El vuelo estuvo excelente. La gente de JAL es muy especial. La próxima vez volveré a volar con ellos.

I was disappointed that they didnt come through the cabin from time to time with snacks as most airlines do on long haul flights."

They wake you up at 1 a.m. for your main dinner. I would have preferred to sleep until 5 a.m. then have a good breakfast. The amenity kit in Business Class was substandard when compared to other airlines"

Ventajas: "This time I made the mistake of flying with my kids (4 and 6). The flight or them was last minute (booked less than 8 hours before take off) so there were no pre-planned kids meals etc. The in cabin team were awesome! They made sure they go a choice of meals, that they had things to do, that they were enjoying the flights. This on top of the usual awesome that they have."
Desventajas: "It's still in Huston. Flying economy isn't the same as flying business but my bank account says I need the cheaper option. Can we please move this flight to DFW instead? :-)"

Desventajas: "Be more descriptive with which connecting flights we need to go on. We were not aware we we're supposed to get on Silk Air as one of our connecting flights, but we did eventually figure it out. It would really help to let us know your subsidiary companies."

Desventajas: "Make sure that all the toilet in every flight is in order or working condition so that we don't have to wait in line just to used it . It is not acceptable if two toilet is out of order."

Ventajas: "The value for money is very good with EVA. The planes are modern and clean. The staff is very friendly. I will no doubt be flying with EVA again!"
Desventajas: "Nothing major to say here; just a few suggestions. I find the meals and entertainment to be a bit lacking compared to other airlines of the same caliber. With that being said, the value for the air fair charged is hard to beat."
