Desventajas: "Me parece totalmente in aceptable que no pude realizar mi viaje por motivos de salud y llame a las oficinas de jetblue para hacer un cambio de mi boleto y ademas, de que estuve más de dos horas tratando de llamar porque no contestaban, me notificaron que perdí mi viaje, cuando primera vez que veo que una aerolínea no te deja hacer tu cambio de boleto, o sea prácticamente se quedaron con mis 400 dolares, pésima aerolínea."
Estaba corriendo para poder abordar el vuelo y después cambiaron el capitán y un señal de salida roto y esperaron últimos detalles del vuelo…estábamos esperando en el avión para una hora.

I had to pay $15 for a "preferred" seat, which was an aisle seat on row 7, near the front of the economy section. I was told by an employee that the only economy seats were the middle seats, that aisle and window seats were preferred seats. I was told the plane was full and they could not change my "preferred" seat although I did see empty seats on the plane after takeoff. Also bathroom facilities were poor - only two in the back for the entire economy seating. And the aisles were narrow."

Desventajas: "My work trip was canceled and I was told by a Canadian flight network agency that it was a non refundable flight but I could change it for $100. I booked via kayak but somehow was routed to this agency in Canada and it was extremely difficult to understand the staff member. What I could understand is it is a waste of $ and I won't be booking again."

Another passenger where I was moved to had a similar experience. My flight attendant told me that I should have reported the issue earlier. How was I to know that any seatback that goes up 2 inches short of vertical is bad. Am I to know the airline or FAA rules?"
Ventajas: "Can't really complain re: a direct flight for less than other airlines charge for a flight with layovers. Large, comfortable plane with good food. $25 for an exit row seat was worthwhile as I had 4 rows(!) to myself. Flight attendants were great."
Desventajas: "No in-flight entertainment. When I chose my seat online, I was made to believe it was basically a full flight (only ~3 seats were available and they were all middle seats) so I spent $25 on an exit row seat. Once we boarded, it became apparent that there were a TON of open seats and I would have been able to get an aisle. Kind of sketchy for them to misrepresent the seating like that."
Ventajas: "The flight itself was great. I had no issues there. The crew was great and I was comfortable."
Desventajas: "I repeatedly had issues with their website and I couldn't checkin online or update any of my information, even when I called them. I also had to connect flights at the airport and I asked the airline beforehand if I had enough time, as I flew into a different terminal. They said that I did, but I almost missed my flight, even though I had two hours. The signage was poor as MSP, which isn't Sun Country's fault, however they made the transfer sound easier than it was."
Desventajas: "I was blockaded from access to the bathroom(s). The first class dragon forbade access to anyone but 1st class and the rear bathrooms were blockaded bt workers handing out drinks. Very tough on us 75+ crowd.We don't get much time from urge to crisis."
Desventajas: "I felt like a sardine in a can. Seriously can you make seating more comfortable? It's torture while first class is treated like royalty. The coach seats were hard as rocks and tiny. I hate flying because airline companies treat people who can't afford the over priced first class seats like cattle. Airlines are greedy. The good price for the flight is great but in the end feeling cramped and getting my legs and arms bumped every time someone walks by is ridiculous. GET COMFORTABLE SEATING IN COACH DAMN IT!!"
Ventajas: "A good price for non-stop flight. It flies out of terminal 2 which has easier access than terminal 1 at the MSP airport. The afternoon fly out time worked well with my schedule."

Before we bought the tickets, we were told to bring proof of the funeral we were attending to get a discount/refund for the airfare afterward, then on the return flight we were dismissed as fools for not presenting this info when we bought the ticket. How could we present info for something that had not yet taken place. The obituary didn't even hit the papers until 2 days after our original flight. Also - the MSP security harassed my 80-year-old mother & she is now having nightmares as a result. Sun Country could have done us a service by letting us know when we booked her flight as a senior that there were safeguards for her, but we were told nothing."

Nunca apareció responsable de Avianca en Mendoza. Vergüenza total!! En realidad subimos 3 veces y las 3 veces nos bajaron. Tuvimos quehacer aduana y migración 2 veces. Retirando equipaje y volviendolo a pasar. Nos dijeron que el Lima nos iban a contactar para resarcirnos monetaria mente por noche de hotel perdida. Mentiras para sacarnos de encima. Increíble. Detestable. Denigrante!!!!!!!!. Avianca NUNCA MAS. Y ME VOY A ENCARGAR QUE MUCHA GENTE LO SEPA. Dedique se a otra cosa. ."

Retraso de 3 horas y no tuvieron la cortesía de dar bebidas o comida gratis para los pasajeros después de tenernos 3 horas en Las Vegas. Teniendo que arribar a Bellingham a las 2:20 am

Desventajas: "The women at the podium listing flights could have been friendlier and more customer service oriented... there was a lot of mumbling into the speaker for boarding ... and the person kept giggling into the mic. Once past boarding, everything was great !"

Ventajas: "Our plane was struck by lightning and therefore not able to fly, so we were deboarded and left to wait until a rescue flight could come in from Boston. Over the course of 4 hours, the crew kept us updated with every little change and were all very helpful! Once we were able to board the rescue plane, the crew handed out complimentary candy and drinks to help ease the wait times. Highly recommended!"

Desventajas: "They land at the Austin airport, kind of. Once we landed they took us to a Remote terminal which required waiting for a bus to fill up and then take you back to the actual airport. There was no quick way for the bus to return and it has to drive for 15 to 20 minutes to get to the main airport. I took 1 complete hour from when I landed to when I got in my car in lot D."
Ventajas: "This flight was a return to airline travel in the 1980s in a good way! The plane was clean. The seats are among the most generous seats today. The best and brightest surprise was that each flight attendant was genuinely polite and welcoming."

Ventajas: "When you add all the separate costs to the initial ticket price your better off flying a "more expensive " airline. Additional costs are for seat selection, unless you want to take a chance of getting stuck in a middle seat, carry on and checked bags and paying for bottled water and soda. Also the seats don't recline so carry ibuprofen if you fly on Alegient."
