Read the fine print in their contract before you book. I was denied a rental because of my occupation.Opinión del 14 may. 2023

Big mistake to rent from this company! Got to heathrow airport at 22:00 to find out their shuttle bus stop service at 21:30 , no one picks up the phone and you get an email for the customer to check in to confirm eligibility to rent a car like you applying for a job in her majesty’s government !! The dumbest thing I ever heard ! So no car and they got paidOpinión del 1 mar. 2023

Place was shabby. No effort to clear ice and car did not have any washer for wipers which meant I was driving blind on the motorway as salt covered my screen. This was dangerous and I must report it as I could he’s been killed. Staff in Docklands simply did not care when I pointed it out. Also tyre pressures were low so I also had to sort it out. Staff took us to the airport but said nothing. Did not help with bags and drove too fast. Surly and unhelpful when returning car.Opinión del 17 dic. 2022

Absolutely awful. £200 in hidden charges on pick up. Site in the middle of nowhere with buses only operating once an hour and not between 1200-1400 creating captive clientele. No bathrooms on site. Unhelpful staff. Worst rental I’ve ever paid for.Opinión del 12 nov. 2022

I wasn’t allowed to pick the car up as my licence from my country was not accepted. This should have been made clear at the initial point of online rental.Opinión del 10 nov. 2022

Last minute charges on pick up. Atleast 15£-25£ a day additional insurance charges at desk and if u dont want this option you can’t get your money back. So you have no other choice but to pay. I rented for 200£ online but had 250£ extra on pick upOpinión del 7 nov. 2022

The pick-up/drop-off is not at a Holiday Inn. The area is very dark and run down and not somewhere I wanted my family of six waiting for a taxi.Opinión del 1 nov. 2022

Pre -existing damage should be identified at pick up, not left to the customer to photograph. Information about the free shuttle should be more accurateOpinión del 20 oct. 2022
