly to the proper gate for my next flight. Turkish Airlines, you ROCK! (My bag even made the connection!)"

Ventajas: "Delayed for 4 hours"

Ventajas: "I'm 6 ft 2. Legspace was adequate, and no silly boxes under the seats like other airlines that obstruct your feet. Great entertainment systems - modern, good selection. Food and staff excellent."
Desventajas: "Their online checkin systems could operate a bit more smoothly. At one point, I had to go in in person, because the online checkin site had an already past flight from their codeshare partner SAS showing up as the next flight, and I couldn't perform online checkin as a result."

This is the reason I prefer flying with EMIRATES because they afford me to but pay fir excess luggage before my departure. Planning ahead is key"

Desventajas: "We realized when boarding to first flight that they did not included my son on next connection flight...oops when it was addressed they fixed it in a professional matter with appologies at boarding."

Desventajas: "You could be choose food... one of the dish was only pasta... what about the people who's allergic? I am... The business class crew was very stuck up! Totally looked down at people who wasn't in the business class... The Aircraft has no AC that you could adjust air blowing on you! It was incredibly hot the whole time !"

Ventajas: "The flight was quite comfortable. We lucked out with only a partially filled flight leaving extra space to sleep. Service was friendly and the food was excellent! I was fed twice on my 9hour flight and once on my 4hour flight. Great in flight entertainment."

La persona que recibio nuestro equipaje nos hizo cambiar cosas de las maletas por un exceso de 0,5 kg"
