Good reason but they had a/c on so cold all these times. Also I would appreciate coffee or some drink while waiting...I guess that's not possible in this case."

Ventajas: "My wife and I made the rookie mistake of showing up to the wrong airport in Osaka but the JAL staff helped us by transferring our reservation to a later flight so that we were still able to make our connecting flight from Tokyo to San Francisco. We're grateful to the entire staff at JAL for saving us a lot of time and money!"
Desventajas: "I reserved Korean air but it was Japan air line. I was really difficult to web-check in to find my reservaiton."
Ventajas: "The crew was always super polite and looked very professional and overall just great. The food was delicious, though the portions are small haha. I had my time behind and I was super late to boarding but the crew came looking for me and they were super nice. Definitely recommend them. Miles better than China Airlines and any of the USA based airlines too. The movie selection was pretty good and the seats were roomy and comfortable."

Ventajas: "The majority of the crew had facials that made me feel like I shouldn't talk to them. The food wasn't the best but that was expected. There was movies and shows that kept me entertained for a while. Seats are normal couldn't walk or get up often because of turbulence."
Ventajas: "Check-in was swift and painless. Crews were pleasant. They gave my daughter a small toy before take off which made her happy. The seat was noticeably wider than any other airline I had taken before."

Desventajas: "I didn't realized we were on a code share flight from Seoul to Hanoi until we got to check in counter and they couldn't issue boarding pass even though it was a through check in for till Hanoi. In our booking itinerary it was printed as Korean air with a small print that said operated by jinair. It wasn't so bad but the hassle of going to another terminal to board and being in a smaller aircraft after a long flight wasn't the best."

A friend also flying Korean also had delays making me think they are unreliable and extremely disorganized. I don't know what they'll do when they're really busy for the Olympics. Desventajas: "Our flight to Chicago was delayed 10 hours out of Korea. The airport ran out of food. The natives we're restless. What was worse was the lack of communication from the airline. If they just would have told us what was going on, we all would have been more assured."

Desventajas: "I missed my connection because of fog. (Obviously a problem they could not fix, so I’m not upset about that.) I asked to change flights in Fukuoka so I wouldn’t miss it but I was told then I wouldn’t be able to take my connecting flight in Incheon???? Even though it was Korean Air??? Fukuoka lacked any information when our flight might come or if it would possibly be cancelled. Got to Incheon near midnight, I then waited for three and half hours in a line to rebook for the next day, and when they helped me they gave me a ticket. They said they couldn’t give me any hotel accommodations because of all the missed flights, but didn’t offer some other compensation. I didn’t get a voucher which I saw other people in line get. When I asked to upgrade to business class( I was willing to pay the extra money) I was told it was too expensive for me. After my trip I will never fly Korean Air again."

Food from Philippines to Japan was excellent but served a little late. Food from Japan to USA WAS LOUSY and they only served hot food one time for breakfast which means 2 hours away from arrival. Hot food meal should have been served 2 hours after boarding in an airport where everything ia closed after 9 pm. Some of the connecting passengers did not have a hot meal for at least 12 hours or maybe more.

Our plane delayed so we arrived late at Tokyo causing to missed our plane connection then the crew helped us( very accommodating) for our transfer from Narita international airport to Haneda International airport with Limo bus, 1 & 1/2 hour ride with our luggages and waited for 8 hrs to be on board in a different airline."

When the turbulence died down, the flight attendants did not bother to complete the food service for snacks or drinks ordered. I had to get up and ask twice. They were not present much at all in BUSINESS CLASS. So that's why I rated the experience as poor. The international food choices are poor. They do not taste good. I think I have to stop flying ANA. Desventajas: "I find the 777 SFO -> Tokyo, and Tokyo -> SFO cabin gets too warm when trying to sleep. With a warm blanket provided, I would suggest keeping the cabin a bit cooler and providing extra blankets if people need them. Also the movie selection on ANA is not nearly as comprehensive as what United provides on international flights."

Again another flight to Chicago which dropped the passengers in around midnight. Had to pick them from 4 hour distance from Chicago which was planned early. overall journey was more than 36 hours. No information to the passengers until last minute. Some passengers does know English."
