The meals were passable, but hardly anything to be proud of, seats were cramped and flight was pretty uncomfortable."

The result is a lower quality of service, with more than half of the flight attendants not being nearly as cordial as they should have been."

We were in economy class but by the attention we received from the flight attendants , the food we were served & entertainment offered we felt like first class passengers! We highly recommend this airlines! We were very impressed and pleased from beginning to end!"

I have a bad left hip and was in pain the whole flight because all I could do is keep my left leg in one position. If these boxes are necessary then get those seats more space so it will not be a problem. Put new Monitor screens into the seats."

Desventajas: "It was HOT. We and other passengers told the flight attendants about the heat but nothing really changed. The air circulation was poor and people were sweating on the plane. Because of this, it was stale and smelly. I'm not sure why the circulation on their plane was so poor but it really made the flight more difficult than it should have been."

Desventajas: "I was travelling with a toddler and they did not have a toy or activity to give her on a 15 hour flight. We were told to keep our seats upright during meal times and to keeo our window shutters down during other times. This made sense. But there were passengers right in front of us who had their seats reclined during meal time and the crew did not tell them anything."

Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.
Ventajas: "La tripulación es muy buena. El asiento no es el problema, sino la incomodidad que aporte la persona vecina."
