Good reason but they had a/c on so cold all these times. Also I would appreciate coffee or some drink while waiting...I guess that's not possible in this case."

I had my time behind and I was super late to boarding but the crew came looking for me and they were super nice. Definitely recommend them. Miles better than China Airlines and any of the USA based airlines too. The movie selection was pretty good and the seats were roomy and comfortable."

There was an attendant waiting as we deplaned in Seoul who escorted us to the gate and assured us that the plane would wait for us. And miraculously, our baggage tagged for short connection, did make it with us to JFK!"

Food from Philippines to Japan was excellent but served a little late. Food from Japan to USA WAS LOUSY and they only served hot food one time for breakfast which means 2 hours away from arrival. Hot food meal should have been served 2 hours after boarding in an airport where everything ia closed after 9 pm. Some of the connecting passengers did not have a hot meal for at least 12 hours or maybe more.

Our plane delayed so we arrived late at Tokyo causing to missed our plane connection then the crew helped us( very accommodating) for our transfer from Narita international airport to Haneda International airport with Limo bus, 1 & 1/2 hour ride with our luggages and waited for 8 hrs to be on board in a different airline."

They were not present much at all in BUSINESS CLASS. So that's why I rated the experience as poor. The international food choices are poor. They do not taste good. I think I have to stop flying ANA. With a warm blanket provided, I would suggest keeping the cabin a bit cooler and providing extra blankets if people need them. Also the movie selection on ANA is not nearly as comprehensive as what United provides on international flights."

Better verbiage used, checking on food count making sure EVERYONE gets what’s printed on the menu. Asking everyone equally on the same roll is the rule of thumb."

Desventajas: "International flight delayed after boarding the flight.Flight connection missed. Instead of providing the accommodation, passengers got boarded into flight to Los Angeles. Again another flight to Chicago which dropped the passengers in around midnight. Had to pick them from 4 hour distance from Chicago which was planned early. overall journey was more than 36 hours. No information to the passengers until last minute. Some passengers does know English."

Ventajas: "El vuelo fue de delta pero estaba operado por Aeroméxico. El personal de ambas líneas muy grosero. En especial una señorita de Aeroméxico llamada Yadira Díaz que tenía un distintivo de entrevistador literalmente me dijo que le hiciera como quisiera que ella no me iba a atender."

Solicite que me den uno junto a mi esposa y me cambiaron a otro al fondo de tamanio menor que el usual y al lado una persona obesa que ocupaba la mitad de ese asiento. La persona que recibio nuestro equipaje nos hizo cambiar cosas de las maletas por un exceso de 0,5 kg"

Desventajas: "Fue un vuelo casi low cost, muy miserable los aperitivos, y ni siquiera se tomaron la molestia de entregarme un auricular a pesar se haberlo pedido. Un vuelo de cuatro horas muy aburrido."

Desventajas: "Mal señalizado el abordaje en ezeiza, teniendo pantallas que todos podemos mirar, en lugar de anunciar por las mismas el orden de ingreso, no, andaban con cartelitos de carton que apenas se veían y una señora diciendo donde era cada fila, un desastre."

Ventajas: "Todo a tiempo y los aviones de Delta muy cómodos. Lo mejor INTERNET gratis para whats app."
Ventajas: "El abordaje muy rápido sencillo, todos los pilotos de delta siempre salen a recibir a sus pasajeros."
Desventajas: "Pasó exactamente lo mismo que en el vuelo anterior una persona ya estaba sentada en mi lugar y en esta ocasión traté de decirle, pero la pasajera me ignoró o no me entendía"

Desventajas: "No checan los asientos, cuando llegue a mi lugar asignado ya había dos personas sentadas y una de ellas estaba en mi lugar no comenté nada poe respeto ya que eran personas mayores a mi"
Ventajas: "La atención fue muy buena, los asientos son muy cómodos el servicio de entretenimiento, cuentan con una entrada de audífonos y salida usb para cargar tu teléfono mientras viajas.el wifi en la nave son un plus."
Desventajas: "Pague un upgrade a un mejor lugar y Mi asiento se regresaba a la posición original solo el cual tenía que que estar acomodándolo , a pesar de que el personal me comentó que era una nave nueva."
