The bathroom was definitely not cleaned enough, I went twice where the floor was soaked, the seat was wet and the sink full of toothpaste. I understand that every passenger should be responsible enough to clean up after themselves, but it was not an enjoyable experience. The crew was friendly enough, but it didnt feel like the personalized service experience that is usually the case (where they introduce themselves, explain the do not disturb sticker etc). Also I think there was something wrong with my seat because it didnt "lay flat" all the way."

We waited for a while for late passengers to board, which seemed strange, given that last time when Swiss made me miss my transfer, the next plane left without me when delaying takeoff would not have been necessary at all. After the passengers arrived, we were delayed again because of weather. And once we arrived at Newark, we had to wait for over half an hour to get to the gate for some mysterious reason."

Desventajas: "On the flight to Zurich the passenger behind me gave me a difficult time about reclining my seat back but keep in mind he had his reclined. Coming back to Newark the gentleman behind my boyfriend made a comment how he didn't have room due to his seat being reclined. The passenger next to us was arguing with the passenger in front of her because she didn't want that person to recline their seat back. I have never experienced such rude people on a flight and I realize this is beyond your control. It made for a very uncomfortable and stressful flight. Maybe signs can be posted or a message when booking your flight that ALL passengers have a right to recline seats and if space is an issue for your comfort then upgrade to business class for more room."

Ventajas: "My flight from STX was delayed some 30 minutes. That made a dent in the 57 minutes I had to catch my Delta flight. Naturally we landed at gate A2 and Delta was boarding at Terminal 2 gate B9. Me with my knee replacement can’t run and my wheelchair was not in sight. Thank goodness I had a carryon with wheels. I was out of breath when I got to Delta and the last passengers were boarding. I started panicking and interrupted the ground steward who asked me to wait with a smile. I waited . So when I told them I was standby they waved me on after showing my passport. I couldn’t find my boarding pass. I was pleasantly surprised to get a seat in first class. I was so thankful. My first time. Good things come to those who wait! Thank you Delta."

Ventajas: "Trato excelente, buen servicio en cada aerolínea. Cubrieron mi alimentación y no tuve retraso alguno. Los 3 vuelos conectaron bien."

A pesar de pedir que me desembarcaran en Buenos Aires porque sabía que iba a perder mi conexión en Estambul a colombo no quisieron. Tuve que continuar viaje y ahora estoy esperando 24 h en Estambul al próximo vuelo a colombo. Inaceptable"
Desventajas: "La tripulación es muy brusca, no informan y tratan mal a los pasajeros. La línea aérea no intentó ganar tiempo para facilitar a los pasajeros que pudieran hacer sus conexiones. Horrible"

Desventajas: "1.cabin temperature varied from cold to very warm 2.I asked the cabin crew for a blanket but they forgot about it 3.I ordered a whisky with ice - was given half a tot with 2 small blocks of ice 4.only one person was serving drinks and food on my aisle so it was very slow service (other aisle had 2 crew serving)"

Desventajas: "The flight was delayed from Athens by 1.5 hours. Crew assured us we would make our connections. When we landed no info was given. No announcements made. We were forced to clear security again, even though just transferring and, after running to our gate, found the connection had left and the gate was abandoned with no one to tell us where to go or what to do. The lack of communication and information was appalling. Most people eventually found their way through the airport to a desk that booked them on a flight the next day. It was exhausting and the Turkish staff were unsympathetic."

Desventajas: "Stanbul didn’t let my carrier go on board with me saying little big for cabin n lost that bag with my expensive handbags n jewels . Once I got Düsseldorf reported n they said no information regarding that bag in their system . I gave them the tag of that suitcase n waiting for it"

On the flight to NY, I asked for some food (the cheese sandwiches) only to be told that they did not have enough for the flight and that they ran out. If you are going to offer something inflight, should you not make sure that you have enough of the item?"

Ventajas: "Modern and comfortable planes, service was nice and friendly and the food was amazing which isn't very common when requesting a special meal."
Desventajas: "the passenger sitting next to me got drunk on 4 glasses of whiskey and was invading my personal space at some point he was even trying to touch me. I think he was allowed to drink to much which caused this issue"

Ventajas: "I'm 6 ft 2. Legspace was adequate, and no silly boxes under the seats like other airlines that obstruct your feet. Great entertainment systems - modern, good selection. Food and staff excellent."
Desventajas: "Their online checkin systems could operate a bit more smoothly. At one point, I had to go in in person, because the online checkin site had an already past flight from their codeshare partner SAS showing up as the next flight, and I couldn't perform online checkin as a result."

It is annoying to have to get up to ask for additional beverages. - Good was ok overall, but better on Istanbul to Boston than Boston to Istanbul"
