Desventajas: "The flight was delayed over three hours. The excuse was the other airport was closed but I think the actual reason was the inbound flight was three hours late."

Desventajas: "Not a fan of the fish and rice meal. Seat from PVG -> DPS was okay but the seat cushion needs to be replaced for sure."

No hacen el menor esfuerzo en ayudarte y ofrecerte algo de comer que no sea esa comida horrorosa! La comida es Terrible! Jamás en mi vida, en ninguna clase o compañía me ofrecieron una comida fan asquerosa. Llevar lonchera!"

Desventajas: "The flight was delayed almost 5 hours causing me to miss a very important business meeting. This happened to me going to Lhasa as well as returning to Chengdu."
Desventajas: "My original flight was delayed to the point of missing my connecting flight. They rerouted me to Shanghai and refused to pay for ground transportation to get to Nanjing, despite my original flight being booked to Nanjing. Absolutely horrible customer service and no attempt to help. I ended up losing hundreds more on booking my own transportation from Shanghai to Nanjing."

Desventajas: "I was carrying a bottle of water which I had filled at water dispenser at the airport for the purpose of taking my medicines during the long flight. At boarding time one of the staff did not allow me to take the water bottle with me inside the plane."

Desventajas: "Poor food No cell phone use at any time during the flight (laptops and tablets ok though?) You will be woken up randomly by staff No headphones at certain points during the flight"

Ventajas: "Air china has the worst service I have ever ran across and I have been traveling for years! The changed my flight a week before my flight out and rescheduled it to miss my connection flight with them. I spent multiple hours on the phone on hold waiting to talk to an agent and they did not pick up. I emailed them.... no response. Finally I went to the airport and the told me the best they could do was get me to my destination 3 days later or I could buy another ticket. Then they lost my bags on the way back. I doubt I will ever get my money back from them despite the fact I spent an additional $200 to get to where I was flying... avoid them if you can and if another air line is a few extra bucks more it my be cheaper in the long run"

Because the boarding happened 10 minutes before the scheduled departure we ran behind schedule and hat to wait hours on the tarmac to take off. Plane was old with now entertainment. And once again they lost my bag some how"
