Ventajas: "The crew, as always, was super professional, friendly, helpful, and efficient. The plane was neat and clean, I was pleasantly surprised with personal items like tooth paste, tooth brush, and slippers. And I was thrilled that you served wine with food as well. That goes a long way!"
Desventajas: "I didn’t rate comfort and food as “excellent” as I did other items not because they were not great, but flying on an economy class for 14.5 hours, I can’t force myself to speak too highly about these two items, which doesn’t necessarily reflect my flight experience or Korean Air quality!"

Desventajas: "During 14 hour flight, meals were served at the beginning and at the end which comes to 10 hours in between. Between the two meals, they offered a snack of banana or brownie. My wife and I were starving. Terrible!"

Desventajas: "I know you are not the only airline that does this, but the seats are cramped. I am not a big guy. I can't imagine what a heavier or tall person goes through in those economy seats."

Desventajas: "3 of my 4 flight legs were considerably delayed, my luggage not making the connection for one of them. A friend also flying Korean also had delays making me think they are unreliable and extremely disorganized. I don't know what they'll do when they're really busy for the Olympics. Entertainment OK but ANA has much more."

Desventajas: "cheated by kayak. I paid full pay as mention on your wave sight but did not provide the hotel for 20 hours plus long transit. I spend 20 hours plus at the airport without any support form staff. Korean air please don't accept any ticket agent who will give a ticket to passengers with 20 hours transit time and no accommodation. good Korean air but bad kayak."

Desventajas: "Sitting down 12 hrs it was very painful to be sitting that long. My seat eould heat up and it was uncomfortable also. I couldn't sleep during the flight"

Ventajas: "Korean Air hosted us on four separate flights to SE Asia, a trip from which we have just returned. Of all of the airlines that we have used over the decades, Korean Air rates at the very top. We have no complaints, only a sense of what a first-class operation it was for us."
Ventajas: "Great Service, enough leg room for someone who is 75 inches in height, good food, and an on-time arrival."

Ventajas: "Service of the flight attendants was excellent, they were courteous, pleasant and professional sort of like the old days of the flying industry. Language was a bit difficult for me to interpret however they took whatever time needed to make sure I understood their communication. Everything is tidy and clean. A good variety of movies, games, music and information channels was provided.I will fly korean Air in the future."
Desventajas: "Boarding was a challenge because the gate staff did not announce in English. It would be more organized if they boarded sets of rows in sequence instead of mass boarding for economy. Also had a problem with transfer at Bangkok Airport. Fortunately I had adequate time for the connecting flight but the transfer area was not opened until 7pm. The transfer process is all new to me and not really easy to understand until the first experience. The Arrival and departure boards rotate airline information which was initially difficult to understand. The headsets were a problem in reference to fitting, volume and quality of tone."
Ventajas: "Good customer service"
Desventajas: "Boarding would have been fast if the passengers seating in the back rows were called first to board, followed by the middle rows, and last to board, people seated in the fron rows (after of course calling the priority passengers. Traffic on the aisle would be avoided"
Ventajas: "Everything was perfect. Food was good, seats were great, entertainment was excellent, and the service was incredible!!"
Desventajas: "Nothing. Everything was fantastic, even the bathrooms were cleaned multiple times during the flight."
Ventajas: "Just as our first flight with Korean Air, everything was superb. We boarded just in time, due to delays in the airport since we floundered a bit, trying to make our way through the right terminals and security, but we were processed quickly, and the staff were so polite and welcoming."
Desventajas: "We had absolutely no complaints. Many thanks."

Ventajas: "Korean Air service is second to none. The attendants are kind, always a friendly face and beautiful. At checkin service the attendant was kind enough to notice that my travel partner and I would enjoy an aisle and window seat together without a middle seat occupant and seated us accordingly. Thoughtful. Attendants periodically walked the aisles to let guests know that they were available always. Five stars!!"
Ventajas: "Very happy with flight. I haven't been disappointed with Korean Air, which I have chosen a couple times for my business trips to Thailland."
Desventajas: "Normally the food is very good. This time the chicken and rice had a lot of fat on the meat. Other than that there were no problems."

Ventajas: "The economy seats were very comfortable with lots leg room in every row. The entertainment screens were nice with lots of selections. The attendants were very nice and helpful."
